They never can fix my problem
Terrible customer service. Incredibly rude manager, sold me a broken iPhone and refuse to honor the warranty they admitted is for one year.They deny seeing the damage despite being there. The manager is super rude and should definitely be fired. Again, they sold me a broken iPhone 11 and refused to change it, twice. The service is incredibly bad, honestly, corporate needs to investigate, makes T-Mobile look terrible. I told them the phone freezes and they just wanted to “reset” it.

A shame the negative experience experienced today by the staff of this store. I thought they were going to beat me. Very rude. I went to change my tel. And it seems that the young man who assisted me badly did not like me. After I showed him that I am a 5-year-old client, I just need to be questioned by such an immigration police. Then he guards me like any criminal and does not allow me to see the tel. Of exhibition. In the end I gave up the purchase and left because I could not concentrate to choose what I wanted. The TMobile store with the worst customer service. I tell them to make an appointment to be seen at 1 pm and when I arrive on time at the place and see the line, I notify the tmobile staff that I have an appointment and they tell me that I have to make the line in which there were about 12 people . I inform him that to avoid the line I made the appointment and he told me that each client took about 40 minutes and that was why it was the line. I asked him if everyone in the line had an appointment and he said he didnt know. That this was like a doctors office that gives you an appointment and they treat you in order of arrival.

I have never been able to leave this store with the equipment that I want, they always add things that I do not need at the moment, in the end you leave unsatisfied with the equipment that they want. Personally, I prefer the Rio Hondo T-mobile kioko.
