I went in to pay my bill last week & asked about updating my iPad because I don’t have access to WiFi, I was told it would take 1 to 2 hours because their WiFi was slow. The associate that called himself helping really wasn’t interested because he wanted to go eat, & the other associate who kept saying he didn’t know how to do it, he was from Brooklyn & was trying to fix his own phone. I was looking for an associate named Luis who is excellent! Very poor customer service on behalf of the other2 associates. They weren’t interested if I was happy with their service or not, & I had just paid my damn bill & needed a little help. Smh

Went in with my family to switch plans, the most helpful and kind staff! Instead of going through the trouble with Simple Mobile, they came up with a solution and I ended walking out with some goodies and trading my phone in for a brand new iPhone 12! For free with the trade in. Thank you for fixing our issues with our other plan and making my day today! Totally recommend T-Mobile. ☺️

Wow!!! we are impressed by Shanirah H.for not playing any games with us!! On our vacation we had to pay Uber to take us to and from a Sprint store because our new phone, that was shipped to us did not have a SIM card with it. Thank you so much! We now have one happy kid!!👌🤗👍❤

I went to purchase the note 10 phone. The store was very clean and well organize without any clutter. The person who answered my many question and very was pleasant with a wonderful smile is Miss Diamond Bembry the store manager. Because of Miss Diamond I had a wonderful experience. She took the time to explain how my phone worked and I didnt feel rushed although we were nearing closing time. I would reccomend this store to all of my friends and family and ask for Diamond Bembry.
I came here when I had a problem with my phone.The lady by the name of “diamond” help me let me start by saying I felt like she owned the store like this with her company and she was just trying to make me happy she put in a lot of time and effort with a smile the customer service with her was 10 stars 💫 ⭐️
I was with Sprint a total of 2 weeks, I was told they would pay my final bill, I asked if they wanted the phones and was told no. So I switched, got my final bill had issues with the online services as they were always having difficulties. I went back to the store only to be told I needed the phones, I stated you told me I didnt need them so I gave them away. The only resolve to the 1,160 $ was Im sorry and it was not my intention to misled you. So I switched back to my previous carrier, the worst part is the bill that they refuse to pay would have had a negative impact on my credit report, and whats even more hurtful is that I would have been stuck with the bill and the crappy service of sprint. I still have the bill, I will get it paid.

I went there yesterday after losing my cell phone charger, my friend had his charger to his cell phone. But because Im not technologically savy I was freaking out. Richard, walked me off the ledge, took the time to explain all the intricacies of the different chargers. He was so knowledgeable and compassionate in his explenations that it was a pleasure dealing with him. Furthermore, he didnt try to up sell me and didnt pressure me into anything. Not being from Jersey and being far from home, I was worried about communication for the ride back. And when I found out that he wasnt part of the Sprint corporate store, but rather the Radio shack family, completely sold me on being a repeat customer of there store. SO, if any of you in management over at Radio Shack are paying attention, keep your eye on this young man, I hope to see him rise in your company. He is truly an asset.
