A great mom&pop store just east of Harbortown district behind McDonalds in strip mall left of hardware store.Had RV plug🔌and flag kit🇺🇲I needed for summer season in Vermilion.A hidden gem Ill be back.👍

If I could give it 0 stars I would the lady working behind the counter made you feel like it was her fault you where there any questions is answered in a yell and like she goes out of your way to make you feel dumb. Went to return something today she goes and yells and gets loud with me when I choose to return the item instead of exchange, very rude I wouldn’t go here

Needed a tube of 3m marine adhesive 4200 fast dry. Beaver park marina is closer to my house so I stopped there for a tube, after buying two tubes from harbor town a few weeks back for $19.99 beaver creek tried selling me one for $37.99! Russ and Jody are very helpful and give advice if you are in need. From now on this is the ONLY place I can trust and will go to for my boating needs! Thanks guys!

Wow. What a terrible establishment.I went in to buy equipment and didn’t have a mask. I went to purchase a mask, and instantly received poor service. The lady was extremely unprofessional. I went out to give my friend the mask, who I had purchased it for, so he could come into the store - but before I could give him the item, she’s demanding that I need to come back to the counter to sign. Sorry - I was trying to allow my friend to come inside. The item was purchased.Then she has the nerve to tell me that I am disrespectful - even though she has been nothing but rude and unprofessional.What kind of customer service does this place have?You would think small business would want business, but not this nasty lady. She woke up on the wrong side of the bed, clearly!I would never, ever, do business with this company. And I will make sure to tell everyone I know about this woman. Wow. I have never been so disrespected in my entire life.I don’t know if she was the owner, but if so, she needs to give it up. You’re never going to survive with how you treat people.It’s funny how you’ll comment back to my review telling me that your customer needs a reality check...look at your comments on your page - everyone says how nasty you are to people. It sounds like you’re the one who needs to understand just how you come across to your customers.You’re extremely rude, and unprofessional - your business is a joke.

Harbortown installed a flag pole for our business. Our installer was professional, prompt and friendly. Our flag pole has lasted through Ohio high winds and storms. Highly recommend Harbortown.

I dont typically post reviews, but I feel like they deserve it. I am new to boating this year and I bought a used boat that needed some TLC. I typically search the internet for the best prices on everything and I have to say there prices have been either the same as online or within a dollar or two and everything I have needed has been in stock. Russ and Judy have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful every time I have been in the store. This past weekend my impeller went bad and not only did they have the exact one that I needed in stock, but Russ took the extra time to explain to me how to change everything and where to find all of the broken pieces. They are both top notch in my book and I will continue to shop with them. Thanks for being honest and helpful.

These people are rude and unfriendly! Not even any type of greeting when you walk into the store. I don’t know how they run a business but we will never be back and I will let all our boater friends know as well.
