Would highly recommend this location. Jennifer was so helpful from the first phone call to the delivery and some maintenance issues we had after. Prompt responses, quality product, and a group of people I would trust. We have had a wonderful experience with them over the past several months.

I have bought 3 spas from these guys and they used to be great. Im thinking they may be under new ownership now. I went in last Saturday to get supplies for my spa. I couldnt remember the model number for the filter I needed so I asked the clerk to look it up on my purchase history. He informed me that they have new software and dont have any of their old customer records anymore. Really? Who does that. The guy behind the counter was no help and really didnt seem to care. Not the level of customer service that I had come to expect. I guess Ill be buying my supplies on line from now on.

Ashley was very helpful. She took the time to explain the differences in the models. Large showroom with lots of floor models.

The manager took time to walk us through the process of purchasing a refurbished Arctic spa, what they had on hand, and what the process and time frame looked like. She listened to what we wanted and helped us see the different models they had and never pressured us in a direction but always listened and helped us know our options. We have started the process of purchasing a refurbished spa and the experience has been great this far. We were referred here by our new neighbours who own an Arctic Spa and the experience matched their experience.

Jordan was extremely helpful. He walked us through the whole show room and showed us everything. Helped us pick the spa that was best for us. We even got it earlier then we were supposed to die to shortage and covid. He pulled all the stings and was A+ on his customer service. After it was installed and up and running he even checked back to see how it’s all working and how we like it. Highly recommend this establishment thus far.

After Barry taking my info and complete credit information, I have hesrd nothing from him or Chris Ford who was supposed to call me within 24 hours to schedule a diagnostic. Perhaps theres more money in sales than in servicing ARCTIC HOTTUBS. I have called Barry 4 or 5 times and finally gave up on their professionalism and customer service. Obviously not their priority. Its been a month now. Allspa made an appointment to complete an on-site diagnostic on the first call. Ill be watching my credit card...wondering if Barry and Chris are employed with Arctic.

After using it daily for a couple of months now, we are loving our Arctic Spa! We felt that communication could have been a bit better before we received our spa and during the delivery scheduling process. However, since delivery, Jennifer has responded very quickly to my texts with maintenance questions and has been very helpful. Looking forward to many years of use!

We have used this place for years for all our pool needs. Unfortunately recently they chose to start charging $20 to test pool water. Crazy when I spent hundreds of dollars a summer buying pool chemicals. Bummer but they lost our business. I found another place in Vancouver that test pool water for free.

The very informative, knowledgeable, and helpful Jennifer was a delight to work with. She queried us enough to know what we wanted and needed, and planned out the perfect tub for us... cant wait to sit in it!!

Called for misc. info on parts to repair my spa and was refreshingly surprised at the great service from Chris the service manager.Good, old fashioned CUSTOMER SERVICE. One question turned into twenty and he was very helpful the entire way, he even found a still good used part that would save me money on my repair.Great work, looking forward to buying from your store.

So, it Happen my spa is in, the water is perfect, and I want to say thank you to the team over at arctic Spa, Great customer service and an amazing product. the fine folks that work there made us feel at home. I would recommend anyone looking to invest in yourself, you must visit this store.

I called these guys out of the blue asking about a spa. 6 weeks, a wet test, pizza and beer later, our tub was delivered and ready to use. Jen, Chris, John and crew are outstanding people. They were honest, up front, and very helpful. I still buy my chemicals there, and check out new products. You can trust what they say. Arctic arent the cheapest, but I believe them to be the best. We have other tubs in the extended family, and ours has much lower operating costs, much less weekly maintenance and chemical costs, and our jets are 10x better than the other jets from other spas. I bet by the 5th year of ownership, we will be ahead in the costs for our tub vs my family and their tubs. For example, my sister spent $4k less on her less known tub brand, but spends $50 per month more just for electricity. Their tub leaked after 6 months, and they had to carve out the insulation to find and fix it - that took 6 hours of labor, and now the insulation is gone, further increasing operating costs. Their filters need changed twice as often, and the chemicals are more often used. Meanwhile, we use our Arctic daily, no joke, and no problem. Had the tub a year, stained the Cedar and it looks like the day I bought it. Thanks Arctic, John, Jen, Chris and crew.

These people are exceptional. Arctic Spa does not service my off brand hot tub, however Jordan was kind enough to give me a few tips on trouble shooting my issue. I was able to diagnose my issue independently & picked up my replacement heater from Arctic Spa a few hours later. Thank you to Jordan and Tristan for saving me nearly $400 by enabling me to fix my tub myself. Its running perfectly and will be ready for me to use tonight!When this Spa needs replacing, I will be shopping at Arctic Spa.

About six months ago, my wife and I went in to see what they had to offer. Jennifer sat down with us, drew out our back yard and helped us figure out the perfect hot tub for us. About a month later we got our new tub delivered and weve been loving it ever since! We have an Arctic Summit Signature and added the Spa Boy salt system. Any questions or concerns along the way have been quickly addressed. DONT BUY ANYWHERE ELSE!

My experience with Arctic Spas Vancouver began in 2014. Their technician came out to evaluate an unknown brand of hot tub that came with the repo house that I had purchased. Although that unit was made operational, its remaining lifespan was unpredictable and we had become used to having a hot tub. We tested their display models at the store and know that a new Arctic Spa was in our future! We ordered a new unit in the fall of 2015 and were wild with anticipation for delivery perhaps before Christmas. Didnt happen. Our unit was not shipped because the shell cracked and a new one was in the production schedule and arrived late January 2016. Love it, love it, love it! We recently observed a Parade of Homes house overlooking the Columbia River in a high end home owned by a very prominent Vancouver family. They had an Arctic Spa unit. If I wasnt already convinced of the wisdom of buying our unit, all doubt was eliminated! To which I will add that Jennifer and Chris have been the best at helping us. Unendingly patient and steadfast in resolving some glitches with the wifi connection and educating a first time spa owner.I appreciate them exceedingly and trust them totally. Thank you to the whole staff.

My purchase was not without incident, but the staff acted with integrity and care to help resolve the issue. Even after getting my hot tub, they have answered my (very many) questions with patience and clarity. I feel valued even after my purchase and believe them to be knowledgeable and friendly.

As of November 2013 Arctic spas NW Vancouver, is now under new ownership AND management. They are super helpful and take care of problems much nicer. i would definitely recommend if you have ever had an issue with them before go back in and let them make it right and you will see the deference! they now just great people and all around caring about giving you the best experience!

I used to visit another spa retailer in Vancouver but that all changed yesterday. The customer service at Arctic Spas was unparalleled. They were so kind and helpful, particularly Chris. They have my business here on out.

So after three months of the incredible Tub its been simply amazing. The deck and the tub changed my back yard from a place I maintained to an oasis I entertain in. Jen, Chris & John are great. The whole crew is, I just have more experience with these folks. In April 2015 we ordered our spa. First time spa owners, did a lot of research, and talked to a lot of experienced spa owners. People kept coming back with Arctic as their first choice. The spa was custom built, delivered in June. The truck showed up, and it took about an hour to set up. Filling up took about 30 minutes. Heating up took a few hours. Anyway, we noticed there was a few problems with it. The tub was scratched on the inside and the top rail, which was probably from the move. Additionally, the breaker kept popping. John & Chris were johnny on the spot. They buffed the tub, and ended up discovering the electrical issue was a bad component. Without hesitation, they changed it quickly. Four months into ownership, we sprung a leak. The leak was pretty major - my wife and I were joking around and next thing you know, water is going down. Turns out a hose was not glued in place. The next morning, I called John (service) and asked him if I should just clamp it back in place or what? Before I got home from work, he had been to my home, fixed the pipe, filled the tub, and got it ready to go for us. I was expecting to meet him, and when I got home, it was on its way to beer-thirty. Great service.As for the customer service and selection in the store, we purchase our chemicals and filters through the shop. Theyre not overly priced. They test our water after each tub fill for free because we get our chemicals there.Last night they had a customer appreciation party. They invited us in and had tables set up and the whole bit. I bought $250 in supplies (good discount) and had a glass of wine and some sandwiches. Nothing but great service, great people. Keep up the good work guys, youve made us loyal customers.

My wife and I have been casually shopping for a hot tub for our house for at least 3 years. Was always something that we felt would be a nice addition to the home, but like most people we had to make sure the finances were in a good spot first.During these 3 years we visited many show rooms. We spoke to many different vendors at events like the fair and home show. We talked to friends and family. There was always one group that just felt different.About a month ago, we decided it was time to pull the trigger and to seriously look at our options. We went to two places. The first place we went to was close to home. Our ultimate goal for this visit was to really get a firm understanding of what we wanted and what costs would be involved. We then decided it was time to go and visit that group that just seemed different.At the second show room, we were greeted by the service manager who listened to us and showed us the various options. He then told us about the service and maintenance on these units which was frankly one of our largest concerns, ease of maintenance. Not once did this individual ask us to put money down on a unit or treat us as a commission. In fact we left the store by leaving behind my business card and asking them to email me a quote for a unit they had on the floor.We exchanged emails a few times and even changed our minds as to what we wanted and at no time did we ever get the sense that we were being a nuisance. We were not a paycheck to the folks at Arctic Spas, we were simply their next customers. This is 100% the reason that we ended up becoming buying customers there, not to mention what we believe to be a superior product.In our opinion, the folks over at Arctic Spas, including their recommended external service providers who assisted with delivery and electrical needs, are top notch. We just had spa school tonight and we are very comfortable that the moment we are confused, they are simply a phone call away from providing us the needed information.We look forward to continuing to work with their team and hopefully being customers for life!

Guys were quick to come and diagnose my problem with my newly acquired but not new, artic spa. In less than 10 minutes diagnosed the issue and in under an hour fixed it. Much appreciated and will continue business here.

I have purchased (2) Arctic Spas from Chad at Arctic Spas Northwest for our home and vacation rental property in Government Camp. The quality of the tubs has been outstanding, but even better is the service after the sale by this business. I have recommended them to friends and family members that have all purchased tubs here and all have had the same experience. Consistently excellent service and support.

Just moved to a new home that had an existing arctic spa and the spa wasnt working right. I stopped in Artic Spa and was greeted promptly and given some advice to trouble shoot my spa when I got home by Jen. The trouble shooting worked and the problem was identified. I called back to the store and was given a very prompt appointment and Casey came out and put in a new pump and had my hot tub up and running that very DAY! What great service.

We have an older tub that needed some maintenance. Casey came out and repaired the leak and was really great. He was friendly, fast, and we did not have to wait long for an appointment, unlike many other places. If you are going to get a hot tub, get an arctic.

I have had an Arctic Spa hott ub for over 10 years. I have never regretted the decision to have an Arctic Spa and have been treated with respect and professionalism each time I interacted with the personnel here whether buying supplies or getting assistance with the tub when needed.

First let me say, Im giving 3 stars because my bad experience was with the factory rep, however, he is a representation of them. If it wasnt for Tristian and the Service Manager being great, Id give a 1 star. Went in wanting a hot tub, and met the Canadian Rep. Everything about the experience the first hour was great. Told my budget and what I wanted to spend, as well as what I would spend if the perfect tub was found. Was told I should consider a used spa because the others are out of my price range. Found a few I really liked, all within my budget. Was weary though about spending over $5,000 on a 15 year old tub. Said I would have to think about it, and thats when the hard sales kicked in. Almost an hour of hard sales. Should have walked away as I was turned off by this, but put a deposit down to hold the tub because I did like it. Slept on it, and decided I did not want to spend that much on that old of a used tub. I did still want an Arctic tub, so was going to save up another month or two. When I went to get my deposit back yesterday, There magically were a couple new hot tubs in my price range. Was the Coyote brand, but where were these new tubs in my price range the other day? Took over an hour to go through the motions and get my deposit back. Finally had to walk away from the rep. Worse than a car dealer. First time walking away from a salesman. He wanted me to use my deposit to hold a new tub while I save up. Really? Said it was to lock in the price. If you cant give me that price in the next month or two, why would I get it? Not a great experience at all. Left with such a bad taste in my mouth. Its hard to put this on a business in Vancouver, but they should not bring that rep back. Stick to Tristian and the Sales Manager. They are nothing short of awesome.

We were first time buyers and purchased a hot tub here about 6 months ago and could not be happier with the ongoing experience with this company. The owners were very knowledgeable about the different hot tubs and not pushy to sell us something. We had a lot of questions about chemicals and hot tub care and they gave us a hands on demonstration of how to set up our chemicals. Even after the purchase the employee’s there are very helpful. For the installation they were completely flexible on making an appointment and even arrived early for the install. I have gone in there a few times since with water samples and they have showed me what to do to get it at the right chemical level, a jet ended up breaking and they got us a replacement on the spot, and we even had a water issue at the house one time and they were very helpful to come fix the problem (it ended up being user error and they didn’t even send us a bill). Overall I would highly recommend purchasing a hot tub here if you are in the market. They are experienced, friendly, and they even have popcorn and a soda fountain for you to take advantage of when you stop by.

My wife and I have just resently had our new spa delivered. We where alittle unsure of the Spa Boy system. After having the spa for a couple of weeks we wouldnt have it any other way. Awesome

Removed a swim spa from our home and rather than a purchase they “talked” us into a consignment with hopes to improve our net. OK it’s been over three years and after constant follow ups during the past three years, yesterday they seemed to have developed amnesia and have no recollection of any such spa or deal. Really!!Then segued to a special deal on a new spa, that we have no desire for and even if we were in the market why would anyone do business with them…Very poor business, crooks, cheaters, thiefs... WOW this is un-believable! Karma will catch up with them.

I bought an Artic Spa off Craigs list for rather cheep. It had a few issues and not knowing much about spas I called Arctic spas NW. A field service person showed up at the time he said he would and in about 2 hours had my spa running well. Not only did he correct some wiring issues but also noted that my pump motor bearings were worn out. He rebuilt the motor on the spot and really saved me a lot of time and a bit of money. The education he provided while rebuilding my motor has also proved invaluable. When I need anything for either my spa or pool this is where I go and where I tell others to go as well. Word of mouth advertising...Priceless
