Im just searching for hobby shops and this place has to be the worst Ive seen. How does someone leave a review with their experience and the owner or whoever responds back with products they sell and never address the issue that was stated? Seems to me that this business obviously isnt making money, so they try and sell you something you dont need, or totally ignore what was a potential customers issue. Ill never set a foot inside this store or buy anything from their online store. There are so many complaints above rude service its unbelievable. The one guy said that his little brother was talked to rudely. Thats unfathomable, a child. Great job guys! Run your business into the ground. Maybe its time for you to realise that online reviews can and do affect your business, image, and reputation for future customers. Maybe you should close the doors for a week, and have a staff and management meeting on how to treat customers. Thats just my suggestion.

Well, I just moved here amd found Ace. Ordered parts from a knowledgeable man at the counter, they arrived in a week. No probs, no hassles. Got to give them a little slack sometimes. Be patient it works out.

Every time Im there, cant get the time of day or they try to sell you what you dont want.. or tell you that what you already have is worthless.. cant believe this place is still in business

Little highschool kid working the counter was a little smart-ass. Been out of the area a while and The place has went down hill thats for sure. Cant even find so much as a pinion gear. Have to order everything and its way over priced. Found the gear myself online and had it in a shorter amount of time. Also tried to order a new shell for one of my rcS and the price was 3 times the amount I found it for elsewhere. Horrible customer service and ridiculous prices. When the old owners had it the place was a pleasure to deal with on Venice ave.
