Met Otaviano while browsing thru his granite yard on a weekend. We were impressed with his knowledge of the products and he was easy to talk to. We made an appt. to follow up and met Otaviano at his office the following we with our samples of Bathroom Tile. With his help and suggestions we picked the slab and his price was reasonable for the complete fabricating and installation. He committed to installation date within a week and showed right on time.
