Amazing service, I wish I had called them first and saved myself lots of dead end calls and hassle. I couldnt find a set of steel tracks for my smaller excavator anywhere in the country but Mr.mackenzie took the time to check the specifications of my tracks and found that the tracks for another brand that were available were a perfect match. He really spent the time to make sure everything was correct and that they got to me asap. Have the steel on for over a year on a Bobcat E-42 These tracks were great. I would really like a full steel grouser for these tracks. My use in forestry and firefighting. In some instances a spiked of 2 1/2 grouser would be great.

I dont know how you could have done any better. Multiple texts back and forth to figure out the right setup for my old machine. Its refreshing to do business with people who actually care about getting it right the first time.

Wow, these tracks have been on my mini-ex for 6 years and 1300 hrs. now, and show almost no wear. no damage at all in spite of thia machine living in the woods. I dont believe I have ever had to tighten them. They most likely will outlive me and the machine. Great product, great service, and great price. Thanks.

Almost five years ago i converted my rubber tracked machine to VIQAN steel tracks with bolt on rubber pads. Didnt have to worry about ripping a rubber track anymore. Rubber pads have only now just had to be replaced. not bad for five years of work.

I was told by a couple of friends Mackenzie could help me out. On the phone he knew what my problem was and by the end of the day my machine was back up and running. Highly recommend.
