I was waiting for more than 3 long hours for tire rotation and battery check all under guarantee. The mechanic changed the battery for a new one but guess what happened?? the new battery was dead discharge. And after I approached to them the clerk and the mechanic. They find out that one of the truck terminals was faulty. So he didnt check the terminals at the first time. I am really un pleased.
I paid (in advanced) $70 for a pair of tail lamp case of a 2006 F150 xl and the manager promise to pick up instore next Thursday (Oct. 21) but those items do not arrived. So...I am waiting for phone call by the store in Vega Baja, PR (store #5053). Tic toc,tic toc
I left after waiting way too long outside. Tried to go in but door was locked, signaled to the cashier asking if they were closed. He puts both hands in signaling WAIT. Rudely. Apparently you have to get your temperature checked at the door which is fine. But the guy is just chatting with the person at the register, looking at me waiting. After about 5 minutes I just left.

Advance Auto Parts I cant vouch for every AAP store because like many but not all businesses treat you alike. More now a days than ever. I will will tell of my experience.Its in my neighborhood, at least 80% of the employees can speak English and the pricesare decent if you just want to buy!!! If youre going to have it done by a mechanic first find out if theyre having a special on that type maintance or repair and remove and replacean item.Labor is the most expensive thing on the menu. If youre a stay customer you should apply for their members program and or App.It will be worth it in the long run.They do not have the lowest prices but, you most of the time you get what you pay for. I believe that to be true the majority of the time. Best of all of this is that they guarantee every job they do. If you do not know any automotive mechanics, look it up on U tube.Even big chain stores can take you to the bank or cleaners whichever suits your pocket.To boil it down when youre going to have work done on your Auto! Go with patience and a optomistical. Driving with a well tunedCar is the greatest spouse youll ever have.

Slow service. I had to wait in line even when there was only one customer waiting and the other employees passed in front of me and did not call the next one. The priority should always be customer service.
I have been in the place for exactly 3 hours, of which 1hr ago my car was raised in the machine and only the front tires have been removed. I brought it for a sway and alignment, they told me that it was not possible to wear the worn out rubber bands and a rubber patch (injection) that had been put in another place to stop an air leak. In that process of identifying the problem and letting me know they attended another vehicle that arrived after me and it was not until they finished that they told me the aforementioned. Once I told them to change the front tires for new ones they proceed to attend another vehicle and it was not until they finished that they resumed my car. During that time my car was still mounted on the machine, without the new tires and tires waiting in front of my vehicle. In conclusion, my vehicle could have worked since the first moment they touched it since I was available in the waiting room to make any decision. It is definitely a clear problem of organization and priorities.
The wait time is incredible even when there are enough employees. Today I decided to leave and not keep waiting.This happens very often.Regrettable.It seems that we are invisible.
