Had a lovely experience talking diamonds over champagne! 🥂 (Seriously, what’s not to love?) Got to design my ring and they drew out my idea on the spot to make sure they understood what I was saying. It’s over 6 months later and I still catch myself just staring. I am absolutely in love with it. Genuinely lovely experience.

My family has used only one jeweler (in another state) for over 50 years. I was so worried to trust my rings with anyone else, but I did lots of research and felt going with Runyan’s was my best option. I needed 2 rings sized. I had a really lovely experience. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, gorgeous show room, and the work was done on time and for a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again and recommend to others.

This review is long overdue, but I am happy to finally post about my experience with Erik Runyan Jewelers. Last June my wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary. In honor of this event, I wanted to surprise her with a new wedding ring. Unfortunately this was during the period of the lockdowns and protest violence. However, not to be deterred, Leslie Runyan met me at the store and showed me lots of designs. The ring was delivered on time and my wife was thrilled with the final result. I highly recommend Erik Runyan Jewelers to anyone looking for a quality jeweler.

I was so impressed with the customer service in this upscale and elegant jewelry story. I went there to sell my moms jewelry and needless to say I was very sad and nervous. Her jewelry was passed on for generations and whether it is very expensive or not the process of selling estate jewelry is very difficult. Memories come to mind when looking at the pieces one by one; how she wore them and with what matching pieces, all of a sudden became vivid memories to me. The women in this place were kind, patient, and more importantly very respectful of me, my deceased mom, and the integrity of memories that are dear to our hearts. Whether they purchase my jewelry or not (they have not decided yet) I can tell you that this place is admirable. I thought I was going to cry and I may have shed a couple of tears, but Cameron and her colleagues made the process so much easier. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to purchase something beautiful or anyone who is selling their jewelry and wants to be treated with the outmost respect. I give this place five stars!

We came in here to have a ring resized and they checked it and cleaned it as well as offering to clean our wedding band. They were VERY kind and helpful and have earned our return business as well as any recommendations. We are very happy we found this place!

About 2 months ago I had a watch that needed a new battery. I had purchased it at Walmart but they wouldnt put a new battery in it because of Couvid restrictions. So I purchased a new watch there and it needed links taken out but for the same reason wouldnt do it for me. I checked all around this area and most repair places wanted more money for battery replacement or link removal then I had paid for the watch. I called Erick Runyan Jewelers and they invited me to come to their place. They replaced my battery for the price of the battery. They took out the extra links on my inexpensive watch and the staff treated me liked I was the most important customer in the store. Im in a wheelchair and the serve they gave me was so great that I want everyone to know! They understand cosstomer service and if I ever need help again I will shop at Runyan Jewelers! Fantastic!

Wonderful experience at ERJ with Kelsey Price. My fiancé and I spent literally the whole day going to jewelry shops all around WA to find the right place to create a custom engagement ring using inherited diamonds. We were pretty tired but we saw ERJ on the maps app and decided to make it our last shop to check out. So very glad we did. Kelsey welcomed us in and was absolutely amazing, she literally made all the stress of a whole day of ring shopping disappear. She was extremely open and flexible about doing custom designs with the inherited diamonds, and we never felt pressured to buy something over our budget (which was extremely kind considering we haven’t even officially graduated college yet). Very good communication on her part through email, which is what we did most of the designing talk through. The whole process was very enjoyable thanks to Kelsey, and she was always extremely kind, patient, enthusiastic, and helpful. The ring itself turned out amazing, and it was very affordable for such a quality custom ring. All in all, we are very thankful to Kelsey and ERJ for all the help, and we recommend it to anyone looking for jewelry. 11/10!

Me and my son went into this shop dressed in our work clothes my son was wearing stained jeans and a work shirt and they treated us as if we had all the money in the world just amazing customer service I highly recommend

I LOVE my ring!!! Thank goodness Tani posted it on her Facebook page! I tagged my husband and Tani immediately gave him her hours. He came home and surprised me with it today. It needs to be sized, and their hours are the same as my work hours, but Tani is willing to let me come in early to drop it off! Talk about excellent customer service! They even gave my husband a military discount!!! I highly recommend working with Tani!!!

Absolutely do not recommend this place... they are crooks. I took in my dads old watch to replace the battery. They said it’s not the battery and it needs to be repaired... since it’s my dad’s old watch (and they used it against me) I said sure. They “shipped” it to New York and tried to charge me 315$ for the repair. I said no thank you that’s too much they insisted that it needs to be repaired but I said no I can’t afford that. Next day they said the watch is back and ready to be picked up... “the next day” first of all it’s impossible to get the watch all the way from the east coast in one day... long story short I went to another place and it was just a battery.... a 20$ battery now the watch works perfect. Absolute crooks they tried to take advantage of me because the watch has sentimental value.

My now fiancé and I went in and designed a gorgeous engagement ring with Kelsey. I had many diamonds from grandparents and my mom that I wanted to include in a ring. She went above and beyond giving us inspiration from rings around the store and drawing out the designs so I could visualize the ring altogether without seeing it. After leaving, everything else was an absolute surprise as Kelsey and my fiancé did all the work after without me knowing. They did an amazing job and I am in love with my ring! We went in and got the band to match and also designed my fiancés ring as well. His turned out better than we expected and he absolutely loves it! I would recommend anyone looking to customize a ring (or rings) to go see Kelsey at Eric Runyan Jewelers! I cant wait to go back and add more jewelry to my collection!

I had lost a pin on my watch a few weeks back. I came to Erik Runyan for a replacement. I was greeted with friendly smiles and offered coffee. They replaced the pin and fixed the watch free of charge! What amazing service, all around! I cant speak for the quality of the jewelry, but if youre looking to be treated right as you shop for earrings, rings, etc. ERJ comes highly recommended!

I came in to have a ring looked at - all I wanted was a basic estimate, and thats what I got - for free, mind you, which is just so great when youre not sure if what you have is even valuable in the first place! They invited me to look around the store while I waited, and the estimator explained to me both the value of the ring if sold to someone who might want to wear it as is, versus if sold to the store as source material. Im not a big fine jewelry person but if I ever come to be, Ill return to Erik Runyans for sure.

Very nice and generous with their time. Walked in without an appt - hoping they could repair a watch band (for a watch that I did not buy from them).Super pleasant and got it fixed within 5min. I am so glad I came here! My opal stone broke out of my engagment ring. My ring was custom made in San Diego so I was worried it would be a challenge to match the gem quality and shape. Cameron the sales associate helped reasure me this would be a easy fix. She was a great help during the process and I could tell she really cared about us walking out of the store feeling confident. The ring came back in about a week! Far sooner then expected, and the quality could not be beat. Fair/low prices, quality work, kind people. First of all, when you walk into ERJ in Vancouver, WA you know you’re in a high class store. It’s a very open plan in an renovated old building with a rich history and nautical theme (resonates with me as a boater). They have fresh coffee and other refreshments and you aren’t standing over some counter trying to look at jewelry in bad lighting. There are comfortable desks you where you can sit leisurely and talk about the diamonds, the options, look at the jewelry in a more relaxed setting all while drinking coffee.I wanted to find a ~2 carat diamond earring for my wife for Christmas and ERJ was not only the only jeweler of many I checked that had it but they had many different types from which to choose. I worked with Kelsey and she was amazing. She was extremely helpful educating me on all the aspects and nuances of diamonds that I can never seem to remember between purchases and was exceedingly patient with me in reviewing at least 10 different sets of earrings.There was absolutely no pressure to purchase which is always nice, especially given that it was nearing closing time and just a few days before Christmas. I highly recommend ERJ and you might want to ask for Kelsey, she was great to work with on this purchase!

Great people and place to get your gold, jewelry and diamonds, their new store is pretty cool if you get a chance to check it out its worth the stop and they are always friendly and welcoming to all. Four generations and 100 years later is pretty impressive and as a business owner myself I know you dont stay in business this long unless youre offering your customers a great value and excellent service.

Went in for a quick battery change on a watch. Had me in and out the door in 10 minutes and even adjusted the band for no extra cost. Beautiful and clean store, great and friendly staff. Will be back.
