Positives: Great selection of knives, tools, accessories, etc, of all different qualities and price-ranges. Ideal for those preparing for the apocalypse (whether its Zombies or The Purge).Negatives: Get people who are warm and enthusiastic about what theyre selling. Ive had very few positive experiences with the staff here. Theres a gentleman here who loves finding every opportunity to get after you for something, whether its looking at a wallet, just browsing for long periods of time, or...just not being someone he likes. He acts as if his customers annoy him. Its also not good policy to use foul language around your customers, whether its in joking or casual conversation.

Heads up folks! The master has left the building!It’s a fun shop with a variety of types and qualities of knives, but the guy who loved sharpening and had a real passion for knives is no longer there. I feel like they didn’t treat him particularly well and he moved on. It’s a pity because he was the one there that had real skin in the game. If you want your knives sharpened, there are other people in the area with real passion for their work, not to mention the right equipment.If all you want is product, whether it’s throwing stars or kitchen knives, then this place can be a fun shop.

I have mixed feelings. I purchased a good quality chefs knife, but so much of the stock was knives and swords not suitable for daily use. They were defense orientated.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I had some questions about the authenticity of some of the swords and the guys tone got super condensending and he went off on a tangent and said none of them were made on a mountain top in Japan and was extremely rude. I dont think Ive ever been spoken to by an employee at any business that way before. I walked out and I doubt Ill go back. At the very least if that employee is still there I wont shop there.

Super cool store, tons of knives and swords we could spend hours looking at all the cool things in this store and cant wait to go back soon. The staff or owner that was working saw us waiting outside and opened the gate to let us in even though we were there 15 min before they open. Very nice guy.

Never had an issue with this place great customer service great for new people looking for knives there is some expensive knives but they also have a great $10 case and are really nice knives. Would reccomend this place 100%.Some people may complain but I have never had a bad experience here and would say its a good first timer looking for a knife kinda place.

Bought a nice knife from this place. Was scanned from a different box so I ended up paying over but after going in the next day they were able to adjust it for me. Even if you dont want to buy anything this is a cool place to even just look at what they have.

Make sure if you really want to get great service ask specifically for the guy who sharpens the knives. And I dont mean ask him to sharpen your knives, if you want to buy something and you care about it, have the knife sharpener expert specifically help you. He is often in the back but he Is a lot more knowledgeable than the other guys.

I found a salesperson who was really well trained in knives. I learned a lot and made an expensive purchase of a knife I plan to have for the rest of my life!

The person that was working today claimed the throwing stars that I was getting were VERY VERY SHARP but when we got into the car and looked at them they were very dull. Also luckily my sister was 18 but they didnt even id her when buying the throwing stars. if I could rate it 0 I would 👎

The knife selection is very good, but you have to make sure you arent buying absolute junk. There is no return so they supposedly give you credit, but my knife i bought that had the tip break off just from taking it in and out of the sheath twice they wouldnt accept. The people there hardly speak english, not a problem. I went back there, and I realized how good the selection is. The have large display cases full of Spydercos, benchmades, Zts, kershaws, crkts, etc. Lots of knives that are out of stock in places are here. Huge selection of top of the line equipment.

Love this store you can buy a cheap $10 knife or spend hundreds on a great quality knife like Benchmade. Plus there are tons of other self defense items that range from inexpensive to quote expensive theres something for everyone for sure.

They are friendly and always willing to help. If you cant find what youre looking for they go out of there way to help you find it. They have good deals and quality merchandise. Always a fun place to visit, even if your just looking around.

My experience varies Everytime I go to the vanmall one theres one guy who works in there an Arab an nos nothing about knifes an every time you ask to see something he asks are you gonna buy I say just looking an then he doesnt help any more I found it offensive an very unprofessional but everyone else there is a big help

Good place to start a knife collection.

Lots of junk in here. Not all bad but they wouldnt let us return anything even though we had only walked like 50 out of the store when we realized the backpack were bought was very uncomfortable.

I walked in looking to replace a replica sword and with no other customers around, i couldnt even get a greeting from the two workers. I walked around the store twice and was never even acknowledged. Horrible customer service.

Awesome knife selection, everything from 10$ mtechs to a couple hundred dollor zt or benchmade. Also a huge zippo collection they got it all!

This is pretty much my favorite knife store. The guys there really know there stuff. So helpful and knowledgeable. Same guys every time I go so Ive got to know them. They also have an absolutely wonderful selection from top of the line to a a few bucks. Very well known brands like Benchmade, spyderco, Kershaw and others down to novelty knives, even practice butterflies. So many options and so much veriety. Love this store. A+

Absolutely stupid high prices and terrible customer service walked around the store for 10 min no service at all. Save your money and shop somewhere the staff will respect you as a customer.

Helpful staff and an eye for quality.

Terrible customer service. Bought some throwing knives here. Threw them at a rotting piece of wood for 20 minutes before one broke in half and anothers tip bent. Rhey wont do any returns or exchanges. Would not recommend this place.
