Top notch service from top notch people. The owner is fantastic to work with! The general manger knows his stuff and is a hoot! I always enjoy going into the store know that if I need help they are right there. Having a smaller hardware store in town is great. They have the best hardware selection around. Along with just about everything you need including lawn care and equipment, rental equipment, snacks and drinks to a small engine repair shop. Need plumbing parts swing in they have it! Need electrical parts no problem. Even have kitchen things and paint! I highly recommend this place! As you can tell I am a frequent flyer here. Luke has a great team and great business!They are also an Stihl dealer! I personally own all the battery operated lawn equipment.My pictures are from random times in and sending them to people to let them know what they have.

They had what I wanted, the store is clean and uncluttered, and a sales associate came right up to me and asked me if I was finding what I wanted, and pointed me toward what I needed.

Perfect experience! The staff was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us! There were a lot of great sales and prices Im general were good. The store was clean and line went smooth! Ill definitely be stopping here when Im in the area again!

Went in tonight for a $2 part and the staff were just as friendly and helpful as they are when I make big purchases there. They always point me in the right direction and get me in and out quickly. Very knowledgeable staff.

Never has everything you need. I ALWAYS need to goto one of the big box stores after being a patron of this business. I would love to shop local but a 15 minute drive means a single stop vs settling for an under stocked store.

The prices are high, and the customer service is lacking in personality. They are helpful in finding things. The coffee may or may not be brewed. I liked that I could take my dog inside. The store was clean inside, though there was litter and cigarettes bus all over outside. Youll get more for your money at a competitor.

This is the classic example of your old fashioned ironmonger Hardware Store, they welcome you when you walk in there is always a pot of fresh coffee available while you shop. Went here needing a belt for my tiller. The young man didnt seem to know what a belt was. He ask me twice, Is that a belt?He does tell me Their on the back wall, so I walked over, by myself and looked at all the different belts.Guess Ill have to go back in the morning. Maybe the day shift will be willing to help.

Stores very needs a lot of specialty items as far as into fasteners and screws and screen repair. Sales are fabulous. Plenty of parking plenty of stores close by retail in restaurants also Banks. Wheelchair accessibility and handicap parking available

Cashier was rude treated me as a child snatched my debit card from me acted as if I was a nuisance. Zero customer service from her.

Not very impressed when I went to get paint and they were out of black tint so they could not mix my paint. Really?? Then I drove to Huron hoping to make it before they closed only to learn they shut down there tinta chine early
