The best Frappe place on the east coast. I came all the way from the states just to have their famous Frappes. Customer service is above par, overall the best place.

Flavor Frappe de Vega Alta there is Good atmosphere although outdoors. They have a wide variety of flavors, prices vary and for better tasting if you are short of money and you are with a friend, you go with a small child or you are simply not eating too much ask for the divided frappe would be 2 small frappes at the price of a regular one.Bon Appetite!
