Flamez tobacco shop is the only place you need to be going for disposables, kratom, delta 8 carts, incense/candles, merch, & beautiful glass pipes and pieces of all sorts. not to mention the prices are cheaper than anywhere else i have been, and they often have deals or sales. each member of the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. i’m a very anxious guy but the workers are so chill and willing to help that it’s never once been an issue. highly recommend this store over any other. that’s on jah my dude

Shout out to Jay .... while I was at the store his only concern was me saving money. I smoke on non-nicotine vapes when I drink. I was spending $25 / week on vapes but with Jays help I not only saved moo-lah but now I get an array of flavors. He explained everything without making me feel incompetent. He took the time to show me how to fill my rig, how to charge it; he even explained when I need to come back for maintenance and WHY. If I could give 1000 stars I would .... this place is it ...... 100%. Dont go anywhere else in Vermillion!!

I went in to buy a coil and explained that the coil I got with the pod system I got was quickly burnt. I literally probably got 5 or so puffs and it wasn’t working right and they gave me a coil in replacement for free. I’m so happy that I don’t have to go somewhere to fish out money, and that everyone is so understanding.This is such a great store with the best atmosphere. You get exactly what your searching for and the best recommendations. The customer service is absolutely incredible. I will definitely be recommending to anyone with smoking needs!

I went in 2 days ago and bought a new vape setup since my previous setup fell apart. The guy workin was super cool, explained all the things. However, within 24hrs of having it, it broke. They won’t do refunds or exchanges, so I’m stuck with another vape that doesn’t work. I guess it’s just policy ya know but it would’ve been nice to know before I bought a janky product.
