The first time I had ever gone into a Flying J Travel Center the store has everything and the restrooms are very private and extremely clean. The workers was very pleasant and I bought some potato wedges and they was so good. The only neg thing was I couldnt find any hot sauce.

Corey has a bad attitude and thinks he can talk to customers how ever he wants. When I asked to speak to his manager he said that he was the manager In training and that I had to deal with him. I told him I wanted to talk to the person training him then. He said that it was his sister and that I was going to be charged with trespassing that they do it all the time to drivers. This is not something to be bragging about. How much business is loosing this pilot location? His sister Michelle didnt want to hear about my complaint and tried to cover for him. Saying the customer is never right.

Showers are not hot cold water . the guy cleans the showers do a fine job.the coffee is cold, tasted like soap. The floors are sticky . trash in the parking lot tow heads throw there trash on the ground . the grounds keeper drives around. Spit out his window. Throws his coffee cups on the ground trash can right beside him wont even hit the trash cans. ..

Card readers on pumps havent worked in months. I went in one morning, the two sickly looking cashiers sat there and carried on a conversation rather than acknowledging they had a customer. I turned around and left. Ill never go back.

Pretty good truck stop and gas station. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Lots of parking for big rigs and cars needing to pull off the road and take a break.RV drivers, they have a nice, wide, easy to access RV fuel lane. But theres no separate or designated parking at this location for you. Youll have to slide in among the big rigs if you want to stay here.Good sized public laundry room by truck stop standards and a comfortable looking drivers lounge.

There is not a single garbage tank behind the truck parking lot like the other Pilot Flying J truck stops, all tanks are concentrated in the Fuel Island. The staff is friendly and very professional, the showers & store are clean.

I pulled in to get premium gas. I tried 2 different pumps and both only pumped a few cents before shutting off. One of the employees told me that it has to be zeroed out twice. WTH does that mean?? This was posted nowhere on either pump. If you need Premium gas, maybe try a different station.

I qm diabetic and I can only drink diabetic tea. Yall stopped carrying Gold Peak diabetic tea and I was told yesterday you are going to stop carrying Milos Diabetic tea. Why? A lot of drivers are Diabetic. I also have acid reflux disease which nearly killed me. I cant eat breads and pastas and a lot of starches and carbohydrates. Trucks always feature macaroni (carbohydrate) mashed potatoes (starch, carbohydrate, gravy, carbohydrate) and undercooked tasteless green beans. Your salads are wilted and I hate subway.A lot of Loves are starting to stock honeydew that is ripe. You would do well to emmulate them.

I come here all the time during my break at work and one time on Thursday May 27 at 1 AM at the subway there was a woman there who was not properly trained on how to make sandwiches. Standing next to her was a coworker who was shouting insults and cursing at her while she made my sandwich. I could sell the Poor woman was embarrassed and kept politely trying to shush the obnoxious coworker. Instead of professionally explaining the steps to her, The co worker (who was obviously trained) kept berating and insulting her. she tried to get him to tend to the next customer but wouldn’t.If the owner of this franchise reads these reviews you need to have a sit down with your employees about workplace decency.

Parking lot layout is excellent. Store was very clean. All of the employees were polite and friendly. There were 2 or 3 registers open with one customer at each. When I walked up to get in line the shift manager opened a register to ring me up. Thats above and beyond in my book.Easily one of the best Flying Js Ive been to in months.

No fresh coffee. Coffee old and nasty and not hot. No breakfast sandwiches. Place has gone down hill. Coffee bar unclean. Spilled coffee creamer every where. Place in general NOT CLEAN

Today me and all of my work friends and some of my old friends from the army went to get gas and food. the two lady’s at the register were rude disrespectful rolling there eyes and acting like they just didn’t want to help anyone. when we tried getting food there was a fit thrown by one of the workers as if she didn’t want to do what she’s getting payed to do and that help us...very disappointed and let down.

The entire service center was professional and appropriate except the staff on duty. Mel, at the cash register, had a mask on that covered neither mouth or nose. Sadly, one of the young male employees was following her lead. Mel was efficient, friendly but not serving her customers well in a physical environment that is super high risk due to truckers from all over the country passing through.

IF YOU DONT PAY THEM TO PARK AND PARK OFF TO THE SIDE THEY WILL CALL THE COPS TO GIVE YOU A TICKET

I only gave a star because it wouldnt allow it this is the worse pilot i visited so far, i advice everyone dont park here go to a rest area better than this losers store, they have a bad attitude, zero customer service.

Subway is supposed to be open 24 hours everyday yet I was told it’s closed for the whole day . No food on the rollers at all, empty soup wells you can smell them burning, and no cups at the beverage station.

I had a great shower it could use more cleaning inside shower everything else good great workers i asked for extra towels and they was very friendly thank you very much God bless everyoneAnd unfortunately a women had an accident

Dont come here if you are towing a camper of any sort. They send you to the regular pumps, and there isnt parking to fit. We had to park at the semi pump to keep from getting hit by all the regular cars and trucks flying through there. Awful to navigate while towing ANYTHING

Here for 3 days, including today Christmas, the staff is awesome! Made me feel comfortable while I wait for a load on the 26th, even gave me free coffee in the morning on Christmas! As an OTR truck driver spending Christmas away from my family they went the extra mile to make me feel at home. Its the little things that make all the difference, thank you!

Barely any hot food prepared and what was prepared looked like it had been set out for awhile. Must not understand people work nights and like hot decent food.

This is for Subway, after seeing the dirty tables and floor I decided not to eat here. It was midafternoon and no one was ordering, 2 employees were behind the counter.

Almost perpetually busy because of a serious deficit of truckstops in the area. I had no choice but to go for one of the last 6 premium paid spots at 3:15 pm on a Tues.While there is no sit-down restaurant, I found their hot-box food very tasty. Besides grilled 1/2 chicken, they have pot roast with veggies. With 2 sides and a giggly-pop for $12, it was a fine supper.But the wifi, even in the 2nd rose of paid parking, is non-existent.

Google maps displayed a price of $2.06 for regular so we went a little out of our way to stop here only to find out it was actually $2.19. The station itself is nice, nothing fancy, but clean and staff is friendly. Only way to update the price is by submitting some form on gas buddy where they want a bunch of info... should just be a quick update right in Google maps that the station can view and verify first.

This my favorite stop. Pull straight in to the fuel isle, plenty of room to maneuver when you leave. Restrooms are always clean, and I love the cold turkey sandwiches near the counter. They also have hot food if you want. Staff is always kind courteous as well. Just a good place to go.

This small truck stop has the nastiest people you can find across the United States,.never a smile, What can i do for you ? instead of How can i help you?. never with a friendly face! It starts with the day manager, the tall guy with glasses. On top of everything they have a guard following your every move on the parking lot, I will avoid it from now on, cant take this blatant lack of respect for drivers.

We have $40 to get back home one and you guys made sure we had food and drinks and stayed warm as we stayed overnight due to a vehicle breaking down. You guys are amazing! Most of the parking spots for tractor trailers are reserved/paid and all the spots get reserved very early in the day... that’s the biggest downfall to the place. Not many parking spots to begin with, plus you have bobtails taking the spots. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because staff was very nice and the place itself is nice/clean.

Very clean facility, food is good and reasonably priced. Staff is very courteous and friendly. I live close by and work 2nd shift so it is very convenient for me to stop on the way home and grab some subway or something hot out if the hot case.

Not keen on how small the parking lot is. If it can be expanded Id give more stars. In such a busy interstate intersection one would think that there would be a lot more parking. 300 trucks would utilize all the spaces, easily, everyday. Truck traffic from I-70 and I-75 would be very grateful.

I needed a little help with a small issue and the manager here named Sunday is just plain not cut out for management. Her demeanor with this guest had everything to be desired and was completely unsatisfactory.

Trucker husband did one stop Christmas shopping....reward points were great! Now the grand kids will get something for the holiday from grampa.Staff very friendly, helpful, and quick.

The staff are always friendly. The food is a good variety at the counter. I love their soup, meatloaf, and rotisserie chicken. Mmmmm. Its a great atmosphere here. The only complaint is that the music is to loud by the fuel pumps sometimes.

Very busy truck stop. Road work on entrance street takes it down to a two lane two-way road, which can make it frustrating to pull a 53 trailer out in heavy traffic. I would go elsewhere until road work is done if I had a choice, but I dont. Other than that, staff is courteous and efficient and its a well stocked truck stop. Minus one star for roadwork woes.

The store is always clean. They have a variety of hot food you can choose from and lots of other items. If u like ice you will love their crunchy ice. Also have good coffee and really good monthly perks.

DO NOT PARK BESIDE THE CURB. Even if you leave plenty of room for the FIRE DEPARTMENT to access the fire hydrant in case of a fire.....they will call the POLICE and theyll have you move your truck. I wont be patronizing this specific establishment ever again.

Nice place, nice showers, nice people. Do not park in the fire lane or where youre not supposed to park or else roaming Security will ask you to leave. They try to keep their place clean, neat and orderly. Very nice place to spend your 10-hour break if you need to.

I like stopping at the pilots flying j travel centers and was excited to see their fancy new coffee on demand stations. Unfortunately I have not found one flavor I liked. No problem their regular coffee is still one of the best on the highway.

Definitely one of the nicest Flying J stops Ive been to! Been here several times, its always clean, bathrooms and showers, parking lot and fuel pumps! And a hot food counter with friendly staff.

It would be a good place to build a travel stop... If you want a meal sont bother.. Less and less for the people that make them...

Very rude. Unprofessional. The only one that was polite was the police officer. That kindly asked me to leave where I was parked.. I recommend calling Frickers descent parking lot. CALL FIRST! Great food. Great prices. Extremely polite staff.

Paid parking spots to start off with. No spots that a flatbed truck can just pull into. Gotta love how Pilot and Flying J just loves to screw over the American Truck driver.

We spend tens of thousands if not more in your truck stop each year. All we want in return is a good night sleep. Got there at 22:30, out of legal driving hours. No parking available, the security told me to leave. I finally parked, without blocking anyone and explained the angry security that I cant legally drive anymore. He called the police who also told me to leave. I wasnt bothering anyone and I couldnt drive anymore. All this as a thank you for spending 650$ there plus food. Tomorrow I will cancel my pilot fuel card and my points card and never step foot again in any of your locations. You should have more respect for your customers. Avoid this location at all cost

Very good truck stop... If planning on stopping for the next, best to pull in b4 2 to get a park r pay 15 bucks for a park... Oh yeah, you can not create a park nor can you pull up to the fuel islands n stay longer than 5 minutes... security is on his job

If all the truck parking is full, just leave. You’ll get hassled by security if you’re parked in a no parking zone, and if you don’t answer or move, they’ll call the cops. Worst flying j/pilot I’ve ever been to. Bobtailing trucks taking up all the tractor trailer spots when they have enough spots to park at the front of the store. No respect for truck drivers here. Just remember flying j, we’re the ones keeping you in business. I’ll be sure to avoid this location like the plague from now on.

Parking spots go very quickly. Ive arrived at 15:00 several times and its always full. Staff is usually friendly. The store and restrooms are usually very clean. Have never taken a shower here so cant help there.

Good stop. Laundry conveniently located next to showers ($2.50 per wash and dry). Shower was very clean.

Police and security WILL ask you to move and possibly issue a ticket. Bobtail parking allowed with cars but you have to park as close to the truck next to you as possible. Security does hover around all night. Not a very comfortable atmosphere if you’re not parked in a spot. Other than that not too bad. They do sell beer for those wondering. Also 4 wheelers tend to camp out here and can be sorta sketchy. Restrooms are pretty clean too

We stop here all the time. My co driver and I constantly run I75. This place usually has cheaper fuel than most, we get a discount with our company, it is a good sized lot. Restrooms are plenty big. Coffee is always fresh, only once when we got there, the machines where down. But that was due to a water issue. No big deal. Couple of different eating options. The only issue is the road you take to get here, Vandalia township needs to fix that junk road. But that is no fault of the business

Sprinter van Expediters.... Be careful!!!! Great place to sleep and possibly never wake up again from deisel fumes....from the Bobtails running all night with at least a dozen every night in regular parking spots. Twice Ive woke up from there dizzy nauseous and a screaming head ache.... I couldnt even get fresh air by opening the windows. Its awful.

The best and nicest security guard works there 9/7/2018 midnight. In others flying J . The guards kick truckers away when there is no spots left. ... they are rude .. but this nice guy saw I was waiting for a spot but every spot was occupied. he walked to my truck under the rain; when i saw him I thought that he was going to kick me out .instead he told me that nobody was going to move any soon that somebody left a paid reserved spot and he left...that I can get it for free he moved the reserved signs and gave me the spot THANK YOU MAN I was out of hours and tired ...GOD send this nice young guy to help me.. Ill go there every time i come to ohio from now on...👍👍👍👍👍

The small parking lot fills up quick the staff is not so friendly. Nothing else around, except a Krogers and a Mexican restaurant if you want to cross the expressway. Good place to do a 10 but not a reset

It was nice and clean and the food was fresh. The staff was friendly and the bathrooms were clean. I didnt get a chance to eat at Dennys but next time I will because even though I just went to the restroom across from it the two hostesses welcomed me and told me goodbye. So all around it was a good clean nice place.

The flying j store is great. Subway and deli type bar can get chili and other soups plys full meal such as meat loaf and vegetables. Has driver room with large screen TV. Available parking though is a problem.

Flying J... When you need to fill more than your tank in your car and fill up your stomach with good food Flying J is a great choice. Flying Js Pizza and Wing combination is delicious 6 wings and a slice of pizza whether its Mega Meat Supreme or any other flavor is awesome. PFJ always has good fuel prices for your car too

Spent 3 dollars a piece on their sausages, one was passable, the other sounded like a stone hitting the ground when it was thrown out the window for being inedible, and the buns felt and tasted about three weeks old

The staff seemed to be decent when I came back Bob tail to where I could park somewhere properly. Im definitely not pleased with the security guard whos last name is West, who has no problem running ppl and business off vs taking the time to hear what they have to say and assisting them or allowing to park long enough to take care of business inside the store...

All I wanted to do is sleep for a few hours. I drive expedite van. The whole front parking lot was loaded with bobtails. Everyone running their engines. I dont mind sharing the lot. But it should have a certian section for them to park together. Not the whole freaking lot!!!

Well I do believe the place to be nice my own personal grievances prevent me from getting 5 stars, as I honey used an charter bus bathroom immediately prior to arriving here.

I would give -5 stars ordered pizza and got half done pizza. to ask for my money back to be told no! so asked for the manager wow it was the manger! so asked for general managers number to be told he cant give it out come see him in the morning. Lesson learned never purchase food here again.

I wouldnt go back. The place is set up horribly. I was blocked in after fueling for 45 minutes by trucks going the wrong way looking for parking that was already completely full. Just wanted to fuel and go home.

Have reserved a spot 3 different times and every time we show up, the spot has been taken by someone else. The last time, by a person who just used an old ticket from a different date. I never get a refund and Im stuck waiting around for an hr or so until they figure out what to do or who took the spot. Staff needs to pay better attention to these type of issues.

Clean and smelled nice! The girl I believer her name was Ashland, at the register up front was quite rude and not friendly whatsoever. Customer service is not what it used to be! These places just hire anybody! Disappointed and will never take my family to this gas station.

I had a spot to park..but then I get a local police knocking on my door..an told me to move. It really sucked. No parking spaces at 6pm. An the paid parking went to fast. Was 2 spaces available when I get in to pay after parking..the cashiers was standing an talking. Needless to say the space I parked in got paid for on line. So I had to leave an drive another 30 miles to find a spot.

Great shower with strong pressure. Medium sized lot. Generally clean. Some areas of the parking lot need power washing. Great staff.
