Terrible Customer Service. I was not given the truth about what they had available on the floor to try out and therefore wasted a long drive. I bought online and was very disappointed with the shipping delays. I was told that Nautilus has a warehouse in Portland. My shipment however came from Ohio and took almost two weeks to arrive. Unacceptable.

The sales people swing between pushy and completely uninterested. They were not forthcoming and truthful about prices and features. Left feeling like they were annoyed to help me.

Was nice to be able to try Bow flex machines. Glad I did, one I was ready to buy really aggregated my knee.

This is the retail shop at Nautilus headquarters right here in Vantucky, WA. They had a great deal on the thing I purchased (dumbbells with Bluetooth. Nice dumbbells but the BT thing is totally stupid and doesnt really work), and it seems like theyre all about providing these products to people who live here in Vancouver at pretty great prices.
