JoAnne and everyone else at Caliber is fantastic. I cannot say enough about all the staff members and workers, as well as their connections with replacement cars, repair, insurance and rental connections. I wouldn’t even look for anyone else, and I’m a very picky researcher. Their seamless connection with the customer, the insurance claim adjuster, and the car rental agency is like clockwork. If I could give 10 stars, they deserve 20; they’re that good.

Everyone in the office is super friendly and completely professional. I had my minivan back in absolutely great condition in just 7 days . I was unfortunately involved in a hit and run accident and the team at Caliber Collision made my van look like new. They are great at keeping you updated to the repairs which was super helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

I met with Tori on Monday morning. I was very pleased to find out that they had a car waiting for me. The lady who met me and took my information was very polite and professional. (Sorry I don’t remember her name). Tori was very quick to evaluate my car and was very clear as to what would be done. Mike from Enterprise had the car waiting for me. He also was very clear and professional. My appointment was 8:15 am and I was home by 9 am. My car was completed by Thursday afternoon. The work was beautiful. Stephanie walked with me around the car to review the work. She was very kind and professional. I highly recommend Caliber Collision!

I chose caliber collision as it was one of the choices my insurance company gave me. I was doubtful of the services as I had never used them before. But from the beginning of the process they were in constant contact with me and to my surprise they texted me daily with updates about my vehicle. The car was completed prior to the date they gave me. When I pick the car up it was shiny and detailed interior also. I was in an auto accident and they had to replace both front quarter panels and the front end including the hood. Paint matched perfectly and the car was beautiful. I had minor body damage from a hit and run accident. Caliber was recommended by my insurance company. Each person I dealt with was friendly and informative. I was especially impressed with their communication. I received updates daily by test or phone calls letting me know at what stage my repair process was in. The work was completed earlier than anticipated and the quality of repair was excellent. While I am hopeful I will not need their services again, if I do I will definitely be back. Caliber Collision did a wonderful job on my car. I backed into a metal pole loaded on the back of a truck and my rear passenger window exploded everywhere. Also the window frame was damaged. They finished my car 6 days earlier than originally stated . They did an amazing job cleaning out all the glass. My final bill was less than the original estimate. I am very happy with the service and the work.

They were authorized to do an on the spot estimate approval! Super convenient in speeding the process along. I called and had an appointment that week. I was prepped with an email asking questions about my situation. I had a contact at the shop so I knew who I was to see. Drop off was quick and convenient. I was told my vehicle was going to take 2 weeks. They were done 5 days early!!!! Every single day I was updated on the status of my car. For me working a busy job I opted for text and it was SUPER convenient. Truly I am impressed with Tori and the entire staff. My expectations were met above and beyond. I had such a wonderful experience at Caliber Collision for a repair to my Pebble Beach Edition Lexus SC430. This car was in mint condition and garaged it’s whole life. So of course I was concerned with selecting a body repair shop for some small front bumper damage caused by someone backing into my parked car. The staff was so attentive, pleasant to work with and professional in all aspects of the repair. My car looks good as new and again when I went to pick up my car the staff was amazing. If I am ever in a situation where I need a collision repair there is no doubt I will be contacting Caliber Collision.

I had work done and was not satisfied. I was told they stood by there work and they would contact me to resolve. No one ever bothered to reach out to fix the bad paint.

I was in the insurance industry, the claim process years ago never ran this smoothly. What a team of professionals. Every staff member at Caliber Collision in Venice was friendly, took their time in explaining all of the paperwork involved to complete the repairs to my vehicle. John Mchale the Service Advisor was detailed in explaining the repairs, answered all of my questions. I received emails, telephone calls updating me on the progress of the repair. The repair itself only took a few days. No matter what angle you look at my car you cannot tell there was a major repair done to the vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle, a staff member took their time to explain Calibers warrenty on the repair. They also mentioned not to take the car through a car wash for 60 days as the paint has to dry. A tiny detail but so important. Many, many thanks to the Caliber Collision staff, Paul C., and Michael M at Enterprise for making the entire repair process flawless.

Every service detail was very good.Only problem I had was I had to go back twice to schedule work due to paperwork not sent by insurance thru automated system. I had the hardcopy paperwork with me, dont know why they couldnt have used it. I would have called insurance for client rather than have them come back again.

Great place to have bodywork done! I was in a bad accident in January, and they walked me thru everything. I even got a weekly update from Tori....I would take any vehicle there again (but hopefully no more accidents!!)....they offer a lot of different options.

I brought a truck in with tailgate and bumper extensively damaged. I have never seen such perfection in the body work and paint application that was done. They did amazing! I went in on a Thursday due to an accident. And my car was fixed before I expected, they fixed ALL the damage, matched my paint perfectly, and even gave my car a car wash and cleaned the interior for me. We had a hit and run incident in sarasota, fl while returning from the hospital. Caliber Collision handled all the insurance paperwork, got the Sorento in quickly and repaired the passengers side damage from the rear to the front door, including wheel and alignment. I couldnt believe how perfect the result was.......not a hint of damage could be found and completed in just eight days from start to finish.

I thought body shops were supposed to repair damage. Went to pick up my vehicle, that went in with back glass intact, and they pull it around and hand me the keys... must be some sort of joke?

My car was vandalized - an attempt to break in was made using a pry bar on the rear passenger door. Caliber knew I had a large deductible and they tried bending the door back as an inexpensive option for repair.. They were successful; we were fortunate that it fits well and operates. There was no charge and by the time I got home from dropping the car off they were calling to tell me the fixed it.Josh and the Caliber team went above and beyond .They have earned my future business.

My drivers door window regulator broke and the window would not close. This was my first dealings with Caliber Collision and I could not be more satisfied with the service they provided. Even though they were very busy on this Wednesday morning Walter McGee picked up the phone then and there and ordered a new window regulator. He told me they expected it to be there in two days (Friday) and he would call and have me bring the vehicle back in for the repair. True to his word Walter phoned me early that Friday morning. I took the vehicle in and two hours later I was driving home with my now perfectly functioning window. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in need of quality and timely service.

Removed a door decal the general manager said he had to order so I waited for 2 weeks after I picked up my truck.I stopped in and talked with him to tell me it would be in Monday and he would call me well 2 weeks later no call so i called and he was out of the office!!! The lady took my name and phone number,,, He probably didnt order it And is hoping I will forget about it

Had a really good experience working with Caliber Collision to get my grandma’s car fixed. Her (Allstate) insurance recommended this location for the repairs when we filed her claim online and it was a really simple process the whole way. They were really helpful & accommodating to us and even agreed to pick up & drop off the car for her which they don’t usually do. Faith & Tori we’re both really great at getting us set up & communicating updates with me the whole time during repair. Everything seemed to be done on time or possibly even early which was surprising during this covid time. I’d recommend this Caliber Collision location & would go there again if we needed to (which we hopefully won’t)
