Always friendly cashier when I go. Some items are less at the dollar store but Big Lots carries some stuff that the d store does not. I usually know what I want when I go and then end up getting a few more things that were nice and good price.

Whats the deal with Big lots? In the past they always had great deals but was there the other day and wanted to buy a small can of mixed nuts and the price was $14. OMG. They should be embarrassed to even put those on the shelf.

How was biglots? It was great! After going to multiple stores for bath accesories, we finally found what we needed at biglots. The staff who checked us out was great and friendly.

Ive been going to this since I was a 2nd grader.Sure its not a big name like Target or Walmart but its more like a glorified convenience store really, with most of what convenience stores have and then some.Pretty decent inventory along with polite staff and hygiene

If you know values, you can get real bargains here. Spices, for instance. I needed cream of tartar for one recipe I rarely make. $6 at grocery store, $1 Big Lots. Comforters, pretty spreads$25-60, some even with sheets.

This Big Lots is, comparing to other stores in the group, amazingly clean and well organized. This comes, however with the star-deleting caviat that there is way-less variety of merchandize than at other stores.

I decided to grab some items for Easter. Big Lots did have some great prices, I picked out two stuffed bunnies along with other items for my two granddaughters. After paying and leaving the store, I was driving down the street, I realized that the bunnies had shed all over my pants and shirt while I was standing in line. The bunnies definitely could not be given to my granddaughters. I went back to see if I could get my money back. Due to COVID-19. They were not taking returns. Miriam was my cashier. She was very kind and understanding. Miriam contacted the manager in charge for me. That is when Jason came to the front register. Jason stayed firm on no returns. Jason was very kind and professional while doing so. During my craziness and frustration of not wanting the bunnies and knowing better about returns, Jason remained polite, apologetic and sincere. Miriam then stated a date that they were hoping to start returns. Both Jason and Miriam were very understanding. While implementing the policy during a difficult situation. I was very impressed that Jason had communicated with me the way he did. I definitely gained respect. I honestly could not leave saying it was a bad experience. I tried but everything they did, they did with sincerity and compassion. I will keep the bunnies and hope to return them in the future. Thank you Fishers Landing Big Lots for having an Amazing Staff. Even with a bad situation, They turned it around for me. Awesome Customer Service.

Way too much variety! I went in there planning on not spending too much money because I was tagging along with my daughter and ended up with too much in my cart because I got things that I really did need and also they had some really good sales on candles and shampoo and other things. Nice shampoo for a buck. Also matching conditioners to go along with the shampoo. Funny how you can walk through that store and realize that maybe you do need more than you thought you did LOL!

Love this store, its always clean and has good stock. Absolutely love the 90 days same as cash for the furniture! My husband and I will definitely be back! They had a lot of affordable items - I fell in love with a couple of their couches there but Im still trying to talk the hubby into it... ;) I hope others have the great experience we did. We kind of overspent but its easy to do! Love that they had an associate over by the furniture to facilitate the experience and tell all the different options for delivery and payment. Very pleasantly surprised! ☆☆☆☆☆!!!

I love this place! This is the only place I can find the Monster Energy drink in the glass bottle! Plus these are all kinds of cheap snacks you can get on your way to the Regal Cinema down the street. The perfect place for household items if youre a student.

I purchased furniture from this location and within 2 weeks received an email stating that I could receive $50 off if I spent over $200. I called and was transferred to the furniture department to request that they honor the discount price for me. As I was speaking to the sales agent, Kyle, I believe, the department manager rudely interrupted and came to the line. I believe his name was Tom or Todd. He must have a huge napoleon complex or something to prove to someone. He was extremely rude, and wouldn’t budge on any discounts. I feel horrible for the people who have to work under his direction and hope that he soon realizes that this is not the best line of work for him. I won in the end by getting the discounts at another Big Lots location, where the management is much more friendly and value their customers, so all that fussing that he did with me only accomplished a non repeat customer. He was horrible.

Friendly staff, available to help and answer questions. Prices are pretty reasonable for a discount store.

Never get tired of this place! Always find good deals in all departments. We bought our dual recliner there for $599. Bought the 3 year insurance. SO, if anything happens BIG Lots will replace it.

Always EXCELLENT customer service. Sylvia @ the lovely young lady w/ the long black hair & bangs, Kat manager of furniture dept. customer service always above & beyond. All the employees @ that store displays Top Notch customer service, courteous & helpful.

So the staff is very friendly and welcoming.I give this 3 stars on their prices. I noticed many things that are really over priced. If anyone did some quick price comparisons, they would not buy there.Other than that, it is a clean store with good customer service.

This place would be a five star regarding service, selection and price BUT theres definitely some hit and miss items. For instance the food items. If its bread, might be insanely dry. If its creamer, it may taste off. Mac and cheese was fine though. Oh and we got some kitchen knives, obviously I knew it was a gamble. They were surprising dull. But then I get to use my husbands knives, and hes a chef 😏But outside of that, I love this place!

Big lots is always clean store. Have a variety of things to look at. Does have some great buys on summer yard things. Also other things in the store. People are always friendly and willing to help if needed.

Kind of a hotchpotch of goods. Processed foods, toys, gardening goods, furniture...like a dollar store on steroids. Sometimes you find a great deal, often you dont. Check it out if you have spare time or want something odd.

This store has a little bit of everything.Not a dollar tree but has fair prices. Not all items aregreat bargains.

Big lots is fun, they have some unusual finds. the staff is very nice.the stores are clean and well stocked. you do need to watch pricing....they are double $tree for some items.

Holy moly talk about service being excellent! I came right before close Christmas eve. They were fantastic! I wish i could remember her name but she was at cash register. She was front lead or supervisor. Dirty blonde hair. She was beyond awesome and cs skills on point. she was so sweet. And the compliments she gave her staff was awesome. Ill be back for sure. Mainly because of her. Her cs and attitude.

Big Lots! is very hit and miss with their selection. They offer great prices for household items and grocery foods. They have dvds for as low as $3 and blu rays up to $10 each. They sell rugs, blankets, kitchen items, jewelry (at times), movies, gardening supplies, food, kids toys, clothing items, office supplies, and more!

Nice store. Employees always asking if you need help. The one thing that Ive noticed in the past few years is some of their prices have gone up on things that used to be such a great deal.....i.e. dog toysnow their a set $5.00 which is high.

This big lots is so expensive, when they first opened their prices were great I could hardly believe it but now theyre more expensive than Walmart or Fred Meyer 4.50 for almost all bottles of shampoo? Anyone who pays that is crazy will not recommend

I went to Big Lots and bought me a new couch today for $299 plus tax and protection which is going to be and I probably will get the couch tomorrow or Saturday I am so happy I cant wait to have my new couch in my house.

Clean brand new store employees were not easy to find they were stocking shelves I was looking for a Fathers day card and they do not sell cards btw. I would shop here again it is organized and very roomy to manuever through the isles.
