Kind, caring people and never a long wait.

I have never experienced such an act of kindness until I met Dr. Namikas and his wife. When my mom passed away and my dads rehab center lost his hearing aids, my sisters and I were at a loss of where to turn. I called Dr. Namikas office (This was during the peak of the Pandemic) and an angelic voice came over the phone. I told here our situation and even though they were not accepting patients at that time, she told us to come right in. Dr. Namikas was kind and compassionate with our father. He gave him a thorough exam and offered to use my moms old hearing aids and have them reprogrammed. When we were finished and ready to pay, he said that we had been through enough and that there is no charge. I am so grateful for his genuine kind heart that day. I cant thank him enough for everything that he and his wife have done for our family.
