I brought my giant eagle to try and return it, but they told me to go elsewhere and that theyre not a pet store, im honestly greatly disappointed and my whole WEEK is ruined, I got a defective eagle and now I have to keep it because they wouldnt let me return it. Horrible service, one star.

This store is so beyond disgusting!! No cleaning standards here at all. People sick and hacking all over the store, beyond grose checkouts, just dirty. Had to wipe down the checkout. They obviously dont have any standards for cleaning here. Just shop some place else, it is not worth getting sick.

Love there displays although wish they had more cashiers, I dont know where that gets her watermelon from but it is so delicious

They get two stars today for encouraging me to order a fresh cake on Tuesday for pickup Thursday rather than buying the one that was already there, and not telling me the Tuesday sale price would no longer be in effect. They only get the second star because the cake was good.

Always have positive experiences at the pharmacy. Store itself is clean, layout is easy, employees are extremely consistent with cart sanitizing and I usually get checked out quickly. I have no problem recommending this store to others.

They lost my drivers license. I had accidentally left it there they called me to come pick it up. When I showed up to get it they had misplaced it.smh....

Needs a new facelift. One of the dirtiest grocery stores I have ever seen & out dated.We need more grocery stores in Vermilion give GE competition.

Didnt like it. Wouldnt let us check out without their card which we dont have because there are none by where we live. I sure am not going back!

Went to Vermilion G.E. on 4/23/20.Thank you customers and employees for wearing a mask. It was crowded and there were not enough registers opened. Why did they move the credit card machine when the next customer is standing right by it? The store need signs on the floor saying this is the line for cashier #1-2, etc. The line I was waiting in was going down the frozen food isle. When you are 6 feet apart, some customers did not know where to stand in line for their cashier. The one-way isles do not work. It does not solve anything. You still have to get near people and pass them. I do not want to go down an isle if I dont need anything, just to get to the next isle. The plan is to get in and out of the store ASAP! I will not be going back, unless I need to pick up a prescription.

Nice store, great selection, friendly staff, but a little pricey if not on sale.

One of the older and smaller stores but that makes it better. Staff is very helpful. Produce knows the veggies and how to use them. Meat counter staff has good recommendations. Quick service. Bakery can order what you need. Liquor store staff can answer almost any questions. Great selection of ethnic foods.

The shelves for bread and toilet paper were all gone. The meat coolers were empty. I experienced panic today. People standing three feet away from people in the check out lines. May god bless us all.

The people that work at Giant Eagle are some of the nicest people youll ever meet their very helpful especially for people that have handicaps the guava their way to help a handicapped person in there and help them get their groceries and help them through the checkout line and all that Giant Eagle is one of the best stores around that Ive been in

Love love love love the pharmacy and deli. Half the cashiers are not very pleasant. Never had an issue with quality. Overall, very happy.

I am not sure if the buyers for this store know what they are doing. This is in my neighbourhood but the Giant Eagle in Amherst is much better and has more variety.

Its okay for a Giant Eagle, and okay for a Grocery Store in general. I mostly go there because its got the only Liquor Store in town.As far as Giant Eagles go, its on the smaller end when it comes to the store size. Their prices can be good for particular items, and not so good for others. I find myself doing some shopping here and at other stores in town, it all depends on what you need and what youre willing to pay.Not really my preferred store. If it werent for the liquor store Id be going a lot less.

The place is a smaller branch GE. Not everything thats available in the big stores is here. That being said, its a good place overall. Staff are helpful, if a bit shorthanded.

Great selection. Only complaint I have is the poor cell signal in store which granted, isnt their fault, but offering guest wifi would be a welcome addition.

Its a grocery store..... need i say more you walk down the isle and grab what you want. one and only problem DO NOT buy the sushi seems crunchy rice is the norm, i have tried it twice a couple weeks apart and had the same bad experience.

This store has been completely remodeled and is very nice.

Deli workers are rude. I dont care what you do for a living take pride in your job and be nice to people its not that hard. Amherst Giant Eagle is way better. I should have went there in the first place.

Got cheese from the dairy department and got home and it was molded rather shop at cornells foods in Huron some great prices or better and there staff is always so friendly
