As soon as I walked in the door I was overwhelmed with the stench of spoiled Seafood. OMG so gross

My husband and I enjoy shopping here, because the store is always clean and the people who work there are always pleasant and willing to help.. only one small complaint is they dont restock the shelves in a legitimate amount of time.. otherwise its a decent store.

Store is very clean and easy to navigate. Some of the specials were sold out like Crisco oil. I didnt find the eggs but Im sure they were there someplace.

Winn Dixie has great deals from time to time. We had a great experience shopping for the buy one get one free London Broil today. The packages on the shelves are too big for us. Sol in the meat department actually went to the back and came back with two packages of the ideal size for us. He is very pleasant and helpful. Great staff make a great company and make customers want to come back over and over again.

Produce is 3rd world country horrific

When I am near Winn Dixie, I will stop in and grab some chicken I love their fried chicken. And I think they had a good deal on cucumbers as well and and nice size heads of cabbage so I will be able to make some stuffed cabbage for dinner

This W.D. store on Jacaranda/Center is much better than other Winn Dixie on US 41/ near Albee Farms.. Meat dept better and Bud Ice pkg stocked ready. W.D. on US 41/ Albee Farms their some meat doesnt look good and bud ice pkg not on shelves for weeks off and on. Disappointed..

Amazing place to shop. Very clean place with the Cashiers and Baggers being really nice. They have an amazing selection with groceries and have a great selection for organics that people can select from. I recommend this place for anyone visiting or live in the area.

First time here. Seems to be very customer focused. Easy check out. Checker was 2nd day on the job. He was very friendly and knowledgeable for a rookie. Wide assortment of bakery items, well stocked deli section. Had a nice selection of cooked wings for take home. I think about six different varieties. Found everything I wanted. Positive shopping experience.

It was very trashy.their meats were Brown and neeed to be cleaned up,so they had everything buy 1 get 1 free, and raise the price to $12 and 13 on the meats To make a profit. They had no organic foods or oat milks. They claimed they were organic, but there was sugar, corn syrup, Sucrose, maldixtrion,ext, in it so thats not organic. Plus nobody had mask. Clean your store up.

I had questions in regards to my number changing and if it would affect my points and I wanted to know how I could change it over to my new number, no one could give me a direct answer when I was checking out I did not get my rewards nor my digital points so I lost a lot of money I am an unhappy customer to say the least. I had also asked where Midol was I was told its by the pharmacy after checking for at least 10 minutes thinking I may have missed it I asked three different people they did not even know what it was. Last but not least customer service was closed at 8:30 at night I wanted to cash in some scratch off tickets I was told by a young man he could not and would not leave his register to cash in tickets I dont know the reason for this he did not give me one there was probably three people in the store. I feel that the staff working tonight was very unprofessional I will be going back tomorrow to speak with a Store Manager (I hope they have one). Hopefully then my problems will be resolved in regards to my points also my mystery bonus points, and everything else I lost out on like my bogos!!

Enjoyable. I have never been in a grocery store that was as logically laid out, clean & well-maintained. I mentioned that to one of the stockers and the cashier. I believe that when someone is doing a great job you should tell them so.

The digital coupon is very complex and not clearly explained. The cash register receipt is very misleading. The stated price on a box of cheeze its, was over $8. Then with the magic of computers it came out at $2.40 which was $.50 higher then the sign on the end display. We had to wait at the service counter to have it explained, which could not be done. So, we were given $1.00, the overcharge on the $1.99 cheeze its. The covid plexiglass barrier makes it impossible to read the registered price, besides the yellow color coding is even more difficult to read.At 80, this is a hassle we dont face at Walmart, Publix, Aldis. 20 year customer slowly move away from WD.

Clean store. I remember when Winn Dixies were on the same level of cleanliness as Pantry Pride grocery stores...meaning the parking lot was cleaner than the inside of the stores. Clearly Publix set the bar and Winn Dixie took their stores to that level.

Produce has really gone down since Covid. The service and check out is still amazing. I try to shop as often... but I need to go somewhere else for produce now.

Its ok the stores need a remodeling and updating. Its ok nothing to bad and nothing to great to say.

Easy to maneuver aisles and variety of food. They, like all grocers carry their own brand of foods, plus name brands. Be careful.They are not good at rotating stock.Have purchased several items there beyond expiration date. Buyer beware!

Get great deals great place to shop people forget that Winn-Dixie, how great Winn-Dixie is because of the fact that they did have a downturn for a while but theyve turned that around and the store super clean always stocked always has stuff that every other store doesnt like specially during the pandemic early stages they always had stuff that other stores didnt have and its kind of sad that more people that dont shop there because they really do keep your story clean extremely organized and well stocked and while rotated dont do that whole rotate their inventory every couple of weeks or months like Walmart does so that you have to walk to the store to find what you want so you have to pass certain items the trickery shake my head of Walmart. However to me the Winn-Dixie this particular one dixie at least is definitely on par with any Publix an area. price wise you cannot be Winn-Dixies prices. Ive gone to both Publix and Winn-Dixie and bought the same list of things because I need a double for example during the holidays I need to buy ingredients to make some desserts and I went and bought everything to make one dessert from Publix and then I went to Winn-Dixie and bought everything I need to make the same dessert there and there was a significant difference and money I could have saved $$22 all together if I would have bought both at Winn-Dixie thats how much of a price difference it was so it was a difference about $11 and for what reason I do not know because it was the exact same products and it was not store brand I also have done the store brand thing too where Ive gone and bought store brand items for making a meal and store items only and again Winn-Dixie store items versus public store items although the prices are really good on both Winn-Dixie still comes out on top as far as pricing and buy a decent margin Winn-Dixie always has fresh produce and a thing with that is that I go there for a lot of the fresh produce because I own a mini pig and he loves lettuce and whatnot so I intend Im going there a lot more because its very inexpensive and its high quality the same thing Im assuming that would published by you know things source locally pretty much and you know the presentation of the food as far as deli and whatnot is rather good Winn-Dixie has a fabulous deli and again the prices are just so much different for the same exact thing but also if you buy Winn-Dixie brand things youre going to save a ton of money and thats not a joke Ive literally done both Publix and Winn-Dixie test really I did it to prove a family member wrong cuz they swore that Publix you know has the best prices and price match or whatever and they will but you have to kind of bring in all this information in order for them to do it the Publix here on island and Venice theyre actually really really good people that work there and the managers are great my mom went in there early in the morning one day and she forgot a couple items and I was just going to rebuy them and I just happened to tell the manager I was like look I asked him you know he was there earlier between you know and stay the hours of 10 and 12 and described what she look like and he barely remembered her however he didnt look inside the book or whatever they have for people that leave things there he just simply went ahead and said dont worry about it its on us no problem because she was sick thats the way she went out in the first place so she had to get some soup and no one was home to do it need to say I wasnt happy she went out she should have just called but I went out and I ended up getting it for her and I explained to him that thats the one thing she really went there for and then she forgot it and he just was like no problem just taking care of dont even worry about it didnt ask me for the receipt or anything like that he just took my word for it and tried doing that at a Walmart it would be impossible my thing with Walmart is they feel like they are like the police.

Shopping for all my New Years Eve party items, found everything I needed, store is always clean and well stocked and staff very helpful!

Winn-Dixie... My view is that they have good meat. They dont gave good customer service relations like publix does.. and Winn-Dixie is pretty pricey compared to Walmart..I think if they want to keep the prices, then they should focus on customer service..Im a business manager have been for a long time. I go to Winn-Dixie only when its inconvenient to go to Walmart.. and I always feel like its Walmart service for publix price..

This is a nice store, well stocked and clean. There are wipes available for you to use for your cart when you come in.

Winn-Dixie is a convenient store for me when Im in that area its clean and the people that work there are nice parking is easy to get in and out. But to be honest I prefer to shop at Publix across from Wal-Mart on 41 in Venice.

Store is well-run, prices are good and associates are nice, but I want to single out one associate in particular!Kim! One of the cashiers at the front end!Shes a shorter lady, a little bit older, but very pleasant and enjoyable to talk to! She is knowledgeable about the promotions and takes a lot of pride in what she does. Take for example tonight. I didnt look at the flyer, but I picked up a large chocolate chip cookie (which are delicious by the way!) Kim checked to see if they were still on sale, without me even mentioning a sale. The fact that she was willing to check for me, youre not going to find that a lot anywhere. She went out of her way to look into it for me. Means a lot!She is wonderful with customers, bright and happy. Quite frankly, while their cashiers at this location are good, she stands out in my mind as the best one they have there. If shes working, I will only go to her!Winn-Dixie would do really well to hold onto Kim for as long as they can. Make sure you take as good care of her as she does of her customers. She is phenomenal!!

Picked up some items and didnt pay attention that they were outdated by almost 2 weeks, had already thrown the receipt away and they would not honor the return, really dont like shopping there. Unkempt store

Always clean and fresh fresh produce and meats

It is a fairly nice grocery store. We were on a budget, so we signed up for their store discount card. We saved almost $40 and spent around $130. You definitely want to sign up, it saves you bundles. You save even more if you buy there store brand. Their produce department needs a little more items to choose from. The store is pretty clean. Their bathroom has a handicap stall and at the back of the store. The cashier lady that helped us sign up for their card and was really nice. Cashed us out and we were on our way.

Hit up the deli for wings for the game. Low price, great taste. Awesome coleslaw. Happy customer.

Worst place to shop & work at. Most employees, including managers, are childish, bully people & discriminate ALL the time.

Pricing is more than Walmart and lower than Publix. This falls inline with my experience at all 3 stores. Publix has by far the best quality, hence the highest prices. At Walmart the quality is so-so, its inconvenient as you have to walk 3 miles in the store to shop and their customer service is nonexistent, hence the lowest prices. Winn-Dixie is stuck in the middle.

Great store. They have lots of gluten free and organic items. Its my new favorite place to shop.

They do as best they can there. I usually shop at Pbx, but follow the circulars, you find great values. Rewards card helps save.

With all the stores COVID 19 cleaning and staging around the cashiers, saw all employees but one, working in the deli counter not wearing a Face masks. They wear the masks like necklaces, this is not the first visit to the store where I saw this. Maybe they need some Face- mask training. Not comfortable buying anything from Deli Counter, with employees not adhering to PPE policy.You have other employees working throughout the store with face-masks on. Thank you to them.
