Pharmacy was very unprofessional, mean and rude to me when trying to pick up medication. I am immunity compromised and told that I cannot get curbside medications nor is their drive up window open. I understand they are short on workers but now have put me in a position to either get exposed to that environment to get my medications or live without.Calling in to the Pharmacy I was met with Rude, sighs and demands. Very disappointed in this store and professionalism.

Does not accept cash therefore they do not accept humans. Nowhere is it posted outside the store or when you call that no cash is being accepted in the store anywhere. These employees think they are so important that even the self-checkout doesnt accept cash! I am disabled in a wheelchair and had to come to the store for dog food. My dogs will go hungry because they refused to allow me to purchase dog food with the cash that I had! It is legal tender and this is discrimination. You people will pay$$$ for doing this to us. Its bad enough that your employees think that they are number one before the customers. The woman who rudely told me there will be no cash accepted at the store looked at me like I was infected with covid or something. Amazon is getting all of my money every month now. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!! Trust me, people like me are keeping track of organizations like you and when the dust settles you will not come out on top$$$$$$$.

Bought 2 different types of lunch meat, came home and theyre both expired!!!! This is not the first time. Im gonna stop shopping here. The employees are not helpful at all. Ill go over to WinCo from now on. They take more pride in their store.

The stockers are constantly in the way. And whats sad is theyre not friendly. Just totally ignoring folks. At least a smile would be nice. Another gripe is the rude idea of locking items up, and making law abiding, innocent customers go through the hassle of waiting for 5 to 10 minutes for the only one associate to unlock the cabinet because of a thief. There HAS to be a better solution. Im sure this customer feedback is computer generated, so it probably wont even be read, or listen to. Anyway, God bless you.P.S. Ok place to shop, limited on items and employees but if you need to get a quick grab and go this isnt a bad place.

It’s a Walmart. But I’d say they don’t care about appearance or cleanliness. The workers never smile and you barely get service. They don’t have enough employees to properly staff. The people aren’t terrible but they need to set up their game!

Idk who posted these glowing 4-5 star comments but I strongly suspect theyre walmart employees. This is the most poorly managed retail establishment ive ever shopped. As a former biz consultant for numerous fortune 500 companies (Nike, Intel, Kroger, etc.) for 20+ years, I am more than qualified to post a comment. Ive shopped at this store for 4+ years, unfortunately, only because of its convenience. Almost without fail I observe some example of poor management every time I visit. Today, Monday, 5-6pm I intended to get a money order & pickup a few groceries. Much to my disappointment Customer Service was closed, despite the large sign stating the hours were from 10am to 8pm. I asked an employee if anyone could help me at customer service & she said no, its closed. No reason was offered, but more to the point, the tone of her response suggested this was common place. That reminded me that Id came here some months ago & also found it closed during normal business hours. If I thought it would make a difference Id list the many other examples of extremely poor service Ive encountered at this store. Notably, however, I no longer approach the person that from all appearances is the manager or supervisor. My prior experiences has made clear this mgr has no desire whatsoever to listen to a customer simply seeking information, much less offering a solution. Not surprisingly her attitude is reflected is most of the employees. I have to believe someone at this massive corporation would care to know that this store apparently regards customers as some sort of captive base that should be grateful that Walmart even serves this community. And thats all the time im going to spend here. I should say, Ive never applied or been employed by Walmart or its competitors, I dont own & have never owned a relatively small biz hurt by Walmarts biz, I have no ulterior motives to post a negative comment. My motivation is driven only by the abysmal service, & the desire to communicate to senior management that this store cannot possibly be adhering to the minimum of expectations I presume Walmart strives to achieve. Lastly, like all Walmarts, im fully aware that most employees are relatively poorly paid, so my expectations are very low, nevertheless, I expect better by far from Walmart.

Quality environment, amazing customer service

This store has been our main source for food, health, grooming and household cleaning products for over 5 years. Weve never had anything beyond a minor inconvenience disturb us while shopping here. Perishables have always been fresh and store associates are both friendly and helpful. Overall, it is a dependable, clean and well run grocery store

The Employees in this Neighborhood Market are Awesome, never rude, and they always go above and beyond to answer questions, or even to just grab something on a top shelf that couldnt be reached...and with a smile!!! By far my favorite walmart Market...

This Walmart is my go to place and I always find everything what I need. Best part is I dont have to wait long in the queue. The behaviors of the staff is very friendly and professional. If you need anything needed in your day to day life you can easily get it here, and last but not the least they follow all COVID-19 guidelines. 10/10

Its located right around the corner from our home. 3× a week My Kids and I will walk there instead of drive. Employees are respectful and they are up to code. Fresh fruits, veggies, meats, etc. Bathrooms are clean as well.

However managment was very unfair. And very unprofessional. Store manager is very rude along with managment. Would not recommend working here. The place is better than a regular grocery store offering larger amounts of more items but isnt very helpful when you need something very specific. The staff is nice. The bathrooms are small. It gets the job done for basic neighborhood needs.

Good Walmart, they have a little bit of everything. Their food selection is better than a couple of other Walmarts in Vancouver. Theres always a lot of employees around to ask questions to which is always nice. Impressive little alcohol area as well

I had set up an appointment to get my second vaccination filled out all the questionnaires when I got there to check in they didnt have the moderna vaccine so they wasted my time

The staff at this store are always helpful and courteous. My wife and I went through her having breast cancer and the pharmacists were so caring and knew what we going through by what she was taking. Accompanied my husband for his first COVID vaccine. The staff were kind and efficient. Excellent experience.

Store was super clean. Even though some shelves were bare, staff was working hard to restock. Personnel was so friendly and in a cheerful mood.

Walmart saved me enough money on prescriptions, food, and necessities that I was able to work out moving to the coast.

Convenient drive thru pharmacy otherwise never shopped there

For a neighborhood Walmart, surprisingly it has sufficient amount of items. Only thing was that some of the shelves were empty but they were already stocking them. I wanted 2 Lactaids but there was only one on the shelf.

The curbside pickup could be better marked. There are no directions in the parking lot as to where exactly you need to go when coming in from the opposite side.

Hether in the pharmacy is amazing she is always so friendly and professional honstley only reason I still coming there Im definitely not had the best experience with other employees at this location but she rely dose make it a way better experience i hope someone promotes her cause she definitely deserves that

Of the lowest cost supermarkets - much cheaper than Safeway, Fred Meyers and most others.

Came for some milk for my newborn and when I got home I realized that all 4 cans were Expired by 2 months. Would not recommend this store at all.

Nice market in a neighborhood which would otherwise be a food desert. The long-time FredMeyer/Kroger moved to expand, too far for some residents to go. It has a good selection of food and some variety items.

Although this Walmart is not a supercenter meaning it does not sell clothes it does sell some hygiene household cleaning supplies dog food cat food and pretty vast selection of food for people they also have a small pharmacy and a little hot deli in the back its really close to my home on Fourth plain so it makes it very convenient for me to be able to go there and get my lunches for my work at SEH. This Walmart offers contact list curbside pickup Im thinking they do deliveries although Ive never partoken in it I could be wrong they have plenty of wheelchair parking and access to the building most of their employees are pretty kind there are a couple of people there that seem to have an attitude which would be kind of nice for them to just find another job if they cant find a way to curb their issues or leave their problems at the door but for the most part its a good little store to go to if youre just looking to get some cleaning items or maybe some food for your dog or food for yourself before work it works just fine they do require masks they do not take your temperature but they do most definitely disinfect very frequently their entire store

Its conveniently located near me. They seem to be getting more organic food in stock. I have some friends who like there jobs there, thats good. Makes me want to go to their store more often

It be nice if you change your info to close until 10:00am instead of having people walk to your store then turn them around you get to your store. Especially when were in a snow storm.

Its very clean and follows all guidelines in place or covid-19 there are employees sometimes that are rude or just not helpful. But for the most part its ok.

I visit this Walmart two or three times a week, and Im normally pretty satisfied with the experience. This time, however, for the second visit in a row, they were out of several shelves of Great Value brand frozen vegetables (with no explanation). I have found that this happens on a semi-regular basis with other categories of Great Value products, which is unfortunate, since this is generally the most affordable brand.Also, if you are looking for fresh, pretty produce, dont expect to find it here. Despite that, the produce staff are very friendly and helpful, so its probably not their fault.

Masked gentleman directed flow of customers into the store. Some were not wearing a mask. I asked him why he didnt stop them. Walmart says masks arent necessaryThe law just passed, I said.Its not a law, just a suggestion.Were in a pandemic, I added.Oh, thats overblown. Things arent so bad.I went to Safeway: much more compliant and concerned for our safety.

Website and google shows closes at 11pm. Arrive at 10:50 to employees standing at the door telling people they are closed.

Pharmacy staff are nice. Better than Walgreens. Just pharmacy and groceries and some seasonal things. Back to school or like Halloween.

Their prices are ok but.. across the street is a day shelter for the homeless and when its open you tend to see a lot of shady folks in and out of the store.

Everytime i bring my family to this walmart we are greeted by the rancid nasty smell of cigarettes this guy in particular seems to always be there and so I asked him why he must smoke so close to the doors and he stated that he works there and is allowed to smoke there. Well if thats the case then then the manager clearly does not care about the community and its shoppers health. Putting his cigarettes out on the ground just scars the concrete and makes everything look bad too. Really hope they fix this.

I would have rated them a 5, except 1/4 of my red grapes were bad.

This store is different than the others on the north side of the Columbia River. Less stock and selection but hey - Covid! Sketchy people outside Likely hurts their revenue. It is across the street from a homeless resource center.

Great produce Dept. Always find new and interesting products here. Great prices. Downside is the homeless that hang around the parking lot and sometimes go inside. I’ve witnessed some scary incidents here. Always keep your purse with you.

Does not enforce mask mandate. When I let an employee know, they ignored me, talked to a manager and she said, we inform them risks, but if they refuse to wear mask, we cant do anything about it. Excuse me? Refuse service. No one likes wearing masks, but we do it for others, not ourselves.
