These guys are great! Ducks did a stereo install for me about 2 years ago and today I was back for a rear view camera; no appointment and they still fit me in. Owner John and installers Chris & Jeff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Prices are reasonable and the workmanship is solid. Excellent car audio shop. I wanted to get some upgrades to my infotainment system, they ordered in the parts and matched the coupon discount I had on the hardware, got me a time window to drop off the car and got it installed all on schedule. Installation is working well, no rattling or loose connections so far. They also said if something goes wrong within a month they will fix it. I am a fan of companies that stand behind their work. The staff have all been friendly and very knowledgeable. The place is a 35m drive from where I am, and it was well worth the drive. Ducks has my recommendation and future business :)

We were in the market for a new stereo. We are new to town, so we Googled audio shop and we saw Ducks Audio had a ton of good reviews, so we gave them a try. I AM SO HAPPY WE WENT WITH THEM!!Not only did they get us in really quick, they helped us with every step of the setup. We now have music in our car again! Would reccomend to anyone who is looking for a stereo with full install and setup! Great place!

These guys were great in hooking up a nice rear view camera to my 2007 Toyota Tundra and it works great, and they quoted me a time to complete and they were way faster...now if you are looking at sound equipment for anything, these guys are amazing and very cutting edge on the best technology. I wish I could just give them more than five stars. Just give them a try, and you will be very pleased.

Fair pricing and good work. but.... ok so my glk350 has the harden kardon sound system which has good mids just no bass so I wanted them to put in new amp & sub and just leave h/k amp & subwoofer alone N just run new power wire and put new separate amp & sub . I told them and we talked about not touching any of that and just running new amp sub.. so if I could go back to stock if wanted. Lady said yeah thats fine wont even touch any of that... I get my Mercedes back and they spliced into wires that goes to sub instead of stealing power from back speakers or back of deck Totally not what I told them I wante. Now cant use or go back to normal if wanted.. idk why wont let me reply but I know I talked about how I wanted it and the lady said that is fine.** other than that I give 5 stars ppl were nice and sounds really good

We stopped by to ask some additional questions, they stopped what they were doing and helped us older customers not feel stupid. They quickly resolved our issue and we were on our way. My first time there. My speakers that I installed werent working in my truck and they fixed it. Very nice guys. I will definitely be back for future work. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking to upgrade their speakers and radio and they have a great selection. Also they will tell you how to fix it if you want to do it yourself.

Owner was an employee at the old ducks on 4th plain, always very passionate and knowledgeable.Him and his wife went ALL IN and created the new ducks car audio shop once the old owner retired. First of all, excellent service and they make you feel like you aren’t just a number like the big box stores. (His wife knows her stuff btw) Good prices and a great selection of quality equipment. I ran into an issue with my install (bought the wrong enclosure from them) well they were awesome about it and got me 100% dialed in even though I made the mistake initially. The 2 Other local shops I tried first for the right enclosure were very arrogant, rude, and just didn’t seem like my money/business was important. Thanks guys!

I went in to get some really random parts that I wasn’t expecting them to have. I get there and was expecting some high prices for it and them having to special order it. Went to Ducks twice in the past few months. Both times were to hard wire RV back up camera devices. Staff were helpful, polite, and did what the heck they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. The last time on my brand new truck. Not a scratch, ding or even a piece of wire left behind. Love em!

I showed up with a half a piece of equipment and no idea what I needed. everyone was helpful and friendly and got me moving in the right direction. when they were done I drove away with a my car sounding great.

I wanted to write a review of this place because they went above and beyond for me. I purchased a wiring loom and asked them to wire it for me. The price was for the most part reasonable, they were helpful in answering any questions I had, and I went on my way to install my aftermarket stereo on my own. After trying to install it myself and failing completely because I (stupidly) hadnt restarted the amp controller enough times, I called them at wits end during a busy Saturday when I knew they were booked up. Not only did they tell me to come down, they immediately dropped what they were doing to help when I got there, without asking for any additional payment. It ended up being a ten minute fix, but it could easily have been 3 times that.I dont think you can go wrong getting work done here.

I went in for a quote and I was not impressed with their knowledge or establishment. I watched another customer deal with a problem and seen the way they handled that and assured I would not be next.

Friggin sweet place

Great people work there. Everything is at a decent price and they have just about anything and everything you need.I highly recommend it. Before going to Harbor Freight I would definitely go to Ducks first, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Customer service could greatly be improved. But they do have bulk speaker wire and bulk F wire if you like to do your own installations

They have a lot of stuff their but the salesman behind the counter at the audio station had very limited knowledge on most things, if any at all. He guessed on a few things, and being as I have no knowledge about audio equipment, I just believed what he told me. I had to take my things to car toys to have them installed because ducks guy was not available. When I got to car toys, they informed me that about half of what I had bought was either wrong, or not needed at all. Not so they could sell me something else, because I didnt buy anything from car toys, but they were good about telling me why I didnt need all the other stuff I had. Anyways, ducks is a good store with cheap stuff. However the salesman I dealt with I think was too proud to just tell me he didnt know the answers to my questions, and instead just had me buy one of everything. They wont let you return anything either even if its unopened and on the same day. So Im stuck with stuff I dont need.

Good hardware store, has all the essentials at good prices. Just upgraded some car speakers and it was painless. No damage during installation and relatively quick considering there was two people ahead of me.

Bought multiple things from them and now that my speakers don’t fit they want store credit or I’m sol says 14 days on receipt never be back there again worse customer service

Well they were knowledgeable about car steteos .but they didnt have what i needed and the cost was double what amazon wanted for the same part.and they wanted 2.00 for each little blade fuse.

So, I came into Ducks Audio for my first time today (March 11th 2019) and I was actually impressed that they had more than just audio. I really needed some HID or LED lights for my car and even intended to pay big bucks. The 2 girls in the front were really nice, but Im not too happy with the guy who ran the audio/lighting dept, because I patiently waited 5 minutes for him to BS with another customer before me (who obviously wasnt trying to buy anything) and when my turn to be helped finally came up, I asked him about strong LED lights, he said their best were $179 (of which he wouldnt have even had to try to sell, because I was willing to buy them on the spot anyway), so, right during the middle of our discussion as he was about to pull up examples for me to look at, this other customer just straight cuts in and starts talking to him (and in my head, Im like WTF? I waited for my turn, ya know), so the audio guy who was already talking to me (whom I waited my turn for) just straight went along with this other guys conversation instead of continuing with mine, which I found was rude, especially when I was actually planning on making a big purchase from them. I felt disrespected, so I just walked away and out the door. And by the time this audio guy realized I wasnt havin it, it was too late. On the way out, I told the girl at the counter, If hes not going to treat me, as a customer who waited for my turn, with respect, then Ill go buy my lights somewhere else. I normally support local businesses, but I wont be coming back here again.
