Ive been a customer here for many, many years, especially since they became a pawn shop. They used to be fair and personal and stretched their maximums to make sure you got what you needed or as close to reasonably possible. The past couple months, however, the new workers there run it like a nickle-and-diming business. A couple weeks ago, they gave me a loan price based off what I borrowed the last time I was there instead of based on the actual value of my property. Well, last time I was there I only borrowed what I needed at the time. The time I was there previous to that, they decreased my loan amount because one of my items slipped into pawn. But the other few items I had there, I had bought back out of pawn.Its disappointing because it didnt used to be ran like that. Loyal customers were treated as such, which is how it should be. Im not saying dont make a profit, but you can tell pretty quickly which customers are willing to help you do that and which ones cant.

Called in advance and was very detailed on my item. The woman on the phone quoted me a price of $70 after we talk for a bit about what the item was. I then drove 45 min to the cashland just to be told I can not sell my item there and they wont honor there quoted price.

Will NEVER go back only one in the store stood in plain view at the jewlery counter WAITING on the employee to finish his tex kept waiting as we were LEAVING he said have a nice day oh now you see us TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STSR💯

I didnt know they did layaway here until one of the girls who worked there told me. Only like 10% is needed to put stuff into layaway, dude... you know I put my TV and PS4 in layaway asap. Good thing too, when I finished, this guy came in and wanted the TV I just bought. lol!
