Showed a vehicle for 3400 online. drove there and looked at and drove the vehicle. once paperwork was started the price goes up to 8000. once question they want to say they have all these protection plan things added. I advised I didnt want them and would do the 3400 out the door ans their answer was I have several others wanting the vehicle. not a good way to run a business. I guess thats why I never went back to them after buying a vehicle in 2005 and would rather drive to Tampa or further to get a good vehicle

Bought a car for my son, wanted to pay cash, but they were helpful in finding ways for me to save money with getting it financed for just a short period of time (this was my personal need, they have other great financial options for all types of financing needs) Suggestions they made to find the right vehicle were on point. Went to see a car that was posted online for 1500. An old truck that smells like smoke and doesnt have working AC. The price was fair. We sat down to talk numbers and they wanted almost 6500!!! My poor kids sat in the car for 2 hours there and back because these dishonest people completely lied about the price they were willing to sell the car for.

Car advertised for $2999 suddenly became just over 6000 after taxes and dealer fee???? Not the place for me.

I cannot begin to tell you what an amazing experience we had buying a car here yesterday! God definitely had His hand in it! We locked our keys in our personal vehicle and they were able to help us get them out within a few minutes. Coincidentally, they had the exact car my son was looking for (right down to the color, indigo) and were able to make it work for the amount we were wanting to spend. Matt was so friendly and helpful. Beth was wonderful to work with also. Everyone in the office was very nice. Deceptive website and practices that should be illegal. Business promotes itself as new and being a leader in Market Based Pricing. They listed a relatively new vehicle of the brand and model we were shopping around for, as an extra family vehicle, at a fair price, a bit more competitie than local dealers for the brand ...Except that their undisclosed savings ( no asteriks, no fine print, nothing! double checked after the deal tanked) showing that “MBP” “ your price “ are based on a $2k trade in!Without that $2k trade they are $2500 more expensive than the market and our local dealership!!! Found that out the hard way while communicating to learn the best cash price and actual out the door price. Their 11k Market Base Price vehicle instead of being 13k + out the door (factoring ~2k taxes and some fees ) was actually >$16k out the door!!! Asking why. The vehicke was 13k, 999 reconditioning etc. Buyer beware!

The prices listed online are lies. I drove out there with my family and wasted 2 hours for a car that was listed and they came back with a price that was $4500 OVER the listed price. The owner (I believe) didn’t care at all that he completely deceived us with a price that wasn’t remotely true. Save yourself the headache. Go to a place that is honest about their prices.

Beth was straight forward and we are very satisfied with our trade in for a new 2019 Enclave. It needed some minor body work and they sent Dent Wizard to my job and they worked on it there. I know this store now has a new manager that is night and day to previous. Overlook the ugliness of the store itself...you can get a good deal at this location.

I called them about a minivan and they quoted me a different price than was online. Online didn’t say anything about finance rebates. When I talked to the GM (Matt) about it, I told him I had my own financing and asked him if he would honor the price online.He pretty much yelled at me and said I was crazy for asking. Terrible customer service, didn’t make any sense in his “rebate” scheme, would not buy a car from them. Ever.

Went to buy a car listed online for 3500$ once i got there started talking to sales man they added a 2000$ fee for something a 900 $ dealer fee which took price over 6000$ they are very shady play games to get you there then jack price up i did not buy and would never buy a car from them

Went yesterday to find a car for our daughter. Arrived to a manager or owner yelling at a customer in the lot due to the customer being upset over shady online pricing.Turns out the customer is right. Everything is priced $2000 cheaper online to get you to the lot and find out they are overcharging for financing etc.Salesman we talked to was decent enough to explain things professionally but feel bad for their shady business practice.

Absolute Bait & Switch artists. Do not deal with Beth or any others there. Got a cash price for a vehicle from there website and then called. Was told there would be an additional $1000 for not trading in a vehicle and another $1000 for not financing. Seriously! Then was told that there are other variables that would affect the price. Variables! What variables, it is a cash price! Their scam is illegal! I am submitting a report to the FTC.

They can’t get out of their own way. We found a vehicle there online, called and they said it was on its way back from the Arcadia location ‘right now’ we show up two hours later and it’s not back yet it’s still in Arcadia. We call Arcadia, they’re going to hold it for us until we get there, we make the hour drive to Arcadia, they left to bring it to Venice. No one was apologetic for this misunderstanding. Their response ‘oh well you can go to Venice tomorrow and look at it. It’ll be closed by the time you get there tonight’ well no kidding since we spent a ton of time waiting for the vehicle and trying to chase it down. No one can tell the truth, or communicate with each other in the whole company.
