The customer service at this location is absolutely atrocious. I purchased a 3 pair set of gold stud earrings as a gift and noticed as soon I got home that they had sold me a damaged item, not repairable! Not wanting to show up without a gift, I gave one of the non damaged pairs as a gift and tried to go back to see about having the damaged ones replaced. The manager Haylie had zero empathy or friendliness. She was very condescending to my husband as she kept repeating the same things over and over while he was patiently trying to reach an understanding with her. She accused me of having damaged the item myself, it felt like I was just going to be out the money because they wouldn’t take any responsibility for the expensive, damaged earrings they sold to me, so I asked if there was a manager above her that I could speak to and she refused to give any information other than “call customer service.” Then she suddenly declared that the conversation was over and that we had a few minutes to leave leave before she called security because she wasn’t going to be “threatened” like this. I did no such thing. Never in my life have I experienced anything like this! I guess she must have felt threatened when I wanted to speak to a superior. She obviously really needed training on how to treat unhappy customers. Never had a problem before, I have been a regular customer, but I will never shop there again. I don’t ask for a lot, I just expect to get what I paid for. Unusable jewelry is NOT what I paid for.
I bought a $270.00 necklace for my boyfriend for Valentines Day. They had a sale buy one get one free so I found a beautiful ring for $249.00. They were closing so I hurried and picked a ring. Once I got home I checked to see if it was stamped and it isnt. The tag says 10 kt gold with 1/4 kt diamond and now I dont know even know if its real.
The staff was super nice and the jewelry was good quality but they are super over priced and use piercings guns. I did not know this and assumed for being a 4.5 stars and such high quality product they would also have a high quality service. It is my fault for not asking but I feel that they should have said they did before piercing my ears. I got a double helix which is something you really don’t want pierced with a gun. I would go back for only lobes but nothing else.
Went today to get my ears pierced. I didn’t noticed the piercing was uneven until I went home and put my earrings in my other holes. Totally unhappy with them and not sure how it fix it. Should’ve went to a professional. I would not recommend getting your ears pierced here.
Do not get your childs ears pierced here, go to a real tattoo/piercing place to get the job done correctly and safely.

She said how frustrated I had been trying to find earring for my two year old that she wont lose, and she offered to help me far more than she needed to. She truly showed above and beyond customer service!
This was for my daughter. They were so patient as she picked out her earrings and were so thourough in explaining how to care for her new piercing. Shes healed well and is so pleased with her pierced ears.

I recently bought a $30 nose ring from here and when I brought it home I realized it was too thick to fit in the piercing. I looked at my receipt and it explained all of the return options and within 30 days I can return it and get a full refund. Unfortunately, when I tried to take it back a day later, they said no since it was body jewelry and it was taken out of the package. Of course I got frustrated and told her this information was not on the receipt or on the website and I was never told this when I bought it in person. Never purchasing here again.
Zoe did an amazing job on my third holes, she also took the time to help me put in hard to get in earrings!! And refused a coffee tip, haha! Thank you Zoe!!
