I had the best time. So happy I found this store. I have heard so many good things about it. I was there over an hour and didnt make it through 1/4 of the store. The gal at the fabric department was so very nice. Manager as well as the others we all so nice joking and laughing. Very helpful. I cant wait to go back. I took a lot of photos but still not even half of the store. And omgosh great prices.

Awesome craft and hobby store with everything you will need for all craft and projects from model cars and paint too beads and feathers. Even have glass blowing kits

This place is huge, well organized, fully trained staffed, and an incredible amount of merchandise. Its expensive. Ive heard how inexpensive it was here so maybe I was expecting too much.

Great variety of things, a bit pricey. Displays way over cluttered and things fall when u try to look at some of the the display items.

Love hobby lobby hate that its closed on Sundays because well most of us dont have the luxury to get weekdays off .But if your able to go I suggest looking at the furniture items they always have sales going on and great customer service. Lines can get long due to everyone going there for crafts and other decor items for the school projects and home diys etc . Good place not too pricey.

Very nice staff. Prices are fair or really good. Wish they had better selection of markers like posca. But no store cant carry everything.

You can usually ALWAYS find what youre looking for and more. Be sure to watch for 50% off sales and when thats not on, bring up a 40% off coupon on your smart phone.Its always a happy moment finding treasures you didnt know you needed.

It was pretty good and huge variety. There were many inexpensive items for crafts, home decor, actually I think I loved this store more than Michaels! I bought a little unicorn light box for my granddaughter n the price was cheaper than Walmart...Wow thats a first. Its s huge store and I didnt have the time to see but a quarter it. The only drawback was one line open n s grouchy back manager scolding the poor cashier for not hanging the phone up after asking for assistance! Wow did he not realize that All of us in line could 🙉 hear him! Back to training on etiquette for that guy! I recommend checking out the store if youre interested in expanding your hobby needs. Its worth the trip.

I love this store however due to the lack of employees it is difficult to get through check out.

So much stuff! I found some things on my list but not all and when I asked a clerk for advice she had no answer. The store has a huge variety of seasonal items and was well stocked but the prices seemed a bit high.

Its pretty expensive for most items. The stuff is nice and for the most part quality though. Just dont get the pictures frames with common board backs if you want the tabs to stay on.

Love the store, but the manager was terrible to an employee. I don’t know her name but she wear a pony tail and glasses. A employee was ringing up customers and he was dealing with a pretty intense customer who just couldn’t seem to be pleased with any answers she received from him. All while this manager stood by and watched him be talked down to by a customer, and then did nothing to help out and ended up talking down to the employee as well. She called for backup from other associates because the line was getting long and as I was being checked out he needed to call for help from a department and he accidentally said the wrong code number and she continued to talk down to him and embarrass him in front of other customers all while she walked around him with a giant smile on her face. He was doing the best he could with what was going on around him and she needs to find a new job.

I just moved here from Colorado I am amazed how brightly lit this store is. A nice experience.

They have nice decor and lots of different craft ideas but they need to categorize the sections better for finding what youre looking for. The prices werent too bad either. Ill stick with Michaels & craft warehouse since I know what they have and are more convenient for me.

This place has everything! Prices are okay... Would like to see more sale items but other than that its in a convenient location and fun to visit with family. Has plenty of craft items.

Too religious to have Halloween stuff. Lots of Christmas decor tho.

I LOVE Hobby Lobby! I love to craft & create so I could spend hours in this store EVERY TIME I GO THERE! I was a little surprised to see that their NOT all laid out & set up the same. But I am usually ALWAYS offered help by an employee (which is rare in most other chain stores these days). I just wish that they had more yarn. Otherwise Hobby Lobby, keep up the great work.

Fun, lots to look at and some really great prices—especially look for the sale items.... got a great mirror for my powder room at a steal!

Staff were awesome on the phone and informed me in detail what was available and didnt hesitate when i asked real in depth questions only tried their best to answer without leading me wrong. Arriving at the store staff were just as helpful thanks Hobby Lobby helped me with a tough project!!!!!

I love hobby Lobby but I just left the store questioning who they be hiring here. One of the workers came up to me while I was quietly shopping and was like who are you talking to? (I was facetiming) And I was like why and she said its irritating that you cant shop without being on the phone which I found funny because me and the person on the line were quiet the whole time. She then goes on to ask for my age and she tells me honey you are too old to be on the phone with your boyfriend like that and in my mind i was like why does this lady care so much about what I am doing in my personal life. I dont mind if the workers are aiding me in what I came to shop for but when its coming to judging me when I am not bothering anyone it kind of makes the worker look like a bad representation of hobby lobby.

Love this place! Its my happy place and makes me wish for more room in my house. I can always find something that is beautiful and useful.

Staff at my store are so welcoming and courteous. From fabrics to a staff member seeing your confusion and asking if they can help, to the amazing checker that genuinely cares about your experience. I always find something I didnt even know I needed until I saw it! I LOVE Hobby Lobby!

I found everything I wanted. But when I got to cashier she said nothing was 50% off except 1 item. The signage stated items on the shelves well my selected items were on the shelves....but that didnt make a difference to them. So I left all the items as they were not within my budget. I really believe they need to be clearer with the signs.

So love the selection, love the discounts... HOWEVER the loss of a star to me is the confusing signage and messy merchandising. I have been in merchandising for years and the standard organization and shop-abilty of this store was worse than goodwill or forever 21.

This place had so much stuff I couldnt stay focused. Yes they had great stuff but its toooooooo much stuff in one area. I couldnt even buy anything cause of all the stuff. If your looking to decorate your place or craft up a nice project then this is your place. Be prepared so alot of stuff to look at. :)

I missed this store so much! I am glad they finally opened one here in Vancouver. It has a lot of different things and it was clean and well organized. A bit crowded, and not enough staff to help on the floor. Would like to see them inforce mask worn properly.A bit pricey but they have great sales.

Many things to decorate. Never did find any staff, but a friendly shopper helped me & described it so well . She gave me her card she will go far in her business.

For such a large store they dont seem to ever have what I need. JoAnn fabrics is still a better option for your crafting needs in my opinion.

Well, Im middle of the road. They have what I want for my crafts and hobbies, but I cant stand the way they ring you up. They put it in by hand and always forget some sale prices. Also, Im always being followed by security. I dont bring in a bag or wear loose clothing. I talk to myself while deciding and cover the whole store looking for ideas or unexpected things to use in my crafts. Somehow, this triggers security. Im getting really tired of it. Also, for being a religious store, youd think people would be more polite. A few times now when around 2 or more employees, theyre always talking badly about someone. I will still continue to shop there being as though theyre the only ones now with decent prices and stock. But I wont be happy having to go there.

Ppl were so rude to my sister for her mask not being above her nose. There are way better and more professional ways of treating someone. Seriously. A simple “hi there, I’m sorry but it’s store policy to keep your mask above your nose.” Would be effective...Idk if I’ll come back to your store.

Its a very big store, this was my first time there, I was very disappointed with my purchase but that is not Hobby Lobby fault, and i lost my receipt.It appeared like a nice store with just about everything, I could of spent a couple of hours there, I will go back, by myself!

Love this store but I I dont understand why things are marked so high and then take off a percentage at the checkout. Do they think we dont know that they Mark it up and then at the register they bring it back down to a normal price. Come on! But they always have what Im looking for plus more!

My wife and I were shocked today to see way that the manager of this Hobby Lobby chose to handle a female who was apparently shop lifting. He was screaming right in her face (never mind the social distancing protocol that this store claims to be following). We watched as he attacked her, touching her aggressively multiple times. She was not being physically aggressive towards him and so there is absolutely no excuse for behavior like this, especially from a manager. First and last time shopping this location.

I love going to craft stores. I love creating and crafting.When I first walked into the store.. and its much bigger than I thought. I went in not knowing what to really expect but WOW! I absolutely loved it. Everything about it. It was clean.. open.. bright.. and what a sight! Everything you could ever want to craft is there! They had sales going and even without that.. the prices arent really outrageous. I do mostly beading.. and the selection and quality of products is by far the best Ive found anywhere. The people who work there are awesome.. friendly and helpful! Even though its farther than my other craft store..I will go to the Holly Lobby. My favorite store now.
