The staff here are always extremely helpful and go above and beyond to get you a great product at a great price. I have spent several thousand dollars on equipment with them, and NEVER been dissatisfied or had any issues.The used products they sell are in great condition, and thoroughly tested, unlike many other used equipment establishments.

We just purchased a used Hobart 60 Qt. mixer. They delivered, helped get it up and running and positioned in the perfect place! Except it wont make more dough.

They sell junk. They won’t work with you and when it comes with warranty work they say that it was for sale “as is” don’t waste your time with them you will banging your head trying to get the equipment that you purchased from them fixed. If you look at the other reviews they had nothing to do with purchasing restaurant equipment so that are reviews from friends.

No integrity - buyer beware. We purchased a blast chiller that was listed as guaranteed to be working. Rick had some parts sent but they were the incorrect parts. Martina and Rick did not respond to several emails requesting the chiller be repaired. When we had to repair it and sent receipts for the parts and work done hoping they would do right by us they ignored us. We are a non profit and had to shell out over $1000 for parts and labor. Would not recommend dealing with this company.
