I would not touch this establishment with a 1000ft pole. Starting from the fact that the owners don’t care about the industry itself, mainly the money they profit off of. They sell old and expired products, management is extremely rude, and the only thing worth going for, is for very select friendly bud tenders that actually know what they are talking about. All the people who made this establishment a decent place to shop have all left and the good vibe of the place left with them. I RECOMMEND CRAFT TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A GOOD DISPENSARY EXPERIENCE. OR JUST GO TO PORTLAND. DONT GIVE THESE MONEY HUNGRY VILE HUMANS YOUR MONEY. SUPPORT BETTER SMALL BUSINESSES!!!

I had been a customer at fire and frost since before they moved from mill plain to fourth plain. I have spent literally thousands of dollars here. Yesterday I bought a Optimum Extracts cartridge and when i got home, found that it only worked if the cart was screwed on so loosely that it wobbles. My previous cart did as with the many dozens i had purchased before, did not have this issue. in addition to that, I told them that the oil was also very burnt and bad tasting. I had the cart, the receipt, the original package and was well within the 7 day exchange period. These are all the things they say you need to make an exchange and they make it sound like it will be an easy process but when you get there they will put your product through a series of tests that are completely arbitrary. the Owners will not speak with you, they will send out their shift lead to say things that they dont want to. so instead of making the exchange and providing any reasonable level of customer service they denied my claims of burnt tasting oil and offered me a slight discount on a new one. Instead of sucking up a $40 loss, they will now lose the thousands that I normally spend. Long story short...If youre going to continue purchasing from this store, Id recommend not buying anything that may be defective because you will lose your money if you need to return anything. Any other pot shop here I come!

While I frequent a few cannabis shops, Fire and Frost stands out. From the beautifully created floor dioramas to the CBD specialty shop, it is clear they are in the business for more than just the money. I NEVER feel pressured by the staff and always leave with a positive impression. Good prices, knowledgeable staff, and wide selection. I recommend Fire and Frost.

I have been coming here for months and I have noticed that there is always different employees every time. I never really see the same bud tender.Every time I find a person I really like that always gives me good information and suggestions and is super friendly, it seems like they disappear. Some of the people that have been helping me for months don’t seem as lively as they used to and it really makes me wonder if there’s something going on within the store or management that is making my favorite shop go downhill.I feel like consistency is really important in a business in this place doesn’t seem consistent

This dispensary is so great I followed them when they moved locations. They have a good point system. Nick with the beard is the best employee they have but the rest of the staff is generally friendly/helpful too. They have a decent variety but I mostly use cartridges. My only complaint is that they have been out of my favorite strains for months.

Bad shop will sell you moldy opend package weed and will not make it right do not spend your money here! It was stale and underweight I hope they get fined running a business like this!

Exceptional customer service! Every time I have visited Fire & Frost, the staff has been very attentive and knowledgeable. On Christmas Eve, one of the bud tenders even covered a few bucks for me, out of his own pocket so I could get the deal on an eighth instead of just getting 2 grams for the same price. Seems like their staff is always going that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Every associate that I have dealt with has been super helpful and knowledgeable. Always fast friendly and expertise help. I pass 4 or 5 dispos to get to Fire and Frost best they truly are the best.

I’ve been coming here since before the new location and I’ve always loved this place! Today I was helped by Lorren. It was here first day yet she was very knowledgeable and friendly!

All in all it’s a top Knotch dispensary, from the guard at the entrance, to the atm fee (ONLY 1.50 cheapest I’ve seen). Customer service here is top tier. You can tell they recruit people that flow with the company culture. I’m going to be real, the prices have shot up a bit. But hey, what you get is quality. I’ve heard rough stuff about OR vs WA flower, but I’ve never been disappointed~10 out of 10 great dispensary. Keep it up

Had kind of a bummer experience with a cartridge that wouldn’t work, was told I could return it and got one there that didn’t work with my pen and barely worked with my friend’s.Without the manager there, I was told the oil was up by the mouthpiece and that could be why it didn’t work so to come back the next day, that it could be my battery and I could buy one there even though other cartridges worked, and their machine said it should be fine. So I came back next day w vape pen in hand, broken cartridge, and cartridge I owned that I know works. Made sure oil was in correct position. Have receipt and packaging. Manager has me blow out the end of my vape pen to demonstrate that this cartridge doesn’t work then has me step around the corner to try it with a different vape pen.Like I get it these aren’t normally returnable but what a hassle to just get a replacement?? I’m assured it’s a one off thing but I get to my car and plug in the same kind and flavor but a new package and it doesn’t work, but it was such a hassle I debated going back in for a min but then the manager had gone on lunch and I’m told to wait a half hour or come back tomorrow lmao.That being said, I’ve had a great experience with literally everything else but I’m not comfortable going through that again for a cartridge when other dispensaries have said they’d just take my word for it :/

Always a joy to come in staff is always friendly and know there stuff any time they help recommend a good indica for me, Ive never been unhappy. I love how everytime I go the quality is also good. With New Vansterdam for example its a 65-70% chance im having to go somewhere else due to lack of quality.

Its been quite an experience. The first time I went was helped but was charged for a different item I didnt want and didnt notice til I got home. When I called, was never called back about it, so pretty much stuck with something I didnt want and didnt take the time to take it back because there was no default to it and already left. I always order online and pick up because Im a single mom and you cant take your kids in. Another day I walked up for curbside pickup and as soon as I walked up, the guy at the door said, no you cant do that, you cant leave your kids out here... Did I say I was? Did you look to see how I was purchasing before assuming? Dont judge me before you know hot shot...after that a lady came out to say hi to my kids probably to ease the situation. Also sometimes when I order online, the reciept says something totally different...hows that? When I do have the Chance to go in, the price is what it is, but if I do it online I notice the prices change from what it was listed and what it shows on my reciept. I dont really go here anymore. And still, never a call back about anything. It hasnt been all bad, a few select people I have really enjoyed here not only for their service but the whole experience but...just somethings could change to make it better than what I experienced.....

Today was my first day in and was excited to see that they sold Green Haven products. To me Green Haven is the best grower in Washington state. The staff seemed to be friendly and helpful. The one thing that I was surprised about is the lack of social distancing and the staff not wearing face masks. Other than that, it was a great experience. I will go back again for sure.

I just had knee surgery a few days ago and I decided to go to the nearest cannabis store my experience inside was absolutely perfect but did not know my mom was harassed in the parking lot by the security guard for pulling out of her parking spot and coming up to where I could get in easily... He verbally attacked my mother who was sitting in her car waiting for me to come out of the door.. then when I got into the door and seen that my mom was very angry and looked out my window to see him coming out or car we just left with no confrontation... he could have came at my mom a little different way and asked her to please move and she would have explained that I just had knee surgery and I was unable to walk very well

THE best dispensary in the area by far!! The service is always friendly and knowledgeable, plenty of options no matter what you want to spend, and the staff is always willing to answer questions. Now that this store has a return policy on defective cartridges, its my favorite shop in vancouver! They always have a good variety of selection whether its sativa, hybrid or indica, as well as CBD options! I appreciate that they have a fairly even amount of offerings from different producers, instead of filling their shells with just one producer!
