They personalize the fittings meeting the individuals needs. The Starkey devices are American made and have the ability to do more than just amplify sound. I can stream from my TV and phone, locate lost devices, translate, and have fall protection.

Ive contacted Rick twice for help with Phonak hearing aids I bought in another state before moving here. The first time I had just dropped on of them on the floor, cracking the case. Rick explained the high co-pay Phonak would charge to get it re-cased and told me how I could repair it myself, which I did, and saved hundreds of dollars. Then I had a broken door to my other hearing aid and put in one I had gotten from the provider where I bought the hearing aids. That provider didnt tell me there are left and right versions. I only discovered this after bringing it in to Rick. He found a right sided door and popped it in. Now the battery faces in the right direction. He did a full intake. I asked what I owed. Nothing.During that visit I got to know Rick in person. Hes very sharp, hes been doing this a long time and knows his stuff. And he is more service oriented as any audiologist Ive visited. Thank you Rick.Youve earned my five star review and then some.
