Refused to work on my 2007 BMW X-Challenge, because it’s too old according to the owner’s rules. They never even asked what the problem was or saw the bike.Completely disheartening experience when you’re broken down with your motorcycle and you try to limp to the nearest official BMW dealer, because you expect them to be a gateway to brand specific knowledge and OEM parts. I’m pretty sure that’s exactly the answer I would get when I’d call the BMW HQ in Germany and ask what their official dealerships should provide to the customer.I never wrote a 1-star review in my life before, but this one is well deserved. Congratulations!
I recently had the 12k service performed on my 2019 Bmw1250 RT at Vancouver motorcycles. Getting an estimated price prior to having the service performed was a pleasant surprise. I’ve never received such a detailed report regarding my bike. Kudos to the service tech Shawn Smoak for the great job you did on my RT!🙂
So today I picked up my first BMW motorcycle, a 2020 R 1250 GSA. Eli and the rest of the staff did a great job getting the bike prepped and ready, even after I moved the pickup date UP two days. When I took delivery of the bike, Eli did a great job walking through the bikes features and answering all of my questions. In my opinion they went out of their way to resolve a break issue and get things to 100% upon delivery.
Went in to get a parts and repair quote and was met with “if your mc breaks we can’t fix it.”Excuse me, if it breaks *you* can’t fix it? The mechanic? There was a subtle gatekeeping tone that made me feel they only wanted to work on newer machines. Glad I didn’t schedule anything here. Nice selection of equipment and well laid out store though.
I was pleasantly surprised at how this dealership showcased their products especially the BMW line. I checked out the newest BMW dealership located in Vancouver, WA. I was impressed with the great selection, and friendly staff that was eager to help me with any questions I had. This is definitely where I will go buy as I know I will get the customer service that BMW deserves.
Huge selection of awesome BMW Motorcycles and a very friendly and helpful staff. The new Showroom looks awesome plus all the bikes are built and set up by master tech Shawn Smoak.
Disappointing
The go to place for everything you need for Motocycle, friendly staff.
Spectacular showroom with lots of inventory, the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, definitely the go to place for BMW and everything motorcycle
Excellent showroom, friendly knowledgeable staff, and a great selection of bikes.
Very friendly staff. Dealt with Karen Livingston and she really serviced very well.
I tried calling the service department 7 times without success. Nobody answers the phone and nobody returns calls after I left a voice message 5 times. I ended up going to BMW in Tigard. How can they run a business like this?
