Overcharge and the worst customer service ever. They will price gouge you. Find a local company. I was paying almost 4.79 a gallon, the new company is at 1.99

I just had my tank filled. I was a little shocked at the price per gallon. I called a competitor and found a difference of 44 dollars. I included all fees for this calculation. I own the tank so I’m not locked in with a specific company. Lesson learned.

I do not recommend Ferrellgas!We used them for several years with a few minor annoyances here and there, but the reason I am giving a Poor review is because I called to have our tank re-filled (as usual) and they said there was a safety issue that they needed to discuss with us.I explained that I was under 10% and asked what the issue was. The woman on the phone said she could not refill our tank without someone discussing the safety issue with me. I told her that was fine and explained that we use the gas to heat our house, cook, and heat our water. She said she would call me back immediately so we could place the order. She did not call back.I tried placing the order online and their system would not let me. So we went with a local competitor - they actually installed a much larger tank (in an area where we cannot see if from the house) and their pricing is $0.50 per gallon cheaper than Ferrellgas. Im quite pleased with the change!

Highly recommended! They couldnt help me but they referred me to a place just down the street. this is the kind of business that I want to have a relationship with.
