Barbra was wonderful! I’ve been using a cpap machine now for over 20 years and this is the 1st time I’ve EVER had anyone go over the machine, my stats and make recommendations for me. I look forward to a long and happy relationship with her and this company…. I highly recommend them. Only hiccup is there phone tree is a nightmare to maneuver through. But other than that👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻!

Sad to say I haven’t had the best experiences with sleep technologies lately, until my last appointment with Vica Rath.After being with Apria and Nationwide, I liked that they were local and I could go in to the office to try masks on and there were good people working there initially.My appointment with Vica was like I was finally talking to someone who knew what they were talking about. Not only was she able to help answer the questions I had about my new machine, but she was also very knowledgeable about the issues that I have with my mask. She knew that mask leak was a common problem with high pressures and a minimal contact mask. So she is sending me several demo masks to try out and see which one I like best.I cannot even express the gratitude I felt after our meeting. I have been using a cpap for a long time and it is rare to find someone who listens and understands what your problems are and has useful information & suggested solutions. I actually felt like I had a good appointment after I finished.

Writing this from their empty parking lot. They asked us to drive half an hour to drop off a mask “anytime they are open”. Turns out their posted hours are completely inaccurate and there’s actually inconsistent scheduling with no warning or way to figure out when they are open, aside from five minutes on a phone tree trying to speak to a representative. Now I’ll have to make another hour round trip later this week at another time. This is our second attempt at trading in a mask. We also tried on last Saturday, but thankfully called and had them tell us to wait until Monday, when they are not here. Really wish this had gone better.

Mrs. “Vica” Rath is very knowledgeable of the product she delivers and takes the time to inform the clientele with all questions given. She was also very personable and a pleasure to visit with after the presentation. I really like the Sleep Technologies company and their availability of product and professionalism. Plus! They’re very helpful and quick to help with billing and product upgrades. Great people, great product. And Mrs. Rath is an excellent example for both!

Very poor customer service. Still waiting for supplies after 3 months. They even attempted to bill me for the supplies when i have not recieved them in the first place. turned into my insurance comapany. Will never go them again.

I was referred here by Vancouver Sleep Clinic and it’s been great. My first mask fitting was with Carlos. He was super passionate and knowledgeable about everything CPAP. I was having a hard time adjusting to the mask I chose but Barb was able to get me fitted with a new mask on a short notice before I left on vacation. She was very helpful and took good care of me.

You have to order multiple times to try and get your cpap supplies. It once took me 6months to get my mask refills. You can’t talk to anyone unless they call you and one tech doesn’t know what the other has or has not done. They have expired info from a few years back when I just went into the doc a year ago and they started refilling off that prescription but today they say they haven’t done anything for me since 2016.Worst company my insurance co has chosen for cpap supplies.

Absolutely the worst customer service Ive come across. I have tried for weeks to order supplies and have been unsuccessful. Told I have to come for an appointment. They refuse to supply me until I come in to be fitted yet Ive been wearing the same mask for a YEAR. Do NOT do business with these people.I have complained to Vancouver Clinic and will do my utmost to see that they no longer refer people to you.

I got a CPAP from here a few months ago and Christine was so nice. She has called to check on me a couple of times and I just call them when I need supplies. They check my insurance to give me an estimated cost and the other office staff are really friendly.

Went to the Vancouver branch to get a new CPAP after 10 years. Meet with Andrea. She was so knowledgeable about the machines and masks and was very personable. She made the whole experience very enjoyable. This is the place to go for your sleep needs!!

Im not sure if they collectively decide that the entire office or department will be out of the office for a week, but I have tried for days to call, and no one will even answer after pressing the key for the operator. Im not sure what the point of a phone system is if you dont have people there to use it...

Having issues with my mask fit and other issues figuring out my machine . Cant get through to anyone other than a voice mail that states they will get back to me in 2 days. This office is not that busy ! Can not even get in touch with my CS (clinical specialist) via email . It keeps being sent back to me ...uggg! Looks to be the beginning of a bad relationship ! Now to call my ins.company and complian as they required me to go to this place.
