Great staff, decent selection, but the more popular weight lifting equipment isnt used, its new and not at all a bargain. For example, 1 set of 2 10# bumper plates was $75, which is outrageous.

I’m pretty disappointed with the interaction that I just received from this location. On January 15, I came in and bought my son snowboots. When we came home, they ended up not fitting. On January 16, I went in and purchased the correct size plus a few other things But I didn’t have the previous boots with me (mother of 6, hadn’t made it home and they were closed by the time o could make it back). On January 17, I am now being advised that due to me not having the boots with me the day prior I will not receive any type of store credit (I didn’t want a refund. Business’ need money). Even though I was willing to swap out the boots for a pair of gloves. The gloves were cheaper than the boots! I was hoping that they would prefer to have my reoccurring business… Unfortunately that is not the case I guess.Recommendation… Sportsmens warehouse has similar, if not better quality options for a similar price.

Pretty good selection of equipment. The have a big section for disc golf, seemed low on inventory, but still a lot to offer.

Their sales are fantastic. We were in for some running gear and backpacks and were approached numerous times by staff offering their expertise. No shortage of staff (especially during sales) nor expertise.

Went in with my two girls for soccer socks and cleats, found what we were looking for right away: everything is very well labeled and organized, but we were greeted and directed to the area we needed right when we walked in the door! Checking out, I had a coupon but my purchase was not quite the required total, but they honored it anyway. WHAT! Had a nice conversation with them about basic customer service and how much I appreciated their approach. Super nice guys, we have been there before and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Went in looking for ice skates and a few dumbbells. The staff was extremely friendly, quick to help, and knowledgeable about the what we were looking for. Even offering suggestions that would save me money on my purchases. They have both new and used products. I would recommend checking here before going to one of the big box stores.

I bought ice skates from Play it Again Vancouver WA. They broke within 30 minutes of use. I came back and was told sorry they cant do anything about it, and that they test their gear. So no refund and they were kinda mean about it? Maybe it was just bad luck on my part, but seems like either they dont test their gear or their tests are flawed. The skate broke during a skating practice for hockey. So no contact, and experienced coaches. Coaches said the break was both dangerous and likely due to defective equipment. There are better places to buy hockey gear that this place and if how they treat customers and hockey gear is indicative of other sports I would just steer clear.I got the sense that they are not knowledgeable or just dont care. Either way, buyer beware when buying stuff at play it again at the Vancouver WA location.

Helpful and knowledgeable people. I was fortunate enough to go in while the owner and previous owner were both there. They were both able to answer my many questions and offer advice I didnt even think to ask.

Have shopped at this location for golf equipment several times. Good selection and attentive staff. Was not shopping for other types of sporting equipment but noticed good selection of ski and snowboard equipment.

Not as much selection as previous years. Great for sports for all ages though.

Aweful customer service!! I was sold the wrong boots!!! As a worker in a sports store you should know how to size shoes for your customers and help educate them to proper foot wear and not be concerned about the money coming into the store. Not only that but if you were to buy the boots/any item and that moment change your mind, in store credit only. Who wants to buy from a store and not have the right to get back that money? As a worker that policy should be verbalized to the customer, the product you are buying is final sale, and any returns would be in store credit. They took advantage of anuninformed/uneducated (in the area of snowboard boots) girl, and were only looking out for their selfish gain of gaining money. This is not the place to shop. Video footage will show you how the worker stayed behind their desk and didnt come to help size my foot and look over snowboard boots that would work properly. Overall, this is not the place to go and I would suggest that you as a customer its in your best interest to look at other sports shops.

Flipping great store there was like low key like millions of like shoes there and it was just one of the best amazing stores I been in lots of furniture wait not furniture shoes and boats the boats there were like the titanic unsinkable there was also like plenty of boat types small ones big ones and even medium ones there alerts killions of boats they were great ones love it all so luch❤️❤️❤️❤️
