My husband had an emergency while visiting family and everyone was amazing. My husbands glasses broke and he did not have contacts. When I called the receptionist was so friendly and calming when answering my questions. Once we came in, it was all hands on deck. Everyone was helping to find the best solution that fit our needs. The best part is the doctor didn’t treat my husband as number and gave some amazing prevention measures. I don’t give reviews like this normally but if you are in the area and need optometrist, it’d be a shame if you didn’t go here.

The staff there is awesome. They all go out of their way to satisfy their costumers. This place really knows what costumer service means. I wont go anywhere else.

I had a great visit, the doctor took care of my eye needs and answered all of my questions. This is where I go for all my eye needs!! The only issue was the waiting room -everyone had masks on; however, it’s small and difficult to stay distant. It would be better to allow patients to wait in their cars until the doctor is ready to see you and only use the waiting room for those waiting for their eyes to dilate.

For eyeglass prescriptions and frames, Julia of Pearle Vision is the best of the Best in Venice. I have using her skilled professional service since 2007 and would never use anyone else.

I went to the Venice FL Pearle Vision with shades that were completely bent and crooked from poor care during transportation after ordering them from a foreign website. I gave them to Bill and he repaired them as good as new!

I can’t say enough good things about this Pearle Vision! Dr Broder and his entire staff are amazing! I am super sensitive and it is very difficult for me to find glasses that fit well and are comfortable. Julia has gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy and comfortable with my new glasses. From helping me pick out the ones best suited for me in weight and style to fine tuning adjustments, she is very knowledgeable and patient. I will never go anywhere else.

IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD!!!!Too bad it took me 40 years in Florida to finally meet this amazing DOCTOR and STAFF!!!! I was overwhelmed, really.They are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and that Doctor Broder is the best eye doctor I have ever come across, not only in Florida, but ever!!!Cannot say enough great things about this place.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

You can’t complain about the service here because there isn’t any!!Tried to get a sports frame with long distance lens 8 weeks ago after 3 visits to the store and promises to get sample frames and phone calls with staff members who said I would get a return call that did not materialize.They are totally incompetent and I have given up with this store.

Jane was an absolute life saver today for my son who ripped a contact while being 2000 miles from home!! Jane was was caring, professional and so quick to solve our dilemma!!! But most importantly- she calmed a panicked mom swiftly!! Highly recommended this office!!

To say the least, I am extremely picky about how my glasses feel when wearing them. I have been in for many small adjustments and Julia and everyone have been very professional about servicing me and have never made me feel like I am “that customer”. I just wanted to thank them for making my glasses perfect and making every visit warm and friendly.

Dr. and staff were great! Top notch service delivered with a smile. Highly recommend.

My family and I will not be going into this location again. They are always short-handed, frazzled and unorganized. When you try to speak with them, they just talk over you. My wife had to nearly yell to get them to stop talking long enough to listen to our concerns. We originally ordered glasses for our son and within 24 hours tried to cancel the order because we had found a much more affordable alternative on Zenni. They would not refund our money, instead downgraded the order to something more affordable and refunded the difference. This pair (not the Zennis) ended up breaking at the arm. We took them in and over a week later, finally got a call that it would still be over another week. They did offer a replacement pair (that would have pink or purple on them; perfect for a boy right?) but as mentioned above, we have a back up pair thankfully. Very frustrating office to deal with.

Dr Broder is awesome great personality. All the beautiful ladies there know there stuff, they go above and beyond to help you. Service with a smile. Hope Julies finger has healed up. 10 STARS

If there was an option for 10 stars they deserve it. Both myself and my mom go here and Dr. Broder is super nice and very knowledgeable and gives an A+ exam. The ladies that work there go above and beyond! The whole experience from scheduling appointments to picking up our glasses deserves 10 stars!

I walked in to this location while on vacation. Contacts and glasses were left back at the hotel in Naples and we were headed to Orlando. I needed one pair of lenses to get me through tomorrow. No appointments available, and would need to come back in a week for a follow up appointment anyway. Although they couldn’t help me with contacts, what I appreciated and so many people lack now days is the compassion and desire to help. They brainstormed ideas with me instead of laughing at me and sending me back out the door. So thank you! For being kind and caring enough to try to help when you knew I was struggling and frustrated.

Dr broder and staff were absolutely accommodating. Honestly the most professional outfit my family has dealt with since we moved too florida 9 years ago. If you need a exam or glasses I would give this office a shot too earn your business they wont let you down.

I purchased two posers of glasses (reg. and sun) over two months ago for around $900!!!!! Plus what they billed my insurance company. They broke them trying to adjust them. They told me I have to find another pair. I dont like any of the other ones. They REFUSE to see me again or answer my calls or return my money and my insurance company. I have even sent certified letter! Now I have to take them to court.

Appt canceled at last minute by Eye Dr. because Doctor had an appointment with a business professional. I am a business professional too and I scheduled my day around this appt and needed glasses. Did not appreciate the lack of courtesy and how nonchalant they were about it.Also advertise buy one get one free which is a farce. They retract that if you use any insurance. Buyer beware.

Very miserable group of people in here. The couple times I dealt with them was because my insurance covered by them. Got new glasses and asked about a warranty. Women tells me its all covered up to a year and sells me on the more expensive lense. Happy until the anti glare lenses glared. So its almost a year and my dog chewes my glasses.. But I know i made sure I had that warranty. Well turns out the warranty only covers manufacturers defects. Seriously!? So you can grt those glasses for $85 and who knows when... Yeah never AGAIN.

Dealing with this place was a pure hell. Im done with the Pearle Vision for good now.

Half star. Only earned because the door was unlocked. Went twice to pick glasses. The lady doesn’t even acknowledge you with a hello. Only one person working there, and no offer to help or address customers.

Always a great experience at this location. Julia is so helpful and has many years experience....which shows in all she does for her customers.
