Had a good experience with these guys. They are polite and friendly and professional. When we were looking for a boat they did not just push the sale they looked for what we actually wanted. From the sales department to the parts department and the service department I would have to say these guys were top notch. We couldn’t be happier with the boat we purchased and look forward to doing business with him in the future. We even went back and picked up suspension seats for the boat. One of the seats actually had an issue and Mike was able to just switch it out for a different one and sent us on our way. No fuss nothing just another great experience with them. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a boat or parts for your boat.

No salesman hassled me but they seem to have a large stock of pre-owned boats on the lot. I just wanted parts and the staff was helpful and low pressure.

I was at Pacific Boatland for regular maintenance parts for my Mercury outboard. They have a good parts department that is well stocked. The parts man that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. Ill definitely be back

Since purchasing weve always used them for service and maintenance and theyve always done a great job at a reasonable price. They seem to have very low staff turnover which is always a good sign. Its nice to see the same front desk staff and have them get to know you and your equipment. Randy and John are both awesome!

Took ownership of a used sled several months ago and went in for a routine service on both the main and the kicker. They ended up finding an issue with the main that I agreed to have fixed. They never used scare tactics or came across as pushy, but rather, they came across as honest and engaged with the situation. Overall price did set me back but it had to be done in order to maintain my investment. Pricing was in line with every other shop in the area. John, Randy and Mike provided me with great service, excellent follow up and communication, and a wealth of knowledge. Theyve earned my business and trust.

Couldnt figure out why my 150 hp merc four stroke was making the 6 beep warning when they hooked it up to the computer but had to still charge me $120. Good shop and helpful staff.

Could not love these guys more than I do. Bought my Ranger from them about 3 years ago, it was a great experience. Checked around the web for pricing before I bought to educate myself, no negotiating the boat was such a great deal. Since that time I have had pacific boatland do all the maintenance as well as install a new trolling motor and electronics. Always fair and most of all the work is top notch! Wish more businesses operated like theses guys.

Traded a boat and purchased different boat. Experience was really great. Tested new boat in Columbia River even during the big storm with all the wind and rain. Haven,t used service so cannot comment on that area but my sales/purchase experience was very good. Used Willie Nelson for sales.

You be the judge! I was charged $1,100.00 for a bogus carburetor rebuild. Maybe 10 gallons of alcohol free gas added after the ethanol blend was removed. This took 2 weeks to accomplish. Read the reviews! Way too many unsatisfied customers. Very dishonest dealer PERIOD!

I rarely give anyone a bad and these gus deserve at least a good to good plus. I bought a fishing boat from them and they gave me what I asked for for my trade in. Last week I sold my 93 fixer upper privately and went to the boat show tonight. Damned if I didnt run into Chris again and he sold me a boat:)) good price, now lets see about the trolling motor!!!!I generally do not get alot of work done there so I cant comment. For service I use diversified expertise; Andy is the best mechanic and will come to you too.

DONT HAVE YOUR BOAT REPAIRED HERE!I had some mechanical troubles with my boat. Pacific Boatland is a certified Supreme dealer and repair shop.After the boat was there for almost a week they told me that it needed a new transmission. (The boat is only 6 years old with 250 hours on it). They then told me that the transmission was on back order and they could not get it. This went on for over 3 weeks. Finally I decided to pick the boat up and bring it home rather than sit outside in their yard exposed to the elements.After another week of waiting for this supposed transmission that it needed and they couldnt get I began calling other shops to get their input. Two other shops told me they could get the transmission within 2-3 days. I took it to one of these shops. This company thought it best to properly and thoroughly inspect the transmission before making a $5000-$6000 repair to the boat. After pulling the engine and tearing down the transmission they found that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it.I called Pacific Boatland to find out how they were able to diagnose that the transmission needed to be replaced. I was told they heard a noise.As a result of their mis-diagnosis, I ended up being without my boat for all of July and all of August....the only nice weather months we have in the pacific northwest.After a number of calls and complaints they reimbursed me the $200 they charged me for the mis-diagnosis. The owner was supposed to call me about this issue and never bothered to.The shop that I eventually took the boat to had to charge me $700 for pulling the engine, tearing down the transmission, and making a proper diagnosis of it. They said they would have never done this if the other shop wouldnt have said that it needed a new transmission in the first place.

Sold me a boat with a hole in the piston covered it up by saying it had good compression and just need clean fuel. (Originally they said it ran perfect) Supposedly they rebuilt carbs but the float bowls were loose and were leaking so if they did this they didnt do it right. Also boat had an no oil light on, they said they didnt fill it up all the way (not true noticed it was almost full when I got it home) told them lug nut was loose and wanted it tightened before we left (they said they tightened it). When we got it home noticed it loose and wasnt tightened, so we tightened to 50ftlbs and snapped the hub. Bad experience. Wouldnt buy from again and especially wouldnt have anything repaired by them. Need a whole new motor. Wont even return email regarding the issue. Look at the other reviews. Very dishonest dealership.

Made a deal on a new boat/trailer with agreement to pick it up the next weekend. When I arrived to get it, they raised the price $500. Also, the trailer has had the side bunks removed and probably wasnt the original. They didnt seem too organized. Last time I shop there.
