Best place to get water filters, water dispensers or even water bottles. They also offer clean drinking water as well. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about water and dispensers. No need to pay an arm and a leg to rent a dispenser and have water delivered, when you can save a ton of money just getting your water and your dispenser from here. Theres no place like this for 100 miles. Ill be back again and again five stars.

I called them initially about getting a water filtration system under my sink in the kitchen. They told me I needed to pay $16.25 and get a water test. Then the owner came out and took an assessment of my needs and promised the proposal back. It never happened. I went in 3 months later to find out if they still had my details. I was also told that based on my needs the water test wasnt necessary. After they found my order, I requested a quote for the filtration system and since I have a plumbing client I was going to let them install it instead, especially since they have a fulfillment issue. The quote for the under sink tank and a four filter process was initially around $600 but then after I inquired again it was now $700. It was like pulling teeth to get information about the system and then they said they would have to package and get back to me. Over 2 weeks later I finally get a call (2) that its ready and to come pick it up, or have my plumbing contractor pick it up. I was out of town so when I came back in I dropped in but they had put it back up on the shelf and had to repackage it. I stood in their office for like 20 minutes waiting. When the owner came up he said oh well this invoice is 30 days old. I said yes but Ive waited 2 weeks to hear from you and I travel a lot. That was infuriating and I wasnt nice about it. Excuses excuses - no taking responsibility for actions. They still havent refunded me the $16.00.Huge waste of time and theyre very unorganized. I explained to the owner why I was frustrated and it really didnt matter to him. He said he was just trying to finish up the order. I have never felt so angry at a business. I continued to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was really just angry at myself - their actions spoke loudly... but I didnt listen.

Im not happy with this buisness at all during the covid-19, We couldnt get water. I would think water is essential...

We used Water & Air Works to install water softening and filtration systems in our home. We could not be happier with the products but more importantly, their service, competence and friendly nature. We use them now for annual servicing. I have recommended them to several others and will continue to do so. They are fair, reliable and trustworthy.

I had Aaron and his team do a full replacement of my old system and install brand new.They were on time at our home. They were able to reuse and save me some money on equipment that didnt need to be replaced. They removed old pvc with new updated lines and installed new fittings and valves.I cant explain how nice everything looks and the water quality is a HUGE improvement from what it was.A+++ I cant recommend Water and Air works enough based on the service and quality of work they performed.

My husband stopped in to ask if they could test our water and offer help with mineral deposits. She said not right now we are too busy with regular clients. She then said here is my business card check back with me later. We declined the card since they arent interested in my business. I guess my money isnt good enough 🤔

These guys are the filtration experts!I needed to produce absolutely pure water for my saltwater aquarium.I needed to modify an RO system given to me by a friend, and they had everything I needed, and all the right advice to go along with it.I also use their filters for my under-sink water filter,which makes even city water taste fantastic.All the replacement filters, hoses and fittings I needed are there,and they have full water systems, all kinds of industrial stuffand even have filtered water ready to be dispensed into any container you like.Last time I came in it was because the drain restrictor that came with the RO unit I got had failed (poor design) and I got one there forless than anywhere else I could have found it.He even tossed me some free Teflon tape for the threads on my way out. Amazing.
