Wrong price tag was put on a hat. The manager refused to honor the price. $3 goes a long way with honesty and customer service. Guess we’ll be buying our hats from Amazon now.

BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE!!!I partnered with the Vancouver Mall Lids location to make custom hats for my small business, with the goal of ordering 50 hats.I paid for digitization of my logo and a hat to see a prototype. The digitization was poorly done (the words were badly misaligned). They agreed to retry, which took another two weeks. This time the logo was aligned but the font was not representative of my logo.They acknowledged the unsatisfactory quality and offered to try a third time. Three additional weeks passed without any updates.I was through.I went in to request a refund of the digitization fees and unacceptable prototype hat. I was denied by the store manager who insisted there was nothing he could do. He refused to provide contact information to a next level supervisor.Ultimately, he agreed to refund the hat only.

Today we had the most disrespectful experience from the worker named Allen. At around 6:30 pm today Nov. 4 my parents went into the store looking a gray Seahawks jersey. My dad asked the worker Allen if they had it in a size large and he responded “Are you buying or looking?” that was a very rude question to ask especially to someone that’s been going to the Vancouver mall for years. He then had the audacity to call security on my parents saying they were being aggressive because my dad had asked him “why are you reacting that way I’m trying to buy a jersey” my dad doesn’t speak fluent English and didn’t understand why that worker was being so rude he even said that my mom was also being aggressive when she was just standing there (I’m sure you have cameras and you can see that on there) . My dad waited for security and explained them what happened even security was on my dads side and gave us the information for this branch manager for this location. This is unacceptable. We will no longer be doing business with this location. I hope whoever is in charger do something about this.

Sometimes we hear things in life that sound incredibly unbelievable. My recent visit to Lids now carries with it one of those stories. I popped in with my friend and a gentleman by the name of Levi asked us is if there was anything he could help us with. At first, he was incredibly helpful. That turned downward when he made advances towards my friend, David. David is all for fun flirting but Levi was unprofessional at the absolute best when he decided to fondle my crotch area and ask if we were interested in partaking in some cocaine after his shift ended. We immediately left and have no intention to ever return. First, Im not interested in guys sexual in a sexual nature myself. Next, even if I was, this type of advance was incredibly aggressive. My friend assured me that I shouldnt have ever expected an advance like this from someone in the gay community in a retail environment. Finally, the assumption that we might be interested in recreational (or any) use of cocaine... I assume I could take legal action but I really have no interest in the spotlight that might cast. If you need a great fitted hat, Lids is great. My experience with Levi however was quite the opposite.

Our family are huge fans of Travis and his staff at The Locker Room. They are great people: eager to help, thoughtful, and kind. They remember us and our favorite teams and make suggestions within our price range rather than trying to upsell. I go there first for every sports-fan related purchase I ever make.

Inside of Vancouver Mall. They are very friendly and helpful. While they did not have what I was looking for, they did recommend several other places that might be able to help me in the Mall.

Ordered a hat pre Covid19. Store still not open. And no communication from anyone store or warehouse. Customer Service has been useless.

Used to be great. Now way to expensive. 30 bucks for a blank hat?

Lovelands which there an embroidery was little bit cheaper on their personalization and like the fact that Meek Mill has taken over and we will see where he goes from here

Awesome selection of dodger gear.

Incompetent is the best word to describe this place; upstairs and downstairs! What turned into a simple 40 minute embroidery job, turned into hours of frustration.

Located in the Vancouver Mall, have plenty of hats to choose from. The youth section is pretty much just sports related.
