Thank you for the experience Zoot Scoot! The hubby and I had so much fun exploring downtown and the waterfront. I was a little nervous but the staff was so friendly and made sure I was comfortable riding the scooter before we took off. This was a much needed good time! We will definitely be back soon.

Beware! Dont expect them to honor your reservation. We reserved 5 scooters for a family birthday party. They messed up the time, didnt have the double scooters for kids like they promised, then after waiting 45 min they told us the scooters had brake issues and no one could fix that day. The worst thing was the attitude of the staff. He took no ownership and acted like he could have cared less. Party was cancelled, kids so disappointed! Never again!

The scooters were amazing! Had alot of fun on them! Jason (the owner) even came out twice to where we were to change out the batteries. The place only been open since June 6th too! Recommend this to everyone 👌 👍 👏

These are not legal in any way shape or form. We got 20 minutes of our hour taken by two cops who issued us warnings instead of $500 tickets. They are not allowed on the road, or sidewalk, or bike lanes. Then one of our scooter’s batteries died on our way back to the shop! They dont give you any tips/safety before starting. These things are literally so sketch. The one my husband and I were on had loose handle bars. If none of that had happened it would have been a fun time, but still just know you’re risking a lot for $20 and hour. If anyone fell, they’d get so torn up! Cop said they’ve arrested 3 drivers with DUIs off these things, and responded to multiple serious crash injuries. Yikers!

Definitely disappointing, got there around 4:45pm and had an hour on the scooter, not even 15 minutes in mine breaks down. We called and they walked us through where/how to unplug the battery. It still wasn’t working, they had to come look at it we waited a good 25 minutes for someone to meet us. They didn’t try to make it better after, or give us extra time after coming to fix the scooter, we had just enough time to make it back before our hour mark. Was definitely upsetting :(

The hightlight of our 4th of July weekend. It is a great way to explore Vancouver and pratice social distancing. The best part was the customer service. We originally only planned to rent for an hour but was having too much fun so we did a full day. The owner was kind enough to meet us and swap the batteries within minutes. I highly recommend this for everyone, especially if you have teenagers.

Pretty fun place. I enjoyed the scooters and driving around. Alot of people where asking where to rent the schooters. Lasts a while.

This was a bummer. Scooter kept breaking down didnt make it far. Would of been fun.

Sometimes things happen but these guys are so diligent about providing a great time for me and my friends every time. I always bring a new group in for them and it’s always a fun time riding around the city.

This is my 2nd electric scooter,bought a Zoomer first, now a Zoot, comparing the 2 brands,the Zoot is a better machine, faster,better colors,2 disc brakes,good horn, better light,2,000 watts battery.Adding 2 mirrors and turn signal lights to mine,Got the red with black frame,love the color and speed of this brand.

Scooters are tons of fun, had a few buddies rent some for an hour and had a great time . They go really fast and recommend for family and friends

We had so much fun renting the zoot scoots. Great family activity. Only wish they had rearview mirrors so you can see what is coming up behind you. But other than that, it was awesome! So glad we rented them!

Jason Adams the owner is a con and scam artist...I bought an electric scooter off personally thru PayPal almost a month ago for $2350 and I haven’t gotten it...keeps lying on why I haven’t got it and won’t give a refund...Iv heard so many excuses and lies...I would never do business with someone like this...have tons of proof
