Not my favorite place to go. But, they have decent prices when stuff is on sale. The store is too crowded and the aisles are narrow. Takes much too long to get in and out. I like the products, though. Most are pretty good quality.

It appears they reorganized the store (unless I do not go in enough, which I do not, and it has always been like this) and there is now plenty of room everywhere (used to be thick tall shelves pushed together).

I was completely frustrated with my experience at the store. I went in to make a purchase. When I arrived in the store, Darrin (who appeared to be a manager) literally yelled to two employees saying “hey, stop talking over there. Get back over here to the register.” While I appreciate that he wanted to make sure customers were rung up in a efficient manner, his tone was completely off. I made a purchase and went home to find that the item didn’t work. I also asked an employee if she knew if an item I was interested in came in a different color. She told me she doesn’t usually work in that area. She did not offer to find someone who did and also didn’t offer to check online. Then, when I decided to order it, they took me back in the back of the store to order to a counter where they could place the order. Why can’t they do this at a register or at the front in customer service? Also, the front of the store by the registers is completely cluttered and makes it hard for customers to get out the door. Definitely not my favorite place to shop. I also made a return and they asked for my drivers license in order to do the return. I had my receipt so requesting the drivers license makes no sense to me. They don’t need all my personal info.

This store is disorganized. I often order online with pickup in store and they are never on time regardless of the season and time of day. The website indicates the order will be ready in two business hours and it never does - it takes 3-4 hrs minimum but sometimes even days.My last experience was the most ridiculous. I ordered 4 pictures frames to pickup and the order was pending for 3 days! I gave them a call and it turns out that one part of the order was ready two days ago but another part was cancelled but I never received a notification. When manager checked if they still have the part which was available, the bag actually contained all 4 items that I ordered. He never apologized, just said So your order is ready. You can come. Not sure why you never received notification, we have everything. Customer service level is so off...

Entered the store to make a purchase that was in a locked cabinet. Asked someone to page an employee to open the cabinet. He paged and no one came. Went back to customer service and there were 5 people behind the counter. No one approached the counter to assist. They made eye contact but nothing. I then walked over to ask a cashier to please page and she did. Again no one came to the cabinet. I found a random employee and asked for assistance. She then called for someone finally approached to help. The individual who helped get the item out of the cabinet seemed like I was interrupting his day. He did not say hi or anything. That store needs some training in customer service. I will give credit to the cashier who was pleasant.

They were quick with getting my online order ready in about an hour and picky up with fast! Im excited to test my oven thermometer

Ordered three items one supposedly out of stock. Received pick up confirmation for other two items drove all the way to store. You guessed it, main item Out of Stock. Now havetogothroughwbole reorder process again. Come on guys no wonder we all only use Amazon. Pathetic.

Pretty decent size BB&B with a baby section also. The checkouts can be a little slow only because the normally just have one person on, sometimes two. It has access into the mall, and through to the parking lots also. Good place, no issues.

This place is always neat, clean and organized. Thats saying a lot considering how many items they actually carry. Plenty of staff on hand and great deals are always found.

Ordered online for pickup for a bridal shower received the email that it was ready for pick-up. On arrival they couldnt find my order after 15 minutes they were able to locate the table runner off the registry list but after 30 min couldnt local the rug. They kept handing me off to other people. Couldnt help me find other items on the registry finally got some other items and after 65 min my gifts were wrapped (by myself) in 4 different packages because the were out of large boxes.

Love this store. Has such a variety of items, that I get lost in the store for hours. They have great prices on most of their items, plus you can use many great coupons, even if theyre expired.

Meh. Used to be a cool place to find gadgets you couldnt get elsewhere. The prices have crept up, and the rarity of the items has gone down. Was looking for a graduated pitcher (measurements on the side for recipes etc) which seems like a slam dunk, but they had none. Weird, right?

There is such a variety of items here! I got refrigerator bins and a lemon zest and ice trays! Store very clean. They also have World Market items inside the one I went to.

No one was around to assist me in finding what I needed. I checked out and commented to the cashier how I have not been getting any coupons lately. I signed up again and she said I would get a coupon now in the mail. I spent 80 dollars and felt that the cashier could have sent to customer service to get a deal for that purchase. Disappointed.

Bed Bath and Beyond in Vernon Hills is great. Their customer service is great. Theres always someone around to help you. The only thing I DONT like is when your items beep at the door. Everyone turns to look at you like you did something wrong. Im sure the sensors are there for a reason but the cashiers need to pay attention.....

Has everything youd expect from BBB but enough staff at check out. I was just killing time while my son was at a nearby party. I was 3rd in line for quite some time but had to run my two products back to the shelf because I realized the two customers in front of me need extra attention with their transactions....

The people who I was able to find were friendly, but they should have more people on the floor or make them more visible to the customers.

I recently started a learn to Swim class for adults. So in November, I was looking to buy a pair of pool towels for my family. I could not find any in Sams Club and Costco. I found them online at Bed Bath and Beyond, but when I called the store in Vernon Hills IL, they informed me that the stock was closed out as the summer season had ended. However, I happened to call again and luckily spoke with Bob, a manager in the Receiving department. He took effort and went the extra mile to go to the back and located a few remaining towels. We are very happy with the quality but most of all, with Bobs great customer service!

Somebody please train poor Honda so she does not take 1 hour per customer. This store was always the worst. I hope they close it soon.
