They have excellent customer service and are very friendly. Theyre great at what they do and Ive always left satisfied. If they accept your insurance, theres no better place to go.

Everyone here showed the best care for my 89 yr old autistic mother. They are the best. Very professional, patient with questions and informative. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

My mother went to this facility in order to get evaluated for hearing aids and to have the hearing aids produced. I attended all of her appointments with her. The staff was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. They were also exceptionally knowledgeable about hearing aid products and the entire insurance process. I highly recommend using Miami Valley Hearing and Balance should you need this service.

The receptionist were so nice and polite, made appointment right on the spot over the phone and gave address also. I had the pleasure of discussing my hearing aid over with audiologist and she is very friendly and doing everything she can to assure I get the best service possible. Im their customer and remain to keep it that way. More than 5 stars!

Completely unprofessional they messed up my hearing aide order and then couldnt fix it because the factory would lose money they placed an order for the wrong hearing aide and then Im just SOL becuse they might lose money?
