THE RUDEST STAFF I have ever encountered. I had a list of exactly what I needed. Staff does not want to help you find anything. Told me I could not pay by cash AND they kicked me out to close shop early. This was my first time shopping here and I will never shop here again!!

Very rude cashier! I do not drink alcohol but I do buy from this store often, not anymore! While waiting on hold with my sons pharmacy I decided to run in a grab a few things right after work and was given the nastiest greet. She folded her arms and said “I’ll wait” oh and sat down on a stool. I had my phone against my shoulder NOT IN MY EAR! First time I EVER went in with my phone. Maybe stop trying so hard to be a Karen! There are reasons one would stop in a store with there phone!

I love this place. All the workers are super nice and knowledgeable!! They are always fully stocked when I go in and their prices are very good. Very cool they have the girls there with simples of new stuff.Highly recommend.

Thought I would check the place out since we are moving from Sarasota to the Venice area. I brought a coupon that was in the Herald-Tribune this morning. I printed the coupon since I get the paper electronically. They would not accept the coupon. This is a deceptive practice. The ad basically said, see store for restrictions. I wonder what % of newspaper subscriptions are online based...

This is a favorite place to buy our adult beverages...If they arent the lowest, they are very close.No frills, no pressure.....

IF YOU CANT FIND IT HERE, IT PROBABLY DOESNT EXIST!!!!I was blown away by the vast selection of all sorts of wines and liquors....rows upon rows with just about anything your heart desires.Prices are certainly affordable and with the coupons that I got out of my paper, I saved even more money!Friendly service and I definitely recommend this place!

Great selection and options. The store is a little bit overwhelming when entering - very much akin to Total Wine! With that said, the store is fun to walk through and understand what you could pick from. It is also pretty cool to have a walk-in cigar humidor in the store. It’s a great option for not having to drive a ways to the Total Wine.

I really had to search unassisted for a unique product. Store was busy - but to be fair its the Friday before a holiday weekend - they were busy. I think they should have a locator kiosk with a simple search function.

Sure wish I could find some Buffalo Trace. Prices were okay with some deals but had limited selection of bourbons and Rye whiskeys

The store has a very good selection and excellent prices; there is alsoa clearance section where prices are reduced. Even though the prices are low, the quality is good. My husband is a regular customer and is happy with their products.

I got to Sarasota Wine & Spirits at 5:45 on a Sunday. The sign on the door, as well as online, states that it closes at 6. As I walked up with my friends, the guy working closed and locked the doors. When we walked up to the door, the guy working made an X sign with his arms and wouldn’t let us in. I was very irritated and will no longer give them my business.

Small, but mighty! They have almost everything you can look for, and at very reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is a little farther away from my house than some others, but worth the drive!

Staff not helpful, but maybe it was my fault for inquiring about top shelf liquor I wanted to purchase.

I would have given it 5 stars for variety, however not one staff member wore a mask and the 18+ mask rule isnt enforced at this location. I will take my business elsewhere where they take this pandemic seriously.

This is one of my favorite places to go. I am not an alcoholic drinker, but I enjoy seeing the amazing selection of beer, which my husband buys, liquors and other beverages from different countries! You will find just about any kind you think of!

This store is HUGE & has such a great selection & prices. Staff is friendly & helpful. I tried a new margarita mix at a demo - RIPE. It is so amazing. Low in calories & carbs. All Natural. It’s in the cooler by the beer. So delicious & refreshing. Not like the traditional marg mixes on the shelf. I could even drink it without the booze. Grab a bottle - you won’t be disappointed. You will never go back to the old sugary stuff.

They have everything you could imagine. Except they were out of Corona Light cans, and they dont carry Moscato Sangria, by Vella. Other than that, a great store. They always have my favorite, hard to find, Jack Daniels Downhome Punch. 😁

Better selection than most in the area.

Very disappointing, I spend a lot of money on wines and we had a wine that was really bad, took it back and they refused to accept it. I understand that in this day of covid no returns but really for customer service.. I would suggest good will with a $12 bottle would go along way!! They needed the receipt and proof from our credit card was not enough.

This store has very narrow aisles, so much stuff stacked everywhere. It was impossible to social distance. I felt unsafe and will not return.

K is the best. Always helpful and respectful. they have a great walk-in Wine Room, walk in cigar room, and an incredible selection of Wine & Spirits in the main area. It is also one of the few places you can still get Pappy Van Winkle. A+

Good prices on wine. They sell High 5, perhaps the most delicious IPA that Ive ever tasted. High 5 is brewed in Fort Myers.

Just picked up wine and liquor. Quick, excellent customer service, had someone help us find Naked Rum, and check out was very fast. 5 stars all day long!!!

Worst salespeople I have ever encountered. Especially Linda today!!! So absolutely rude I will never go back. Will take my business down the block. Not like they dont have competition. So wrong to be spoken to rudely by a cashier. She should be discharged. Being in the customer satisfaction business myself I would remove her if not dismissing her, and put her in back room. Such a disgrace. Shame on management who didnt even apologize when I brought it to their attention!!!!

I went in to look for some Florida craft beer as I was visiting from Chicago and they had a pretty decent selection along the right hand side. A good amount of it was refrigerated too which was nice. There were also some gems like Founders CBS and sole BA Funky Budhha beers

Recently purchased a large bottle of Smirnoff Vodka ($18) which had a bad taste so I returned it to hear the counterman say that I couldnt return it for a month or two and would have to wait. They didnt want to wait to get paid for it.

Huge selection. Great stop for quick purchases or liquor. The beer selection was smaller than Id expect with few local options. A lot of the beer was old to boot. Did not spend much time looking at wine so I cant comment there.

These guys do not rate a 1 star. They sell beer that is over 2 years old and is totally undrinkable. If you try to get a refund the ugly guy at the counter treats you rudely like your a dummy and they wont take it back. Go anywhere but Sarasota Wine. There are many reputable places to purchase real spirits that arent old and out of date.
