They reserved a car for my upcoming trip and, when my flight was changed, helped me change the rental car reservation. At first, the car agency treated it like a new reservation with a higher price than the initial one. Sarah spent a lot of time working on it and actually got a slightly better price than the first deal. She wouldnt give up until I got the kind of treatment she thought I deserved. Very impressed!!!!

I went in to the Vancouver store to pick up a paper map and tour guides for an upcoming trip to Hawaiis big island. Jenny is the one who assisted me. She was super sweet, friendly and helpful. The store has a good variety of travel books, hats, purses, compression socks, just all kinds of travel stuff. They also have a surprisingly large parking lot. Im really glad I went in person instead of having the map and guide books mailed to me.

We came into the store to update our AAA Roadside assistance, and noticed the travel agents there. We then sat down with Jennifer and she booked us a cruise for our honeymoon. The experience was great, she answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we understood the whole process and what we needed to know while on the ship or ported in the cities. Their prices were the best we had found when searching the internet as well. We will definitely be booking our travel through AAA.

All AAA locations are fantastic. This one has friendly helpful staff and a large space full of travel items to buy. They handle a lot of cruise travel as well so if you are a member and want to cruise make sure you stop in.As a member from Oregon the only difference is that it seems to take my card longer to scan here than at the locations in Oregon. But a small thing.

Im really grateful for AAA. I called to find out if they could help me plan my cross country trip 2 Oklahoma from Washington. They prepared a triptik for me and provided me with maps of each state I was going through, as well tour books. This office only took one day to do all these things and because of my AAA card, there was no charge.

Each and every time I have contacted AAA and speak to anyone or email a specific person for vehicle rental, I have received excellent results. I have had to have rental vehicles several times in the last several months and even called in the morning and had a rental vehicle waiting for me at my destination when I arrived. They are truly professional and do a fantastic job.THANK YOU AAA VANCOUVER!!!!

My husband and I are planning an Alaska cruise for our Anniversary in September. So far everything is going great with Cindy as our travel agent helping us plan everything. We have to meet with her late in the day because of our schedules for work, and she is so accommodating. We are super excited for our trip!!! I visited the store to purchase another set of Eagle Creek Packing Cubes and obtain a street map for Phoenix. The Eagle Creek Packing Cubes are awesome for keeping clothing organized in luggage without adding weight or bulk. I appreciate not having to drive to Portland to purchase travel items. On the other hand, the Phoenix street map did not have a detailed enough scale to show the streets we needed. I have subsequently learned that there is a separate two-map series for Phoenix that would have met our needs, but it was not offered.

Called their Vancouver WA office and there was NO option to talk to an employee. Only an option to talk to random people in their call centers that are not in Vancouver WA. There is NO WAY to talk to a local AAA employee other than going to the office and hoping they can help. Terrible business move, its a slap in your customers face to not even want to talk to them over the phone. -2 stars.In addition, they offer different and degraded services (wont help with registration process) compared to AAA in California. They provide less services than AAA in California, despite having the same business name. Very misleading. -1 stars.

Nice place, overpriced travel gear, some free info, nice costumer service. They did a good job helping us with travel insurance and making a claim when we had a cancelation of our flight and extra hotel stay.

Very bad Coustomer service .Go some where else .I went there 2 times first time after 20 mins they said we are busy come next day . next day they got copy from my driver license and car title then said we will contact you for quote . its one month and they didnt contact for giving me a qoute . I dont know What they want to do with my documents .

It is very handy to have AAA when you need them, but their members have seemed to have a hard time listening and relaying messages to their drivers lately. This is the second time now that I have specified directions as map quest isnt the best for our area. They have not relayed my directions to their drivers and they end up lost for 30+ minutes which ends up being a frustrating situation for the drivers and I.

You can get AAA Plus insurance and it only cost $92 a year you get your car towed if it breaks down they change a flat tire they bring you gas for your car they unlock your car and even if youre over a hundred miles away they will still come you and the car they have a lot of good deals to Im traveling suitcases and so forth

Tanya was very helpful and knew what she was talking about regarding rail passes for Europe. I had been trying online to purchase my own thinking how easy it was. But then when you are doing things on line not everything is explained. Example, my idea of a rail pass was to show up show my pass get on the train. But that isnt completely true, I need reservations as well on some of the trains I may be taking plus a fee associated with those reservations. So when the time comes I will go see Tanya again and pay for my passes plus set up reservations.

From helpful books, brochures and maps to exceptional service from AAA when our new motor home broke down in the middle of an 8,000-mile cross-country trip last year, we have had nothing but the best of customer care both locally and nationally. I want to especially single out David Minor in the Vancouver office as always going above and beyond regarding our every travel need or question.

Triple AAA are liars and false advertisers.I called and purshased the premium package. The woman on the phone was very helpful. I told her what I needed done. She said no problems. (First lie) I go to use it for the first time. Called, was informed they would only tow 14m and to a repair facility. It was a Sunday. No, thats not what I was informed when purchasing the premium package. I have yet to receive the welcome package. She informed me I need to read it. No, I havent read it, havent received it. We then went to a supervisor. She said the same thing. Fine refund my money, because you are not following what I was told. And dont take 3m to send it when you took it out if my account in 3min. Itll take 3 wks. Of course it will.Then I go and look at policy online.Unfortunately, I cant seem to get a screen shot of their premium section.First tow -200 miles2nd-4 tows 100miles.So why, could you only tow me 14miles.Triple AAA You lie.

I dont want to give any stars.Is appalled at the customer service I received today. I was a AAA member for 2 whole days. 2 days ago I was really excited to join AAA with my own membership, felt like a grown up thing to do as I just turned 30. I called today for my 1st tow and was treated horribly. The first lady I spoke with to set up my tow was very rude, I was told I had to either ride with my car or agree to follow the tow truck or the call would not be placed, even tho I stated the car was going to my brother in laws to be fixed, he was expecting it and would be home and provided his information, she finally stated that I would have to ask the driver, she asked me what my plate number was, I happened to be about 10 minutes away from the car and didnt know it off hand. She then told me she needed it before they started the call, I asked if she could please start the call since I would be there in 10 min and would call right back, I was told I had 10 minutes to get her the plate number or my service call would be canceled. I later found out my plate number wasnt even needed in the first place. After hearing nothing for over an hour (no text either) I called to check the status and was told there was a 2 hour delay, even tho I was told an hour originally so that my pick up time would be 3:34 at approx 3:40 I called yet again, this time the lady called and asked where the truck was, i was told the driver would be pulling in any minute, i said great and hung up. As soon as i hung up i got a text saying i wouldnt be picked up until 4:29, another 45min about. I called yet AGAIN and was told that the truck wouldnt be there until 4:29 even just minutes ago they were supposedly pulling in any minute. Because of this my car was NOT able to be fixed today and I have to go another week without a car. After speaking with a manager who didnt really seem to care or try to make it right in anyway I canceled my membership only to be told I have to wait until Friday for it to be processed. I dont understand how treating people this way is acceptable. The rudeness of that first lady was shocking, asking questions that she had no business. Was really excited to be a member and enjoy all these perks you always hear about but unfortunately I cant support a company who would treat a customer, a new members first call even, in this way. Shameful! Looks like Uber it is for a week.

So I moved from California a year ago and paid for my aaa out there. Then I move to Washington and they gave me the new number and acknowledge my address changed. The Triple A in Vancouver never sent me a new card they never sent me a bill in the mail and my membership got cancelled. I paid over $200 first service they didnt even really give me I thought I had it this whole time for the last year and then I come to find out they never transferred it they never transferred my membership and then you cant have a membership and not live in that state that you have a membership so technically I never had a membership I moved from California to Vancouver and I didnt have a membership now I only thought I did because I paid for it. Then when my membership was cancelled it . and never mailed me anything to renew it so now I gotta pay start up for you again. That sucks I paid over $200 and was driving around the Northwest thinking that I had triple A and it could have gotten a flat tire got in my car stuck and they wouldnt have come to my rescue and I would have thought it had it and truthfully they just took my money and didnt provide the service they had said they would provide. Im thinking about taking them to court and suing them for that. With a California membership number living in Washington. What a crappy company also what they dont tell you is if you travel and there is no Triple-A there is no Triple-A and you get stuck you get stuck

Having a subscription to their included services can be useful at times, but some of their additional services, such as insurance, can be way overpriced.

We booked a cruise through Tanya and had excellent service. She handled all the details even pushing back on the cruise line and airlines for better options.

In the process of a renovation, cargo containers on the small parking area, interior in semi completion. No one acknowledged or assisted upon entry. Long wait time...not a great experience for a AAA client.

I just walked in to ask a question about auto insurance and walked away with a lot to think about and a business card as well. All of my questions were answered an then some

They done good, except for annoying me with requests for a review, like a little girl pleading for approval.

BAD. Seems after going thru the main insurer and getting sent around the world, I finally get to the right place and have to leave a message and my (already for years) agent isnt bothering to return my messages for a quote on more insurance. Guess I need a new agent.
