Customer service is always great. The layout is a little counterintuitive for me but its not a big deal, the space is nice and the employees are nicer. I think it was Collin who helped me out today. I had just gotten off of work and was super frazzled. He was patient and kind even after I switched my choice a couple of times and took a while getting my money situated.

I was recently in craft cannabis store and was helped by a very friendly staff with great knowledge and customer service. I was greeted by two people saying hello and asked if I needed any help. I was helped by Chris who showed me the difference between chargers and cartridges. I ended up buying I Im very happy with. I would highly recommend this location. Thanks again Chris for all your help.

I went to craft cannabis tonight not knowing what to look for .Christina came and helped me out looking for a concentrate. Not only was she spot on with my request for a fruity concentrate, she also took time to explain edibles to me.Christina is a great employee and craft cannabis is lucky to have her. 5 stars from me.

We have been able to enjoy a pretty good cross section of Craft Cannabis locations. Really exciting to see their business develop the last couple of years in Vancouver. Love that they keep rotating growers and that we can almost always try something new. Helpful staff that almost always have quality recommendations and competitive pricing. Their loyalty program makes this our new favorite Dispensaries. Shout out to Mike B. for impeccable service every time!

Recognize it’s like a car dealership for THC. They have a mega selection. Which means they have plenty of bud-tenders. They will come on strong pushing 1/8th’s & Half’s out of the gate. Unfortunately that’s an effect of sales incentives. This can have a negative effect on customer service. It may feel pushy & in-genuine to the customer at times. Luckily I had a organized bud-tender who had a decent outlook on what he was doing there in the shop. He understood that I knew what I wanted & did his best to lead me in my desired direction. All with a socially realistic attitude.

Ive been a customer here for about a year. Its under new ownership and I love the quality of customer service. The store is really cool itself. Great layout and selection. Theyre open 7 days a week until 11pm! I dont know any other dispensary with late hours. Its the best!I dont use bud. I like edibles. I cant find anything remotely like what they sell in Oregon, where I live. Theyre delicious and they help me relax and sleep. I recommend the Indica strain. It doesnt cause the paranoia that Sativa does, for me at least. I dig the discount you earn once you spend $100. Monday edibles day, buy one get one half off is my favorite!!I will keep coming back again and again. Thank you for your great one one one, helpful, kind customer service! You Rock!

I have reviewed this shop before, but had to come back and do it again because of how amazing this shop and its staff are.Not only do they have great smoke, but the staff is hands down amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable and happy to help .They also go above and beyond like today when I got a flat in the shop parking lot. As I started to change my tire in 91 degree weather Chris, the shop manager, came out and change dir for me. He didnt know I am partially disabled, or that I have issues with chronic pain. He helped me just because he saw I needed help.Thanks again Chris!

Mckenzie is the best employee there, in my opinion. She has helped me pick very good product every time. She takes some time from her day to start conversations with me every time. Great customer service, great store, great products, and THE BEST EMPLOYEES! I cringe anytime I go into a shop and they dont act like this staff. I recommend Craft to everybody I know!

Ive been buying Flex-all 420 Lavender for years for my chronic illness and Ive never had a problem. This time it was scented with menthol and not lavender even though the container said lavender. None of the ingredients in the Lavender Scented one contain mint at all so clearly it was mislabeled. I am very allergic to mint and had a reaction and an asthma attack. We talked to an employee and they offered us $10 off another container but could not verify that this one was not mislabeled as well. I will not be shopping there anymore because obviously dont care about mislabeled products.

Something that’s lacking at dispensaries in Vancouver is customer service. I’m always greeted with friendliness and knowledge, here. If shopping for weed makes you nervous or uneasy, start shopping here. They will treat you like family and get you what you need! Also, best selection of quality and trustworthy products on this side of the river.

Last week I stopped by this place and it was super busy but the employees were so helpful! Michael helped me find exactly what I needed and even recommended a joint to me that turned out to be fantastic! He took the time to explain some things to me even though they were slammed. I have yet to have a good experience in any of their stores. Their prices are above average and the staff are inexperienced, not very knowledgeable and generally dont seem to enjoy where they work. Its obvious employee turn over at their stores is an issue which is always a reflection on the management/ownership.

This is the place to go, especially if you want friendly knowledgeable bud tenders who know their smoke! Casey was the guy who helped me out today.. he was nice and great attitude! I have been going here for years and he has always been positive and ready to sell some buds lol honestly they all are great. I’ve never done this review thing before but I just got back from this store and I had to sign on here just to make it known that whoever runs this place is doing an awesome job! This place is really one of the best in Clark county. The staff is always helpful and the store is clean, shelves are stocked and everything seems to run so smoothly. I’ve been to other stores around here and they stress me out and I leave feeling flustered. But I really like the way this store makes me feel. I think I smiled the whole way home after I left there tonight. ☺️I love it! Very organized too! A+++I hope I did this review thing right🤷‍♀️

The Mill Plain location is where I always go. The service is great! I met one of the Budtenders Dyani 😊 She was so very sweet, knowledgeable, and welcoming. There is a good reason I always come back and that is because of the staff like Dyani. She was a fantastic help. I’m sure I’ll be back soon!

Every time I go to New Vansterdam Im never left waiting very long for help finding what I want. They always have good suggestions as well. I constantly go to zac for recommendations on flower and extracts. Angela is super sweet and knows her bud pretty well, and so do Christina and Lauren and Sean. Everyone there is also really nice and friendly and just fun to be around. 10/10 would recommend.

I went in there earlier this week and not one worker had their mask on, I kindly asked the worker to put their mask on and they said no. I then asked for their manager and it turns out he was the manager! He proceeded to kick me out and not sell me anything. If I could give a 1 star I would.

On top of that New Vansterdam always has such huge variety of quality products with a full staff that is well-versed with knowledge and that makes me returning time after time even with all there competition. THE place to go for all of your cannabis needs. They have literally everything, and always have multiple budtenders working who have been super knowledgeable and friendly to me. You can order online and pickup at the store and it’s usually ready within like 5 minutes. This dispensary is the best in town

New Van has been my go to dispensary. I have tried other dispensaries, especially as a medical card holder, and their courteous and thoughtful service, as well as their competitive prices, made each experience at New Vansterdam enjoyable. Munchie Mondays are the best! Also, as a wheelchair user, I appreciate their accessible physical set up and ease of access.

Charging 50$ an oz more for mediocre weed than main street. I miss you guys... but this is getting out of hand.
