The staff here are active and its great to see a company employing the right amount of people for such a busy location. Their customer service level is awesome and their energy is amazing! Drive across Portland because your store allegedly has a pair of shoe I would like to purchase, only to finally get there and there is 2 different sizes. Pretty disappointing, no offer to order them or anything. Wasted half my day driving to different stores for no reason. Haven’t purchased from you company in a while and won’t bother again

The staff was very friendly and helpful I really like Hannah and Sean and Alissa & Zack and all the other staff with awesome costumers services.

Champs Sports is always where we go to get my sons shoes for school. We know they will have the newest shoes of the season which is important to my son. This time however, (in mid June) they only had display shoes. They literally didnt have one pair of Jordans in my sons size. We had to order them via staff and then it took quite awhile to receive them. One, because it took 5 - 7 business days. And 2nd, due to staff error with our address being wrong. In conclusion, if you want to get shoes at Champs, be prepared to choose your shoes and then wait.

I drove 44 miles to buy a expensive pair of shoes for the doors to be locked at 3 in the afternoon and the website says theyre open and to top it off there was ppl in there ggrrrr not good for business!!!

Staff was nice, not knowledgeable at all, I spoke to the store manager about a return and he wanst helpful at all. A complete idiot and I gave him my champs reward card cause I will never be back. I use to like shopping at champs with the whole family, Sports Locker and other stores will get more business from me that Champs had.

Okay I have no use at my age for all of the items there.

As a mother of one of the young girls who works there, I encourage ALL women to boycott this store. The store manager has a culture of sexual harrassment and preditory behavior directed at the 18 to 19 y/o girls he employs. His comments have ranged from I hope your mother taught you well when speaking about a young womans tounge piercing, to Have you met Phillip...come fill up my (vulgar name for his penis. I have watched my daughter come home in tears for the past 9 months. If you pulled this guys retention records, the company could plainly see he drives off many young girls after a short time- all r/t his inappropiate comments and his continually asking these young girls out. When they refuse him, the sexual comments take on very rude tone. I have called HR and hope for a return call. This has to end.

When i went to check out i was introduced to the check Ariana who was forcing me to do a transaction with another customer, instead of doing two separate transactions like all other employees. I was already running late and this time saving transaction by arianna was no help at all. I ended up over paying by nearly 2$, it took much longer and was a huge hassle. Thanks to this, i was over 10 minuts late to my AAU basketball game and hardly ended up playing all because of a cashier. I will definitely not be coming back and will have to make the extra drive to the champs at clakamas mall. With antics like these i really wonder why employees are getting paid to be un helpful and rude.
