Not sure about the review from Tie w/ North Light, on GTS being responsible for training your new employees for ya.But, GTS is a go to place on this side over the river. If you are a legit contractor, youll appreciate the service, knowledge, and products available.I typically install commercial steel framing, insulation, and drywall. You can get all three from the same placeFellas there know their products and are very helpful. But they know me.Oh, and fastest will call in town. Call ahead, show up, get loaded, and on the road usually in 10 minutes...Thank you GTS

Astoundingly bad customer service. The office staff is unhelpful, rude, and condescending. Dealing with the employees in charge of ordering made me long for the good old days of buying sheetrock and insulation from the clueless people at Home Depot.I have only dealt with the Vancouver location and after the last order placed we will be taking our business ANYWHERE else. The person who took the order made our secretary (in training) cry with asinine comments such as “why don’t you put somebody who knows what they’re talking about on the phone”.I am in absolute shock that a company would treat paying customers so poorly.Go to Lowe’s. You’ll ask for insulation and get mortar mix, but at least they’re nice about it.
