Love this place they always have what Im looking for and the customer service is amazing!

So dont get me wrong the service was great, the product was not. We had gotten a white opaque bottom banger and it was not sealed properly. I wasted a gram of dabs, thinking it was me not doing it right but no because when its sealed with the carb cap on smoke comes out of the bottom where the seal looks weird. So not happy at all.

Awesome unique place with lots of interesting merchandise and some really great glass pieces. Dave helped us out and it was a pleasure talking with him. He is very knowledgeable.

These guys are awesome! This both mine and my roomates favorite smoke shop. Theyre very friendly and always willing to help you find what your looking for! I went in and had an issue with a tank I bought from a different seller, long story short one of the people working there gave me their tank that fit my vape! He did not have to do this, but because of it I will be a loyal customer! Amazing customer service anytime I’ve gone in and very comfortable atmosphere!

The store was full of goodies and there wasnt enough time to see it all. The people working were quick and helpful in finding what I needed and the pricing was fantastic for what I got. If you need their help they are willing to take the time to explain things in a simple and easy way.

Good staff, really friendly and willing to show you whatever you might wanna take a closer look at, knowledgable on products as well...The only reason im giving it 4 stars is due to the fact they disnt have any of the items i needed in stock or even carry some of them at all, but the prices are outrageous....the employee told me $19 for a tongue barbell that had the cheapo plastic balls on eachside...NO WAY thats an outrageous ridiculous price for such a thing!

Aaron does a good job keeping the place clean and making sure you walk into a cozy environment and leave with a smile. Even stopping by to grab some crutches and papers I end up chit chatting for a good 10-15 minutes after already checking out.

Unfortunately I finally had a bad experience at the J today. While I love this place, I am severely disappointed with them. I came in after work excited to buy me a new tank for use with my thc ejuice 70/30 blend. I have been using a old kanger for a few years and my tank started leaking really bad. After a few rebuilds of the tank I made the decision it was time to replace it. One of the gents helping me (I am omitting names because I don’t want anyone in trouble) ended up selling me a SMOK stock prince. I was under the impression when I left that the tank would work with my Kanger adjustable base and work at less then 10w for my concentrate oil. (Over 10w burns the oil and produces a terrible smell) I get it home, all primed and ready to rip it and nothing.....does not work with my kanger base...so I call to see what can be done and another employee tells me to bring it all in. So back the store I go. I go in and we look things over, everything works as intended with exception it still does not fire on my base. We find out it does not even produce vapor until 30 watts. Then the employee try’s to sell me a 70 dollar base with a 25% discount. Instead I spend 35 (after a 25% discount) on a new bottom fill tank I am not happy with but it’s useable. So all together I spent 59.99 on a SMOK paperweight unit I can’t use and can’t be refunded because the tank is used, and now an additional 35.00 on a bottom fill replacement tank... both employees were extremely nice and friendly and normally I have nothing but great things to say. This time is a 2 star. It would have been a 1 star but both employees were very pleasant. Of course I will be back, but It’s going to take a while for me to regain the trust I feel was broken today.Edit: After using the new tank for a while I have decided I do like it. But I’m still pretty salty about being out the 60 bucks. Still 2 star.

I was in need of a new ceramic coil for my dab pen, and I called them first to make sure they had them. The guy said they had them, and that they start out at $8 a piece. Got there and SURPRISE! They didnt have them. >.

This place has the worst customer service!!!!! I purchased my father a proto pipe for xmas, I made it very clear I was unsure he would like it being 67 years old. Aaron promised me he would give a full cash refund due to the situation, as long as it was not used, and with receipt. As I thought, it was not what my father wanted, he went to get a full refund, and I was told no, store credit. My father has no need for a store credit. I called Aaron and he told me he would never say that. Weird since myself and 2 friends were there and I asked 3 times hesitant of this exact situation. They lied for the sale, what else will they lie to you about. As a non smoker of pot, what a bad reputation this is giving for the herb enjoying community. DO NOT SUPPORT A BUSINESS WITH THESE VALUES!!!!!!!

The people that work here are great ... we bought a vape pen and the guy was super informative- they have a lot of good flavors of vape liquid - we only go here to get everything we need. The store up the road is almost double the price on pens.

The owner of SmokinJs openly stated being in support of oil pipelines, including the DAPL through native land. He rejected a request for donations/support of Standing Rock on the basis that progression, economic growth, and corporate commerce are more important than our planet or indigenous peoples.Employees and products are fairly legit, but this guys hippie vibe and personal interest are wack.P.S. Own up to your real opinion, and what you said. Its not an insult or slung mud, its responsible. Side stepping with PC responses that dont actually make a stand, and throwing discredit shade at sources is for politicians.

Great place. Called as I had a friend who needed a detox drink to help him pass a test to get a job. They offered a drink that cost 25+ tax at smokin js. For a similar product (not sure if it is exactly the same) at mary janes they wanted 42+ tax. So prices are great comparatively. Staff is totally friendly (both on the phone and in person). They were patient and knowledgeable. Plus they have a ton of cool stuff available. They are honest, and even though I only had the money for the drink they totally let me wander the store and pulled things down when I asked and told me prices so I knew for the future. Oh they also have various styles of hookah bowls which I have not encountered often. Their glass also seems very reasonably priced for what you can get (I tend towards higher end more heavily worked pieces, and they had one that fit the bill nicely for a good price). Will definitely be back when I can do a bit more than window shopping.

Horrible customer service to say the least.. & a lot us us are daily tokers.. but do we not still have responsibilities to take care of? Any time Ive been in this store, any one of the employees are sooooo high, they can in no way handle anything but a simple transaction. I like having that feeling also, but not when I have responsibilities to take care of. Moderation is key, especially when a customer(the reason youre in business) needs assistance.Bottom line- Mary Janes is sooo friendly, helpful, & actually attentive to their customers! Wow- imagine that! A store where the customer comes first?!? wooooow man.. whaaaat??? Do not even bother visiting smokin js, a frustrating waste of time dealing with careless, mindless employees.
