The lady who works the front desk and answers the phone knows more about hydrolics than you.

I was referred to Hydraulic Inc. by a colleague. I had 2 hoses made for an old tractor loader. Everyone there was super helpful and friendly. I was in and out with new hoses in about 15 minutes. Later on when I was installing my hoses I accidentally cracked one of the hard lines coming off the hydraulic pump. I took that piece in and Adam was able to repair it and get me out the door in just a few minutes. Everything is installed now and I have an awesome running tractor again. Thank you very much for helping me out.

I would highly recommend Hydraulics Inc to anyone in need of custom power steering lines. I had Adam build me a custom power steering line and it fits great. Really reasonably priced as well and am very happy with the work.

Brought in a blown hose for a takeuchi and got the wrong fitting back on one end of the new hose. However, they were apologetic and replaced it free of cost.

These guys know whats up and how to do a spot on job! Michael is one of my favorites and he knows his stuff. I love the fact that it is family owned because it makes for a personable experience. 29 yrs, WOW!! They must be doing something right!

Very helpful with custom LP lines for my VW vanagon. Well worth the money just to save me the time of building my own.

Stay away from this place. I took a Hydraulic hose into them to get a replacement. the sales man takes it says you need one of these, i said yes and he left. I thought he would give me a price. nope he shows up a little while later lays a new hose on the counter and says thats $86.20 plus tax. I checked when I got home and the three places i called all were around $42 - $45 for the same hose. My Brother in law recommended them to me said he used them a long time ago. Guess over time honesty stopped being part of there business model.

Over priced for the same product you can get in Portland. Was not informed of price before hand. Just took our hose and didnt come back until he had new hose in hand. Sales person brusquely informed us he didnt set the price . On line reviews met with condescending replies from the company. Hose was too long. They use the same brand fitting that at least two other places in Portland use. Was just trying to keep spending local.

I had them rebuild 2 of my cylinders (over $1200). One cylinder which was not leaking but would not hold my dozer bucket closed they said it showed an internal bypass (or leak) It would be $534.00 to fix. I agreed.Got it back still the same problem. So I concluded I probably have a bad control valve, separate from the cylinder. Ill just have to live with it. I use my dozer on a farm not commercially about 5 times within this year of the complaint. But one year later my cylinder blew oil all over out the end cap, not even through the seal. I took it to another hydraulic shop an the owner an worker took it apart in front of me. No Oring, or packing gland. They charged me $ 124.00 for the total repair, I had them take pictures. I sent the picture and there receipt of the repair. And I never received a receipt from hydraulic inc., so I used my credit card statement with there name on it and a $ 534.00 charge for verification of my complaint. Its been 60 days or more and still no response. I had great communication when they took my money....They didnt do the job right, they way over charged me, an zero customer response. .I wonder if Ill get a response after this posting ? .......use anyone else for a hydraulic repair.

Terrible business practice. I will NEVERdo business with this place again! As soon as you pay them you are no longer a priority. They never actually fixed the problem and we ended up paying over $1,000. What a scam. I WARN every person not to go there, unless you like incompetent people with horrible communication skills wasting your time and money.
