Very helpful employees, overall good prices, can get next day pick up on some parts if not onsite available. One of the few places in PR (lately) that actually answered their phones and be proactive and helpful while at it, one can even place an over the phone order (again something that is rarely found lately in PR.) Handicap parking and Handicap access. Cons: No money back, only store credit. Overall... good times here!

Terrible service, you call to pay for parts and they easily leave you on the line for 30 min and they dance while you listen to them on the phone. I do not buy more. I will look for better options these people do not serve.
