Talked with Mike about the type of work they perform. To what I saw it was a complete collision repair, complete paint and restoration facility, mechanical, electrical, body work, sheet metal and panel replacement, fiberglass, wood rot, painting, filon replacement, but do not do complete motor rebuilds.they have a great crew of professional craftsman. They work on trailers of all kinds, motorhomes and boats.5 stars to Hazel Dell operations .
Great Old School Service!! My wife is on a trip with her mother and aunt. This is our first RV and our first trip. She started having brake controller issues a couple of hundred miles into the trip. We found PWI online and pulled in for emergency help. As the husband who couldnt make this first trip all I can say is WOW! These folks somehow managed to get my wife in and quickly diagnosed and FIXED the problem. This was a crazy good outcome given how busy everyone is right now. AND... No charge for the three gals stuck in Vancouver!!! My sincere thanks to the folks at PWI. I will do everything in my power to recommend and promote this company!
Great fiberglass work done in my boat. Elias great to work with. Delivered a high quality job. Totally recommend!
This shop is amazing! They work on everything to do with your horse trailer, boat, RV, camper or any other type of trailer. They can also put a brake controler and trailer hitch on your truck or SUV or a tow bar to tow your car behind an RV. When I was there to have trailer brakes checked, one camp trailer was getting a new roof, and in another area they were painting an RV. They have a big parts department and can order any little obscure thing that you need for your trailer.Tom is the only person who works on my horse trailer so it was nice to find him again after he left the other shop in town.
I am an RV technician at Pro World Industries. best place to ever work at.
The service here was amazing. We broke a leaf spring while doing a cross country trip on our travel trailer at 3pm thursday (they close at 5pm). Ending up in a gas station near by. We call and told them our situation. Ryan( he was awsome)listened to our situation and immediately said he would find out what he could do. He than made room for us to get us in. With all that said he then followed up with me getting parts in the next day. Steve the man who did the work (was amazing also ) went over everything with me and showed us what was up in detail. They even took the time to run the trailer tires over and picked them up to another buisness to have new safe tires put on (other tires were shot). We were on the road the next day before the hours before the expected time.(rv pro is closed sat and sun.) The rates were very fare for the job. Thanks to the whole team at Pro World/Pro RV we continued our trip. We cant thank you all enough. Again extra thanks to Ryan and Steve.
Pro World Industries did an incredible job prepping and painting the bottom of my bass fishing boat. From the Owner (Mike) and great front office care (Ashley) to the Service Manager (Elias) and Painter professional (Clint), their collective work far exceeded my expectations. They were personable, timely, very professional and did the work for a great price. Many thanks for a job well done!
I used RV Pro for installation of a Demco Air Force One braking system on my 2018 Wrangler JK towed vehicle. The service manager Ashley was very professional and pleasant to work with and my installation technician, Steve, did a fantastic job with the installation (looks factory). I will use them for future work and will recommend others to them as well.Good job RV Pro team! John
This company is customer oriented. Most RV. shops when called with a problem will say you can get an appointment 3-? weeks out. In the past 3 years I have readied my coach for a vacation and found a problem. Called Dee told her my situation and was told to bring it in. Twice they fixed me up that day, once I left it and the next afternoon the problem was solved. All the work I have done there is first class and a fair price. They have a new owner who I met and told me the goal will continue to be TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER. I just today got my new to me coach back from a repair job they fixed for 1/2 as quoted to me by another shop in Vancouver.Rev. Bob Synoground Dec. 9, 2019
The staff is very helpful.
Remounted my headlights in my motorhome. Not an easy task. Got right on the work, and did a great job. I trust them to perform any work on my coach.Thank You to the crew. Frank
Hands down The Worst Customer Service™ I have ever encountered. Background: this was the second time Id taken my RV into this company; the first was to fix my fridge that had stopped running in gas mode when the rig is not hooked up. I brought it back, because the fridge was still not running in gas mode when not hooked up. There was also an increasing gas smell in the coach, so a leak was somewhere/needed to be fixed.A week later and the RV was ready to pick up, with the leak fixed (and some parts of the heater replaced, where the leak was originating) and the fridge working. Great! Huzzah! I pay them $900.00. Drive it home across town, and... fridge is not running in gas mode when not hooked up.Heres where things go south in terms of customer service. I call and am obviously stressed that a) the problem is not resolved after having been there a second time, b) I just spent nearly a grand to not have it resolved (which does not include what I paid the first time), and c) Im out time at my day job, having schlepped the rig there last week and having to pick it up.When Mike, who confirmed when asked if he was manager/owner, got on the line with me and suggested I bring the vehicle it back, I reiterated that Id just paid them $900.00 to fix a thing they didnt actually fix and had to focus on doing my own job, which Id taken several hours away from between both visits. He also suggested that they come to me, which is what we ultimately went with (see below for details). I also asked if they could refund or if I needed to put a stop payment on what I paid while this issue was resolved. Here, Mike did a complete 180, to the point of saying, and I quote, cut the f------ attitude, dont be such a b----. After dropping more f-bombs, he explained that he is apparently too old to care about dealing with people like you, and at some point called me honey for good measure.Having realizing that Mike should never, ever deal with the public and I wanted to deal with him as little as possible ever again (and dont think that at any point Mike ever even came close to saying Im sorry for losing my cool at you, paying customer/fellow human), I accepted the option to have their tech drive out and see what was up. The tech (Tom) was a decent guy, but with basic diagnosis discovered that the issue wasnt related to the fridge at all but actually had to do with the battery. Which, while great that that was figured out (but left for us to fix)... is still like... why wasnt that figured out in-shop?So, while the gas leak was resolved at the heater (which they removed the external exhaust for and did not reseal... how do we know? we installed that seal last year), the fridge issue was entirely mis-diagnosed and ultimately not fixed.tl:dr: If this was the last RV shop on the face of the earth, I would not return. Save your money, save your time, avoid Mikes trigger happy temper and trash mouth, and go elsewhere.----------------------------------------------------------UPDATE: in response to the lengthy and detailed response from the owner below, a few things to note:- they didnt recommend a new fridge at either visit, so I couldnt have declined that option- the battery that was dead (the mechanic they sent out determined it was failing, but not 100% dead) was the deep cycle battery in the back, not the starter battery up front, which means the vehicle was and is drivable- Pro RV did NOT replace the battery; while their mechanic did test it, were the ones who went out and purchased then installed a new one, so replaced [the battery] for free, saving you $128 for the battery is a straight up fabrication---------------------------------------------------------------UPDATE #2: Ahh, so, they no longer saved me $128 for the battery, but installed your alternative battery, which they didnt because we didnt hadnt purchased it yet and once we did, we installed it ourselves (and did a great job, I might add!).
Probably the most outstanding customer service we have ever had. Called about our alternator not charging our inverter system properly and they were nice enough to take time to look at it that same day. The counter guy was awesome and answered all of our questions and explained how the system worked. Mike the owner was amazing and got our alternator appointment the next morning to work around our work schedule. The mechanic finished the job in about half the time than was expected to take. Just a very great group of people. Would most definitely reccomend them to anybody and everybody and will always come here to have anything done.
Fantastic service. Dee is honest and will always tell you the truth. They are willing to help those that are stranded and those that are not from the area. I will continue to recommend them to all RV customers that are in the area. Call RV PRO and not the Young Kid in Woodland!
I spoke with Christine on the phone she was so patient and helpful. She helped me find exactly what I needed will definitely be back. Thank you so much.
We gave the crew at RV Pro a difficult task and they performed far above our expectations. Not only did they do what we asked, and what they promised, but they contributed their own ideas and enhanced the project. They were timely and fast to respond to questions and concerns. 5+ Stars!
Absolutely amazing service. I came in for an odd brake controller wiring issue on my tow vehicle and they were able to work me in the same day and get everything fixed very quickly. Steve was absolutely fantastic to work with. I would definitely give RV Pro my business again.
Amazing for July. Got us in within a week. Asked for a week to complete, which was fine with us. Brought in Friday; was ready Monday. Great experience. Workmanship looked very good. Full documentation provided for testing. Will go back again.
Fast reliable friendly what else could you want from RV repair service
They are very good at working you into their schedule when you are on the road from out of town. Dee, the service manager is great! The only reason I can not give a 5 star is because the technician did not properly adjust the cable he replaced on my slide. Then he seemed unhappy with me because I took the time to inspect his work and had him adjust the cable so it actually had tension. Then about a week later I noticed grease on the ceiling where he had been working on the slide.
I did not go here... not sure what Google is talking about
Its a pretty cool place to work.
The quick diagnosis followed by completed work was a wonderful thing. Getting in and out in the RV was a bit of a challenge but not super difficult. Lots of parts and knowledgeable people. Staff seemed organized as well.
Good service and very professional
The ladies in the front office are amazingly helpful and always take good care of me. The techs do a wonderful job of getting the job done right the first time and in a very timely manner. I am so happy I found RV Pro!
RV Pro provided excellent service for me to replace the vent cover on the roof of my RV which had unexpectedly fallen apart. They fit me into their busy schedule, had the part on time and charged me a fair price. The folks there are professional and really want to help!I highly recommend RV Pro Inc. !!!Kathryn & Dennis G.
Had some warranty work done, plus some normal work done. RV Pro did a great job getting our 2018 Solitude back to us in just a few days. Fast, friendly, and just a great place to bring your RV for repairs
Positive experience; appreciated interaction with the technicians to discuss issues and actions taken. It is a warm, friendly environment. The work was completed in a timely fashion and to our satisfaction.
First class service. Did what I wanted fixed and gave advice for details. Price was proper and within seven dollars of estimateHighly recomended.
Rv Pro goes the extra mile! Excellent work done right with unparalleled customer service! They really treat you like family. Will always go here, that’s for sure and I recommend everyone else does too!
Took my fifth wheel in for some needed service. Judging by the number of RV’s in their lot I was prepared to be off the road for awhile.Nope! Three days and done. Fast and friendly service. Will return.
Wonderful service! Took the time to really check out my RV and let me know exactly what the issues were. Customer Service was great! Decent price! Will never go anywhere else!
Great company . Very good service. Thanks Mike.
I use them for repairs from my rv job, this place is great
I recommend this company to all who have RV service needed exterior and interior and engine service. I had an accident and was leaving town in 10 days. They worked me in and gave me wonderful service interior and exterior.
A mailbox jumped out and scratched our brand new 5th wheel. Actually husband got a little too close. The scratch was deep and about seven feet long covering one basement door and the propane door. We got estimates from two companies. We went with RV Pro because they were cheaper and hoped we had made the right choice. We definitely did! You cannot see that there was ever a scratch! It is perfect. They were able to buff out the scratch on the propane door, saving us money. Great company, great work!
OUTSTANDING 👍🏼‼️
Super good work. Reasonably priced and ultra honest owners! Only place Ill ever go now.
Terrific people, awesome service & timely work. We developed a roof leak in our motorhome over the winter. Little did we know the skylight had been compromised previously. RVPro got us right in, located the problem, replaced the skylight, sealed what needed sealed and all within 48 hours.Great prices and great service.
They always have taken great care of my rig, super friendly, and reasonably priced.
New owners! Nice guys, hope they can make it a great place for RVers again.
Service was the best, the techs were really knowledgeable, and helpfull. I highly recommend this repair facility.
Good people! Great service! They took excellent care of me and my rig. I am forever grateful to them.
They did a great job repairing my RV. Good people to work with.
(My 1st RV) I took my trailer in so they could check the water pump. They identified and fixed the problem quickly as well as identifying and educating me on 4 other miner issues. So glad these guys are here! Paying them to teach me is cheaper than finding out the hard way 😂 The school of Hard Knocks charges admission and it always more expensive than taking it to RV Pro!
This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I brought my trailer in 3/2017 and was told that I needed to have some wiring work done which I agreed to and paid for. In June I started to get the same error I had originally brought my trailer in to be fixed for. I was told to bring it in and that the work was guaranteed. I took it in and in addition to them not being able to find the issue I was charged again because they stated it could be an issue due to use. I paid again and picked up my trailer and the error started again as soon as I used the trailer. I called again and was told to bring the trailer in and that they would stand behind their work. They just called to inform me that my trailer is ready to be picked up and that I now owe them $550. I was never quoted a charge for the repair or okd them to spend that much time on the repair. I was told that they were guaranteeing the work that they had already done.
Employees are very polite and explained all details of our repair job
I purchased my first used fifth wheel and will be using it to live in full time. It was important that it was in a safe working order. I could not be happier with the quality of work that was done by Rv Pro. They did everything I wanted and kept me updated on the costs of everything being done. I wanted my coach to be pet friendly and wanted to add a catio to the rear window and turn the storage compartment into a catio. I wasnt sure if this could be done, but RV Pro made this happen. Tim who was the tech assigned to my coach worked hard to make everything that I wanted happen. I couldnt thank Tim enough for all his hard work and the staff who was so friendly with me. Tim even took time out of his busy schedule to show me things to do and not to do..He explained the different things to me on the coach. If there was a 10 star review I would give this place a 10 star. Thank you RV Pro for making my fifth wheel everything that I wanted. When I kept adding things you never seemed annoyed, you just did what I wanted. You are amazing!!! Everything done on my coach looks beautiful, I just love it!!!
I had them install a Blue Ox tow bar and a SMI break system in my towed vehicle. They performed the work expeditiously and were pleasant. They were available for questions about the system after the installation.
Thank you so much for helping us out today you guys! Much love
As always, RV Pro came through again. They chased down an electrical issue I had with my class C and they finished a day early! The staff is very friendly and the Tech explained what he found and left the defective parts for me to see.
As soon as we bought our vintage RV we brought it here for them to give it a once over and for some general maintenance. After picking it up today I notice an old 50$ bill in a cupboard. Now it had to have been the previous owners and Im not sure the techs saw it but it was right there plain as day. Im going with the presumption theyre honest people.
Good place to get your R V or motorhome serviced or repaired.
I had a very good experience at RV Pro & I’m very happy with the quality thus far! They were easy to work with while I had some manufacturer warranty-work done on my travel trailer, and I REALLY like the additional work I had done!Replaced both axles, assemblies, leaf springs, and our interior dvd/cd/radio player. Then they installed the MORryde CRE 3000 & welded end caps on to my leaf spring hangers. Everything looks great, and seems to be working really well!I really enjoyed working with Delayna for the entire project & have already recommended their service to other RVers! They were timely, and professional. I would definitely come back! A+
After calling around to all the big shops and dealers, I took my 24 ft. Haulmark in to get some work done. RV Pro treated me like family, they offered me multiple ways that I could go about the repairs I needed, and my overall experience with them was phenomenal. You will not be disappointed that you decided to trust your RV or trailer to these guys. In addition to being exceptionally professional, the quality of the work that was done was very good and extremely fast.I am leaving for a trip in a few days, and they saw the urgency of my situation and got me in this morning (Late morning I mind you) and had the trailer (New bearings, brakes, brake controller, flashing, vent hood and a few other little things) and my rig (Which needed a new brake controller and wiring harness put on) back to me by the time they closed! They even stayed after closing time, didnt rush me and took me out to train me on how to use the new brake controller. It doesnt get better than RV Pro. This hometown team makes you feel like your part of the family!
Always nice people. Knowledgeable mechanics. Our go to place for all our RV repairs.
They do awesome work on RVs, Boat Trailers, fiberglass work, etc....
