Super slow a lady legit was getting helped as I waited for her she walked out for a few moments after being done came back inside and they still helped her again before getting to me HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After waiting for 30 mins I was told this location could not print out my bill statements because they are not a corporate store. Very convenient since they closed in 2 mins. I went to the Vancouver plaza location and they told me that all locations provide all services. I do not appreciate “Brian” or “Bryan” lying to my face. This is BS Hazel dell location get it together!

Only leaving a review because i read someone say something bad about a employee named daniel. Just went in and talked to daniel very helpful, loved the exchange will be becoming a xfinity customer!!

Service here was fantastic. I have gotten horrible service by phone or internet. Coming to the store was a great idea.

If I could put negative stars I would. I went in for internet and they gave me the wrong thing. Charged my card 2 times had the box less than 24 hours. Been almost a month still no refund on either charge and got hung up on 2 times by customer service. You guys are a joke of a company.

I went into this store to upgrade my phone. Instead of doing this, Kyle decided to start a whole new account under my name and now after 6 hours on the phone with xfinity IT no solution. I’m over paying 95 dollars a month because of Kyle. My phone is now not working and no one is able to help me.

Dillon Ulrich is professional, patient and kind in his approach to clients. My experience working with him was efficient and enjoyable.

The store manager, Dillon, went above and beyond to help me sort out a difficult mix up of accounts. He patiently and diligently worked to solve the mystery and got me all of the information needed to rectify the problem. He saved me a lot of money and stress.

Went in and talked with Dillion about our overages we have been getting since having to take online classes. He talked us through our opptions and helped us find the options that will work for us with out having to pay overage fees. Dillion was amazing his costmer service skills were top notch . I will go back to the Hazel Dell store and work with him before i would try calling customer service or chat help. Thank you

Comcast’s reputation of slowness and headache was squashed by the responsive and attentive team at this location and made our interaction super awesome!

Great costumer service,Definitely one of the best locations with the nicest employees, they are like one big family all ready to help you unlike some other stores that are not friendly, you can tell they all love what they do 😊. Dylan was very professional and helped me in a timely matter. Highly recommend this location definitely worth the drive, rather than a head ache with other locations.

Friendly staff, greet you when you arrive and offer help. Dillion was wonderful, The King of the Universe I told him, for fixing my software problem with new phone and xfinity service. He spent over an hour of his time to teach me tricks and techniques to operate my new Moto phone; and fixed some issues that the phone arrived with. He was funny, friendly and kindly repeated instructions until I got it. I am so so glad I switched from Verizon to Xfinity for service as my monthly price is now HALF of previous AND their in-store tech service is awesome. Dillion is my hero! and I can now operate my new phone (feels like flying a plane but Dillion made it so understandable to this non-tech-savy customer).
